I sent my mother a bouquet of flowers for her birthday. Was supposed to be delivered 1/11/21 but did not arrive until the next day. My mother sent me a picture of the bouquet and I was so embarrassed. It was supposed to be a full bouquet (medium grade). What it looked like was greenery with two roses and approximately 5 other small flowers. It actually looked like an old bouquet that you have been taking the dead flowers out of. By the way, I have never written a negative review before. I try to give businesses a chance.

I received the most beautiful Mothers Day bouquet today! absolutely stunning! Roses, Daisies, Carnations, Tulips, Lilies, Babies Breath ad ferns all in pastel pinks and yellow! Well done!

If i could give it 0 stars i would. Terrible service. Did not recieve the bouquet i ordered and they refuse to give me any compensation. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. What they did provide was an embarrassment

I called late in the afternoon and they put together a very nice flower arrangement for my wife. They also delivered it late in the afternoon due to my time restraints. I would highly recommend them.
