This is a beautiful public location, where you can fish for free if you are under 16 years of age, or with a New York state fishing license. It is a lovely place to stop and enjoy nature, but it is not that large. Expect to find black bass, pumpkin seed sunfish, bluegill, and black crappie!There is a neighboring playground for children to enjoy themselves, plus a large field for baseball or just running around. In the summer, there are bathroom facilities nearby. There is a pier, and a general sense of loveliness.
