If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! The doctor and the nurse were just phenomenal in helping me with Nicks issues. He caught a nasty viral infection. Not only did the doctor treat him well, the doctor even cleaned his ears, explained everything to me thoroughly, and gave me some free meds! My cat feels much better now! Thank You!
Dr. lutanskiy is friendly and knowledgeable about cats; therefore i trust him. prices are fair. only qualm i have is that the older vet tech seems to hate his job and it shows. in the past, the other vet techs would explain how to administer the given meds to my cat when i picked them up to clear up any confusion. but the older guy didn’t say anything other than “read the label” and was dismissive. this would be a 5 star vet clinic otherwise.
I saw the vet in this office a couple years back and was happy with the experience. It was a regular check up for one of my two cats. But when I decided to bring in my other cat (she developed a skin problem) they just kept on brushing me away with the most ridiculous excuses you can think of. Our vet does not deal with skin problems, call animal hospital, or She was a stray? Oh, then she must be really aggressive (WHAT???), so no, the doctor cannot see her. Mind you, the cat has been indoors for 2 years since I found her outside. I gave up and took my kittie to a different place. But when I called this office again (my last attempt) for a second opinion, the response was OUR DOCTOR DOES NOT PROVIDE SECOND OPINIONS (??????) Ok...(A second opinion is not exactly shopping for doctors, Bath Animal). Zero trust in this office, obviously. And please dont call me now that the negative review is posted, dont bother. Ill take the cat somewhere else, while this well deserved feedback is all yours.
Dr Lutanski is the most professional vet for my Kubi and Bubble. He is very caring, straight forward, always calls back with any of my concerns, AND never once have we experienced any unnecessary procedures done with him and we have been his patients for a very long time. His prices are fair. The staff is very responsive and helpful, especially Daniel. The office is always clean, and what I like the most is that they do not overbook, everyone is seen at their appointment time.

We decided to stay with Dr. Lutanskiy after one visit. This place is responsive, professional and doctor is nice, patient and understandable. He does more than just the routine and always we found his treatment and suggestion very helpful. I have recommended a few friends of my SILANG to Dr. Lutanskiy, one of them is staying even though he lives between NY and FL...

We couldn’t be happier with Dr. Lutansky. Compared to our previous vet, he is quick and attentive. Our cat was having some dental issues and we brought her in within the same week and he treated her in less than 30 minutes, as well as gave us everything we needed to treat her at home and avoid having to perform a dental procedure on her. We plan on bringing the rest of our cats within the next few weeks and staying with him as long-time patients!
Dr. Lutanskiy is a really good, experienced vet. Im really happy with the care that hes provided to my cat. Ive never felt rushed and my questions were always answered. Hes very good about providing treatment options and cost breakdown, and allows you to decide on the treatment route. Hes also very good about following up by phone to provide test results, or just to check up on my cat.The staff that works alongside him are really great as well. Theyre really an awesome, friendly, and effective team. They really deserve a shout out for doing such a great job.
Dr Lutanskiy had been my dog wanzi’s doctor for many years. Now my little one has a new place to go because we moved far away from NY. I went to 3 vet since February and I couldn’t find a best one for her. Dr Lutanskiy never refused to see my girl when she has emergency, I can feel he really care about animals. I know he’s busy every day so I understand why he forgot to answer my questions sometime. The doctors in my new place are nice and patient but I don’t see they care about my dog they let assistances ask me all the questions even for lab results. I’ll continue to visit this clinic when I move back.
Highly recommend Dr. Lutanski for your furry friend. I was recommended to another place but felt my puppy wasnt been taken care for and it was more about the money. Then I found Bath Animal Hospital and I really appreciate Dr. Lutanski. He actually cares about my puppy and his well being instead of the money. Hes very reasonably price and my puppy recovers quickly. The doctor calls on his off day to check up on him. Thats the special touch and it goes a long way for me.
Our family highly recommend this animal hospital. We are so grateful to find this place! Dr. Lutanskly is very professional, friendly and sensitive to both pets and their parents! Our cat had a difficult surgery. The doctor was helpful and explained everything thoughtfully and thoroughly while making sure we understood what was going on and what to do to take care of her after surgery. He took very good care of her, and followed up with daily check-ins to see how she was doing. Now our cat is feeling good and we are very grateful to the doctor and all his assistants. Bath Animal Hospital is a great place to provide medical care for our pets. Its reasonably priced and the hours are perfect for people who work.
So we came to this practice for our pet’s skin condition for the first time few years back. From that initial visit, we were so pleased with Dr. Luthansky’s attentiveness and kindness that we ended up keeping him as our one and only vet for our four legged family members (we have 2 dogs and a cat). The service is superb as staff and practitioner are very courteous, sensitive, and attentive. This veterinarian is really compassionate and dedicated to the well-being of the animals in need whether it’s just an annual check up, acute illness,or an ongoing chronic condition. Dr Luthansky takes his time to care for his patients! Highly recommended!!
We have been going to Dr. Lutansky since my dog Benson was a puppy. Not only me but my dog loves this place. Dr. Lutansky takes good care of the pets, very professional and is always available to answer any questions. Years ago my dog was very ill and only thanks to Dr. Lutansky the issue was resolved. The staff is also attentive and professional. I am happy that we have this clinic just a few steps from my house.
Dr. Lutanskiy is a very good doctor. He is professional and highly knowledgeable about cats health. He was listening to all my complains and concerns regarding my cat and he gave me good pieces of advice on how to treat my pet so he can live a long and happy life. I will recommend this doctor to all my friends.BTW, there was a review that said that the doctor pushes patients to do unnecessary and expensive exams. That is absolutely not true! He only says that the pet might need the test but that is for the owner to decide if they want to do them or not. Instead, he recommends an alternative treatment.Staff is also very friendly and will make all their best so the fluff and his owner would feel themselves comfortable.
Dr. Lutanskiy has always made me and my pets feel welcome. He is thorough and gentle and he takes time to explain procedures. He recently performed dental work on my FIV positive cat and hes doing fantastic.
I dont have words to describe how great Bath Animal Hospital has been to to us over the years. I have been bringing dogs there for well over a decade. Great and attentive doctor, I like how some people have issues with doctor just doing his job. You dont come to a regular doctor and tell them what tests they should do, sometimes a regular blood test can show a lot. Just take it easy and give a professional a chance to treat your four-legged family members!

