I had an appointment at Thursday at 2 pm , came right in time and I was told to wait till she finishes with her current customer. I did not see anybody , the place was empty but she was walking back and forth waiting for this customer who had disappeared. And it was my appointment time. She was very unprofessional and made me wait with my little kid. I just left. Don’t waste people’s time!!!!! Poor customer service quality!!!

People from this bank is too lazy and don’t know nothing they try to find many way to make you go away come back tomorrow and waste your time after that I go to the one from Richmond Ave near by target everything done in 5 min

I visited this bank on Tuesday, June 15 at 11:30 am. I was waiting for a teller. Nobody appeares within 20 minutes. Nobody from personal could tell me how long should be waiting time. I left bank without completing. Very bad experience first time happened to me

This is my go-to branch. Great customer service, great staff, and the best manager. Dagmar is extremely helpful and always makes her self available and reachable for clients needs. And they always have cash when you need it most.

Friendly and helpful staff, trying their best to serve the customers. No lines, and knowledgeable employees. A very pleasant contrast to the branch near the SI mall.
