Never AGAIN - did not get the original driver for some “reason” then the substitute driver was over 20 minutes late . THENNNNN I was super late for my dinner reservation because he kept LOST. I used my own GPS, and I told him that’s not the right way ... you have to pay 150$ to use the bathroom key. Ohhh that’s nothing.. we all asked the substitute driver to turn on the AC, and he got upset with us.. after 15 of going back and forth, he finally turned it on LOW.. oh and even though he was SUPER late for no weather or traffic reason, he still charged TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS for an additional hour we used the bus. Every other company charges $ 100 per additional hour .. NEVER AGAIN
I was charged $950 for a party bus for my daughter’s 13th birthday that was to arrive by 12p yesterday 7/12/20 and I got a call at 11:15am from the driver stating the the bus didn’t start and that they would be 30minutes late. That bus as unable to start so they decide to send another bus that arrived at a little after 2p.... that’s 2 hours later and when it got there it stopped running. I got the whole thing on video because it was supposed to be a surprise for my daughter and we were trying to capture the moment and the look on her face but we had to stop the video and send her back in the house once we saw that the bus was not running. My husband and neighbor helped the driver to get tire bus running again. Once it was running again my neighbor and husband had to help the driver get power going on the inside of the bus. We were finally able to get on bus at 2:37p. They only refunded me back $150 even though we couldn’t use the whole 4hours allotted due to them arriving over 2 hours late and breaching the contract with the time that was agreed upon. This morning I asked for additional money back due to all of the inconvenience and the fact that we could not use all of the time because and the owner act as if he was doing me a favor and being gracious by giving me back $150 and getting that back was like pulling teeth. If this company does not rectify this to my satisfaction, I will be taking them to court due to them breaching the contact and being difficult about giving me a larger portion of my money back. It was very unprofessional not to have you busses properly running after taking more than half of the payment due ahead of time. You should have made sure your buses were operable before the date of my booking. I am a professional event planner and what happened almost ruined my daughters 13th. Very bad business and very unprofessional I would not recommend this company. They don’t even deserve the one star after speaking to the owner today and him being uncooperative about refunding me back more of my money. $150 is not good enough for that huge mess up with the scheduling and then people having to help to get your bus running......This owner is clearly all about the dollar and not concerned about doing what is right and fair.
Our driver Art was awesome--great to work with and very professional. He accommodated everything we asked, even when we made changes to the trip schedule and added additional stops last minute. My husband and I used this company to transport us and our bridal party around Philly for wedding photos (33 people including photographers and videographers). Overall it was an excellent experience with a great company. Would definitely recommend!
***Horrible Service! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY ! ***If I could rate 0 stars it still would be too high of a rating for this completely unprofessional, scam of of company. We contracted a specific bus to hold a certain amount of people. The bus that was rented per the contract was not the bus that was sent on the day of the event. The bus was dirty, and had a horrible smell. There was a pole ( after requesting not to have one per the contract) And to top it all off, the bus that was sent was sent was falling apart. There was no heat, and the side doors kept swinging open as we were driving. After paying half the cost upfront, our hands were tied because we already paid for another party at our destination. The owner was completely unwilling take accountability for the companys wrongdoing or even acknowledge the fact that they sent the wrong the wrong bus. ( And was still charged for the bus we originally wanted!) Please do not waste your time or money booking with this company !

Best limo party bus any one can ask for, we rented 2 large party bus for 100 people’s for our graduation party , couldn’t find any company to work with us , US Bargain limo are the best with many buses to choose from , just made our event !Only good thing to say ,the only things I can say is if anyone e a party bus , this is the Company !Great service and thank you for everything
Had a great experience we used the company for a family birthday and we had a ball. The driver was great. The service was great from beginning to end. Communication was never a issue the let me know if changes were made and why!..Overall we an amazing time..will continue to use the company in the future..Thanks Guys

The owner called our driver in front of us asking about a cash payment while we were still using services. It was unprofessional and made us all feel uncomfortable. Our bus driver was great - but I would never use this company again.

Worst limo company ever. We booked a limo for an 8 hour night to drive friends and I around the city for my bachelorette party. They called the day before and confirmed the driver and his phone number. No one showed up! No one would answer the phone! I was so upset and when I called that persons number they gave me, he told me he didn’t accept the job and suggested I call Uber! This company completely ruined my entire night, we missed our dinner reservations and everything else we had planned for the night. The company then offers me 20% off a future service? Like I would ever give this company a dime of my money or book with them.

They do a good job, limo driver was excellent driving throughout Manhattan for our wedding.Booking the limo was relatively easy via a phone call. Only thing that was a little different was the fact cash was needed the day of for the remainder of the balance.

