Not rlly understand why the staffs attitude is like they are proud of themselves for being a jerk. Not cool at all. Listen, Bape is a great brand, with playful design but no need for real apes as their stuff.

1 hour of waiting in the polar cold of December with 3 customers in the store, they explain to you that it is COVID but it is the only store to have this scarcity policy. Make you wait hours for you to buy. And when we finally pass with our boys, we are told that it is 2 by 2. A disgrace to customer service

The store is very nice, but perhaps because they believed that it was not the buyer profile or their policy that they could not touch the clothes or shoes to see it, it seemed very ugly to me

2022-02-11As I approached the front entrance of the Bape store I could just feel the negative energy. At one point I didn’t even want to enter the store because I could just feel the employees giving me bad looks. As I made my way in, the employee working the door just had the worst attitude. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever received in my life. The excitement of purchasing my first hoodie was destroyed. After spending that amount of money on a product you would expect to be treat at least with more care.I regret purchasing the hoodie at this location, best to purchase online or at another store.

2021-10-19My son was so excited to visit the store on our trip to New York. Very sleek interior design. The life sized display in the entrance was amazing.
