One of the worst branches. 6 people on line and one teller, no one comes out of the office to help. It’s every time you come. I have a business account and simply need change and wait over 30 minutes online. There’s tumbleweed blowing through this place.

Kira, Cindy and the Manager are extremely helpful and courteous and goes above and beyond for their customers. Their willingness to assist gives customers the easement that it will be taken care of at their highest standards. Bank of America you should proud and happy to have employees like these to represent your brand with so much dignity and pride. I’m not just saying this because they help me, but I watch and witnessed these same helpful amazing customer service being given to everyone that walked through that door. I am very strict when it comes to companies and their employees customers skills but I have to say that I’m very pleased with the entire team at this location.Great job everyone and I will continue to bank with Bank of America, also I’m going to leave you guys a five star review in google reviews as well.

5 for our manager - Kira Yakubov, 1 for the office, so average is 3.Twice I had problems with appointments here. First time I made it by phone for myself, but when I came there I wasnt in the list.Next time was today. My wife had an appointment and she came right at time, with 2 small kids. But her appointment was canceled, because our manager was sick. They forget to tell it for us, but they didnt forget to send us reminder that we have an appointment day before!

AVOID Safete.My credit card is getting very old, I can no longer use it at any pos card machine. I stepped into the branch to request a new card. I gave my credit card to her, she first said that she couldn’t read the credit card number, she told me that if I have Bank of American App, I will have to do it through the App. In fact, I could easily read the credit card number from the card, so does the teller next to her. She then said, “you should call the 800 number on the back of the credit card”. I just don’t understand, why couldn’t she help us at the spot. I have requested a new card at the branch before. It looks like she doesn’t want to help us, so I said fine, I’ll call the number.Then I want to pay off my credit card balance with cash, I handed cash to her. She asked me for my ID, but I forgot to bring it. I asked her if a photo copy of my ID is enough. She said no. I tried to explain to her, all I needed to do is give you money, and pay off my balance. Nothing else, I am not trying to withdraw or asking for anything else. She said she will have to ask her manager. I said ok, Please ask your manager. Then she changed her mind, she was like, “no, a picture is not valid for sure, you will have to use ATM”, while she knew that my card is not readable on ATM machine.Overall, we were very unsatisfied with overall experience with her. She gave me a feel that she doesn’t want to help, and the way she talked to us make me feel like she wanted us to get out of branch ASAP.

The Customer Service Associate working Saturday 6/5/2021 was wonderful. I had lost my card and ID the night before and she was a tremendous help. I appreciated it.

Middle of the day and only one teller is available to assist. This is awful, Ive been in line for 20 mins. I asked two bankers in their offices if they could assist and was told they dont handle matters on that side. Looks like they are training and its costing me as I am out of the office on lunch. All I want to do is deposit cash to someone. I will jump on the expressway next time to get to the BOA on Forest.