Dr. Lutansky is simply the best. Ive never met a veterinarian like him before (i.e., super caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated to his job full heartedly). My cat has been his patient for 9 years and hes always the only one we can rely on 100%. His team is also professional and all are very nice people! I would recommend Bath Animal Hospital to any pet owner in Brooklyn without a doubt!
I dont usually write reviews, but Dr.Luthanskiy is just so awesome that I want other people know about him.He is very caring, generous and patient to answer all my questions.Dr.Luthanskiy got back to my call every time and kept updating my cats medical condition. Also, he gave lots of food samples to my cat since my cat has to be on diet due to the urinary problem.I absolutely recommend Dr.Luthanskiy to everyone because he truly cares about your pet.
Very clean facilities, helpful and caring staff who know how to comfort and handle animals in a professional and humane manner. Excellent services provided, efficient, and would highly recommend them. Appointment started on time, in and out in less than 15 minutes. Plus, they didn’t pressure me to buy anything extra like a lot of other vets do.

I cant thank Dr. Lutanskiy enough. Hes attentive, knowledgeable and highly experienced. He and his team take the best care of my cat, what else would I ask for? Doctor gives options for treatment, and its all on you to decide how to proceed. If he says your pet needs smth, youd better listen to him. Cause its not about money he wants from you, its about WELLBEING OF YOUR FOUR LEGGED MEMBER OF THE FAMILY.BTW often doctor gives a lot of care/treatment/meds for free or significantly reduces prices, just go and get your pet some professional help.
The best care from the best doctor! I have two cats and I wish I would meet this doctor a year ago. He really cares about your pet(-s) and calls to check on your furry friend(-s).

They dont care about your pet, all they want is your money. Pushing you to get more tests. I wanted to spay my cat. First they said I need to do blood test for leukemia, and preferable general blood test, after doctor said he wont be able to touch her without those general blood work. Im kinda person, that would get everything for my cat, but plz dont try to make me feel stupid. Called couple other vet. Prices are cheaper every place where I called. And nobody asked me about any blood work. As a matter of fact I did them anyways but not at this Bath Animal hospital. Dont recommend to anyone!!!One more thing. Girl on the phone said - first visit is free. So, I paid $45 for this free visit. Wonder what will be not free one.
Doctor Edward was very caring and called us several times after our dog had a mass removed from his leg. All was well and we are greatful.
These guys are the best! Very gentle and patient with the cats and very helpful and informative for the pet owner. Id definitely recommend coming here if you want someone who cares about your pet.

As a client, I was given a choice to what may be done for my pet, and what is his recommendations. In any case, I in no way felt pressured into monetary desicions I was not comfortable with, moreover, my experience tells me that his pricing is very competitive with overall market. The staff is very nice even though I only just made an appointment they listen to everything that I said and took the time answer the questions I had. The gentleman William who answered the phone was very nice and professional.

We needed just a stool test for a stray cat. They refused to do it because they wanted us to bring the cat for everything else, so they don’t really care about animals, all they care about is money.

Dr. Lutainsky is rude, dismissive and only cares about getting payment. Doesn’t take the time to explain, and when he does explain after asking questions, he is so short and condescending. Won’t be coming here again.

The best !!!! The doctor doesn’t panic! He always says the fact and how it is! It’s better than you’ll hang noodles and lure money, and not help the animal! It is very kind to animals, always asks to call and it’s sincerely worried about all the animals! I have a little York and he refused to do the surgery, sending him to the clinic where there is intensive care. Although he could strip money, he was very decent and helped us many times, for which he was crazy grateful. If you love your animal, then go only to him !

2022-03-16Dr. Lutanskiy was so kind. This was my first visit because the hospital I was going to closed. I thought my dog needed a shot but the Dr was honest with me and said that Bordetella was only if I take my dog to a groomer. Otherwise my dog is in good health and she did not need to be examined. He saved me from spending money when it was not needed. Very grateful and I have great respect for his honesty. Wonderful first experience.

2021-12-28Dr. Lutanskiy is the best vet I’ve ever seen. I love how he understands that our pets are very close to our hearts, as close as our babies; and treats the pet as if it was a human baby. He reminds me of a good pediatrician. I can tell that he is a very kind and a gentle human being. His staff is also very nice, very understanding and helpful. It’s one amazing operation they run there. I’m impressed!

2020-06-01The doctor is such a wonderful person. First he saved my sons dog, and it was not easy, she had a very rare disease. Now he is taking care of our dog who got a bunch of problems unfortunately :( But she is doing great, thanks to him. He is never in a hurry, explains every little detail for several times if needed! Always calls next day to follow up. Thank you Doctor!