That wasn’t the 25 passenger i booked, it was 14 people aboard and we were barely able to fit. The driver wasn’t friendly and the driving was horrible. Very unpleasant experience.
Receptionists dont have the right attitude to serve customers. For the amount of money they charged, I expected much better service.When I tried to change the bus route, she presented with such negativity and dared to say dont change it again because its complicated.. But whos the customer here paying for the service to keep you guys in business?? It boggles my mind.The bus looks and feels like a worn down school bus that even the school kids wouldnt ride in it.I paid on average of $1600 per bus, its beyond anyones wildest imagination to make this experience a reality.I dont wish this on anyone out there who are looking for transportation, but please look elsewhere.
We hired a limo for our wedding, when limo arrived it wasnt the limo we were shown pictures of and paid a deposit on, the limo was old and dirty inside. Driver was good I am guessing they sub contact work to other limo drivers. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, DO NOT PAY ANYTHING PRIOR TO SEEING WHAT YOU ARE GETTING!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF ARE COUNTING ON RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION ON YOUR SPECIAL DAY! They ruined our wedding day by not showing up. They left our wedding party of 20 stranded in the heat at the hotel and we were all scrambling to find alternative transportation at the last minute. We ended up being late to our own wedding as we didnt have a ride to get there. Our plans to take family photos beforehand never happened as US Bargain Limo never showed to pick us up- we tried to reach Sam and US Bargain limo over 100 times on our wedding day but NO ANSWER and NO SHOW. They are a scam artists as they are very quick to take your deposits but will not provide the service that you paid for. I wish I could have used another company to re-do our wedding day and pictures- these people just didnt show up. They are absolutely the worst- I will never recommend this company to anyone- and wouldnt want any other family, brides or grooms to go through what we experienced on our day. Please stay far away from this company- they are not going to provide services that they promised to you.
Worst experience I have ever had ! Let’s start with the upcharging fees , the rude person who answers the phone , then the driver trying to charge me an extra 100 dollars when I get a statement of a different balance and OH let’s not forget the bus leaving us stranded “because a hose broke “ worst customer service skills nasty people bad service. I will never book with them again or recommend this place to any one !!

ABSOLUTE WORST LIMO SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! We hired a party bus for an office outing and the driver showed up an hour late! Then he wouldnt leave until he was paid $900, when we already paid the $1800 in full. The music didnt work. The door on the bus was held together by a rope and then he started drinking our alcochol while he was waiting! He also started heading back to the city when we were going to another location in Long Island and confirmed this many times, so 50 minutes were wasted on this bus and we ended up being late to our dinner. When we brought up these issues with management and the concern we have for one of his drivers drinking on the job the manager said he didnt care because his driver is over 21. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! AND HORRIBLE DRIVERS/VEHICLES!!!!!
I have only good thing to say about this company ,Booking with them was really easy and very helpful , Party bus was larger than expected , large enough for all our 50 guests , Driver was very polite and arrived early on location and just waited until we were all readyThank you for kind of service

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any business. The manager lied to me. Went against the law and broke the contract. He also refused to to speak to me about the situation and would hang up when i would try to get in contact with him. The manager was very unprofessional and misguided me. I had a horrible experience and did not even use the service of the bus. Highly recommend to not work with this company.
The whole experience was great from start to finish! Very accommodating about going to unplanned places, and the staff was very helpful and fun to work with! My next party bus themed party will be with them!
We got a wedding bus for guests and a vintage car. The bus showed up no problem. The vintage car never made it. I was told the engine was overheated. We had to figure out last minute transportation while standing in front of the church.

Worst limo company , they are nothing but criminals , i put down my debt card information for a party bus on March 13,2019 , i try to call the company on march 15,2019 due to changes of Plan to get my money back , end up getting them on monday 17 2019 i explain the situation and the reason why i cant continue with them anymore, the manager with NUTS OVER the phone shouting in my ear that i would not be getting my money back making fun of my me asking me if i speak english! i will not be geting a penny back and hang up the phone in my !😡😡😡 iam so upset right now smfh , do your self the favor and dnt ever book these people!!!
I rented the 26 passenger party bus for the prom. The communication was great and the teens enjoyed the ride to and from the prom.

2021-09-26I had booked them a year ago and had to cancel because of corona! Rescheduled with them again almost 9 months later and am so happy everything went well the second time around. Sam was great and accommodated my change of time and location a few times. The driver was also very accommodating and in good spirits. I would recommend them yes and redo a party with them again. Just be cautious when the driver needs to collect payment …he added an extra $100 and thought I wasn’t aware of what I owed. When I mentioned it was wrong he said “I’m sorry did I say that”! 😄 other than that, no other issues. Thank you Bargain Limo for hosting my party!

2021-10-06My daughters Sweet 16 Birthday Celebration was a blast. We rented the pink stretch hummer and enjoyed her Sassy 16th. Her 10 friends accompanied her and they all were excited. The driver was awesome and very welcoming.

2020-10-27US Bargain Limo helped make my daughter’s wedding on October 24,2020 a great success. The owner was easy to deal with and very fair with pricing. I had contacted several other companies and they negotiated the best price . The day of the service the bus was on time, the coach was clean and the driver was a true gentleman and easy to deal with. If I had any complaint it would be that the schedule for after the wedding through the after party could have been adhered to better but overall high marks for US Bargain Limo.

2021-05-17The booking was easy and I appreciated the phone call the week of to confirm the details. Day of, we had a great time with our rental. There were drinks and snacks available to us and were able to play music. Our driver was on time, courteous, and even pulled over on our journey so someone could use the restroom.My only issue is that I rented a limo and last minute, we were given a party bus without any notice. It was described as an “upgrade” (because the limo from the previous booking was running late and not available), but I would’ve appreciated a phone call to make sure it was ok instead of it being a surprise at the last second.

2021-12-14DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They didnt pick me up FOR MY WEDDING! And then didnt give me a refund. I cant make this up. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I was the third complaint in the last 12 months! They come up as SPAM on my phone. They made up an ENTIRE story (phone numbers, times, everything) that NEVER happened. These people should seriously be shut down.
