Me and my husband had to stop at the bank, because one of the banks employee made a mistake in his last name, so since we had a joint account both of us needed to be presented there in order to fix it.When we got to the bank and approached a teller, he asked us if we have an appointment. We didnt. For which he started shaking his head and told us well, you have to have an appointment (with a LOT of attitude).I started asking him questions, but he simply turned around and went away not even listening to me. I was standing next to the tellers point and had my arms crossed over my chest (not to mention that it was 42 degrees out in New York, and I hoped out of the car without a jacket). The guy came back with the words Why are you standing like this? You dont feel comfortable or what? Like, EXCUSE ME?! We got so shocked of this attitude, that the only thing I could say was When did you implement the appointments without an option to see a representative without them? For which I got an answer from the teller Why are you still questioning me, dont you see I am letting you see the representative??He was coming like three times to the office where we were sitting, talking Spanish (which neither of me or my husband understand) to the lady who was helping us and interrupting us and her.While we were there I asked him for his last and first name, and got a reply Here, Ill make it easier for you (with a LOTs of attitude again) - and the business card got placed in front of me...When we were leaving, I came to the teller and said Thank you for a terrible customer service and for ruining my day. You think this would be it? Nope. I got an answer Sure!My husband and I both have very busy schedules, we spend our Saturdays time to come to the bank to fix THEIR mistake and got such a service!!That was awfully rude, disrespectful and humiliating!Dont ever go there!!
Terrible customer service, they treat people like we got there by a mistake and we distract them from more important Things - watching social media lives)) All that personnel is there ONLY TO SURVE CLIENTS AND PUBLIC not just to sit there and make terrible and sad faces... DONT GO TO THIS PLACE
Why are most the banks open except for Bank of America you can’t hire some people ???13th Ave., Brooklyn is closed 18th Ave., Brooklyn is closed West Palm Beach most of the banks are closed closed If you need to make an appointment to Finally get to a bank that’s open you have to wait on the phone for five hours then you have to wait when you go to the bank again this is ridiculous it’s a shame Get your act together you’re big enough I’m here in bar for days like 10 banks of all of them are open
This is the worst bank I have ever come across in the world. The only bank that puts a cashier check on hold for 10 days and then denies the funds because they felt suspicious that the cashier check made from a multi billionaire company written to my business name that is registered with the bank.I asked whats so suspicious about a building owners cashier check made out to my construction company for maintenance work? They said they dont have an answer. First the teller wasted my one hour, than the management, than the supervisor. Not a single one of them knew why a cashier check which is pretty much cash, was not accepted by the bank.Everytime I deposit a check into this account no matter the amount it gets put kn hold for 10 days. I may have 100,000 in the bank and if I deposit a check that is $1,000 they will hold on to that money for ten business days.Terrible.
I went to this location and they had the worst service ever. In fact i have not been served at all and left very disappointed after waiting to hours. They kept me waiting by telling me that i was going to be served in next 20 min, thn 30 min and finally they told me they were closing. Me +3 other customers had been sent home so disappointed.the employees are super mean in there. If you are planning to go there just be aware of where are going.
Today I walked in to this branch. I met in front desk Ignorant manager who was not able to answer for simple questions. And was uneducated as much. Please work with your stuff, show them how to work, what to do in order to answer simple questions, instead of just saying “sometimes, somebody, something” these are not exact answers.
Worst branch and bank...this branch and other branches of this so called bank always have one teller...there could be 15 people on line and the manager doesnt even do anything about it....plus this branch on 18th ave and 66th street is in the middle of a community full of chinese people that do not speak english...you would figure that they would have a dedicated teller that speaks chinese.....bank of america is the worst bank in history
What the rude customer service. I took my friend there, who just came to the US, in order to open new account. The customer service was so rude, they could see that my friend doesn’t speak English, but still Summer Zhao talked to him so rudely. I don’t know why does one of the big bank keeps this kind of person.
Very bad, I thought I just opened an account in the past, because I don’t speak English and I want to find someone who can speak Chinese. I waited from 1 o’clock to 3 o’clock, and when they came to ask me when they were about to get off work, they still had acne. That kind of thing, I wonder if yours is based on the purpose of service-oriented, but it can still be like this. I know it’s the Chinese woman, I’m really speechless.

2022-05-03Terrible experience. I had appointment to russian speeking manager. But when I got there I find out that he is got sick, and no one speak russian there, also no one called me back to let me know. I had the only day off and wasted my time that day. Besides that, they kept questioning me about my accounts and money(like Im prisoner) at the hall in front of other customers. I never got what I came for. Felt so dissapointed. Will never go there again.

2017-06-14Not bad, usually at BOFA you will spend at least 20-30 no s here I got all my stuff at 10 mins. The cashier was nice too her name was Olga, they even did exchange for my 20$ bills to 100$. At the end of all she asked me to give her good review on survey i said I will. Thanks to technology that provides surveys and etc so customer or public servi es can do their properly.

2021-10-04I had a bad experience with the employee mr. Vitalii . He had a bad attitude and makes from small issues huge deal. I never had a problem getting cash from this bank but today I spend extra 20 min to get a cash, because mr. Vitalii started sending links to login in my online banking. Even after doing so he insisted to login second time Even though I chip in my debit card and punched a pin code, and showed my id. Previous employees just send a text message, but he decided to go more complicated way. Very bad experience. This happened before as well but I ignore it first time. . Please avoid this guy.

2021-06-12Always busy, service is always super slow. Every time I come here the line is out the door.I dont know why but I always decide to wait there for 20 minutes and leave when the line never moves. At least the ATMs work, but even then you will have to wait for an insane amount of time because most people just give up on waiting for the tellers and switch to the ATM lines.

2019-07-25Ive been staying in the line for 1 hour. Empty office, almost no customers. All people who came after me were taken care before me. It is ridiculous.
