Beautiful Basilica. Attended the New Years Eve mass at 11:30 PM. It was preceded by Adoration before the Blessed Sacrament, then Mass with an extremely spirirual homily, music and song by very talented young people of the Parish. A prosession around the church with the priest carrying the Monstrance with the Eucharist followed and Benediction. In all it was a beautiful celebration with much spirituality. I was so thrilled to be able to attend this evening.
A beautiful neoclassical Roman Catholic Church of the Novus Ordo Mass whose priests are the same as those of St. John the Evangelists on No. Union St. Parts have been reconstructed and there are many activities/organizations that take place within the Church. Fr. David also organizes processions with Our Blessed Lady at least once a month, the only Church in the area to still do these. Again, great confessors and homilists, caring and compassionate.
Beautifully eefirbriahed church with a newly designation as a Basillica. Home to the KofC council 338. With a 150 years of history this is a great church to visit even for the non-religious just to see the architecture influenced by the Catholic churches from the mid-evil times. The church I also nice and quiet for meditation purposes.

2021-08-11No words can describe the Wow experience of being in the basilica for Mass today and meeting Fr ? who is a joyful and wise priest, new to the parish. My friend and I are visitors from Wisconsin working this week at the university archive rooms.

2019-06-10I went to pay my tithes and enjoy the festivities. At my request the priest took time out of his busy schedule to pray over me. Everyone there was so nice to me and welcoming. I felt as if I were among old friends and I was being reunited with them again. I have NEVER stepped foot in a Catholic Church and know nothing about the ways of the Catholic faith but I felt loved, accepted, and welcomed. I spoke to many people there and I had a wonderful time. When the festival was over I volunteered to help with the clean up and I was not denied to service for my Lord. I had wonderful insightful talks with a man in training to become a priest. He told me the name of his position but I have forgotten what he called it. I was invited back next year. My contact information was given. With GREAT anticipation, I look forward to getting my invitation in the mail. I just left and already I long to see my new friends that feel so much like old best friends. If you are looking for acceptance, love, friendship, and spiritual guidance, then this is your place. When I get my invite I will be there. I had pie and coffee on the porch where the prettiest lives. The ladies did an excellent job of setting up, the pie and coffee (freshly ground coffee beans) were great, and they even waited the tables like it was a 5 star restaurant.

2017-11-02I just experienced the sweetest hour with Jesus exposed in the Blessed Sacrament! I encourage everyone to stop in to this gorgeous Basilica and visit Jesus if only for a few minutes! Exposition is on Thursdays from 5 to 7. Enjoy Jesus tender merciful gaze!

2019-02-01Probably one of the most beautiful churches I have ever seen in the United States. The service was absolutely amazing and the church members were very kind. Since the church was recently painted, all of the walls are stunningly detailed and articulate.
