Look no further for a florist! My husband and I will be forever grateful for choosing Bassett Flowers for our wedding. Brooks was by far one of our favorite vendors which is saying a lot considering how many people you need to work with to plan a wedding. From beginning to end, meeting with him every time was such a pleasure. He knew exactly what our vision was and he made everything come to life with his unmistakeable talent. I truly believe the gorgeous arrangements that he created 100% made our venue unforgettable. I promise you won’t regret choosing Bassett Flowers for your wedding! They are extremely reasonable if you a working within a budget and I can guarantee the alter arrangements, centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnières they create will be breathtaking!
Bassett Flowers did a great job with the flowers for my wedding!! Working with Brooks during the planning stage was so easy and he was extremely helpful. He helped us pick out beautiful flowers that wouldnt break the bank while still making sure that they were exactly what I wanted. Everything he did was stunning!!!
Couple of days ago I ordered (online) bouquet of white roses for my best friend birthday, taking the order, facilitating payment on line, arranging handwritten greeting message (nice touch rather than just printing it)The bouquet looks awsome, looks more costly than the charged amount, great work, keep it on....
I ordered a bouquet of flowers yesterday. I asked for flowers in three colors: yellow roses, white lilies and some blue flowers. The order has been accepted. Unfortunately, completely different flowers were delivered! It was a mix of all colors. Im very disappointed. I do not recommend this florist, they do not realize customer requests ..
I ordered an arrangement and asked if they could text or email me a photo. They responded that they couldnt because it takes up too much time. I cancelled my order and rang their competitor who said they send a photo as a matter of course. Moral: if you dont like the (customer) service, take your money and spend it elsewhere.
Angela from Bassett recently did the flowers for my son and daughter-in-laws wedding, and they were absolutely beautiful!! From the table arrangements, to the bouquets to the Church Flowers, all were just perfect!!Angela was so easy to work with, and had so many great ideas. Just a pleasure to deal with. What a wonderful experience I had with Angela at Bassett Flowers. I ordered flowers for my niece and we spoke in great detail. She could not have been more helpful or kinder.The best part - my niece text me upon delivery and said the flowers were stunning! What more can I say, but thank you so very much!!!
I came by in October last year and had a great experience. Unfortunately the employees who were working then were not the next time. The women who helped me seemed like I was bothering her and could not give me any good advice on the flowers I was asking. The bouquet I ended up with looked horrible and cost way too much. I tried to engage in a flower conversation and was blown off. I guess I have to try another one of the florists around town, there are many, many others! Seems like this business should focus more on customer service with so many other choices around.

Bassett did our floral centerpieces for a 50th wedding anniversary. We had a vague idea of what we wanted but they put together gorgeous pieces that many of our guests raved about. Very elegant and perfect for our event.
Wanted to order flowers, because my zip code is 10977, they will not deliver. I find this extremely discriminatory. I share this zip code, I don’t live in Spring valley! Shameful ❗️❗️❗️

2022-06-26Bassett Flowers stepped in last minute after the florist I was working with increased their price dramatically. It was 2 weeks before the event and I needed 55 centerpieces. Bassett Flowers was very understanding and accepted the challenge. Not only did Brooks make beautiful centerpieces, the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Bassett Flowers!

2021-12-13Bassett was the perfect choice for a Christmas at my parents house. The whole process was smooth with my phone order through Brooks, and the quick delivery with a personal touch (mounting on the front door) was above and beyond expectations. This just became an instant annual tradition!

2019-06-04Our flowers were perfect! Brooks listened to every word we said and took our vision and improved upon it with his talent, knowledge and passion. Sarah helped set up with Brooks and everything was gorgeous! We received so many compliments on the flowers not just on the tables, but on our welcome sign, in the bridal partys hair and all the boutonnieres and bouquets. I highly recommend this shop - I cant imagine there could have been a better choice for us!

2021-12-03Unhappy with the service. They charged me for a delivery free when I picked up the flowers myself, in person! Asked them to remove that delivery free charge several times and still didn’t. This is coming from someone who spent several hundred there per month. I’ll be taking my business somewhere I can trust.

2017-10-16We used Bassett Flowers for our wedding on October 7, 2017. To say Bassett Florists is amazing is an understatement! Brooks (owner) and Angela (designer) really are creative and offered excellent ideas and designs to make our decisions simple and easy. They helped us easily choose the bride’s bouquet, corsages and boutonnieres, the chuppah, the sweetheart table and guest table centerpieces. I gave them basic color choices and Angela came up with gorgeous flowers and designs. All were truly beautiful and hit the mark! Every flower was so fresh looking that each appeared to be cut that day. Everything we were promised, Bassett delivered and their prices were fair and very competitive. We strongly recommend them for your wedding you wont be disappointed!

2018-10-17I had the hard task of trying to plan a wedding in NJ all the way from London and Brooks and his team made the planning effortless. He really listened to the things I liked and disliked, and on the day, I couldnt believe just how GORGEOUS the flowers turned out. The flowers incorporated the loveliest colors of roses, one of them so rare that a retired florist at the wedding said he had never even seen a rose that color! Brooks is absolutely fantastic and so friendly, but also incredibly professional. I cant recommend him enough!
