If I can give them a zero I would. This bank is the worst, they dont help their customer, they will see you waiting and wont even ask if you need help. In a few occasions I have been there alone no other customers however they still tell me that I need to make an appointment cause they are busy. What a joke! One time I did make the appointment and was there 10mins earlier and they still took people that didnt have appointment and came in after me just because she had a child with her. So why giving me an appointment if you take walk-ins. Its a shame that I have to drive 20mins to go to Forest Avenue, when this bank is only 2mins from my house. The minute you walk in at the Forest location they do their best to help you with or without appointment and that bank is always pack however they manage to help you out. Not the case in Richmond Avenue BOA, they have only but lazy women working there, they should close that location.

My first time at this location. As I entered the bank I was instantly helped by Ksenyia. She provided exceptional customer service and advised me on some investment options. Ksenyia was very personable, knowledgeable, and courteous.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I have been a Bank of America customer since I was 17 and my parents since before it was Bank of America. I have never in my whole life had an issue with Bank of America they have always been the best and I have referred many friends. I will not bad mouth Bank of America as they did not do anything as it was this location. I always cash my check out no problem every two weeks. I have gone to multiple locations no problem. First of all the woman at the counter was rude to being with, and wasn’t helpful. The manager of the location is even worse with his smug demeanor. They said and I quote “ you do not sufficient funds to cover the check you want to cash out” mind you this is my work check that I need to pay bills with. The manager goes on to say and I quote “this isn’t how we do things here we do things right” with a smug look. I would get if I went to one Bank of America everytime but I don’t I go to different ones. So no you just don’t want help your customers. I never deposit my check at the teller because I had an account where they would charge me a fee. I told the lady at the counter if you could deposit it and not charge the fee it would be fine and I would have no need to cash it out. Again clearly she was not helpful or aware of how things are done at her location. The manager again said we don’t have those accounts she can do that for you. Mind you I don’t deposit my checks at the atm because they don’t clear all the way and I told her this is the reason why I cash them out, since I have bills to pay. So while I finally think the problem is resolved she gives me my receipt I ask if my money is now there and she says no and tells me all my funds won’t be available till Wednesday!!! If I wanted this option I would have gone to the atm got 300 worth and the rest on Wednesday. They were the most rude, unhelpful, smug, and disrespectful people I have ever met. Bank of America I am not happy at all and I think you should do something about this. As a disclaimer yes the check is not from Bank of America it is from provident bank but I have never had a problem cashing out my check in prior weeks at any location. I highly suggest you take a look at this location and reevaluate their customer service skills. Bank of America you need to fix this.

I went into bank of America on July 7th. I was going to just get something notarized, but also had to get more information on my account. Leyida ( not sure if that is spelled correctly) helped me out. She was giving me me the best customer service Ive experienced at a bank of America branch. She supplied great customer service and also great satisfaction in helping me get what I needed. She really went above and beyond. Also me and my wife loved talking to her. Thank you!!

Recently (mid 2019) there has been some changes in staff at this branch, and the service has improved. It used to be beyond terrible, but has gotten better.
