2021-07-27I didnt answer the Bank of America phone even after an hour, so I went directly to the store. However, the bank staffs attitude was not friendly to customers. If you ask someone who has experienced a card failure to call Bank of America to calls customer service, which customer will go to the bank? Everyones on the phone, right? And the worst thing is that the bank clerk kept cutting in on the customers words. Are there any Bank of America custom services that make people uncomfortable? I have experienced that Chase Bank will respond kindly when customers visit them directly. However, this Bank of America Financial Center at Kip Bay is troublesome to deal with customers. The bank clerk didnt look like a professional who had worked for a long time.
