One of the few places in the area with a water fountain when youre looking for a refill running on the promenade. Theres also ball fields that you can bring your dog to when its empty. Just one of the few places left in Brooklyn that locals can enjoy without dealing with tourists

Nice place to hang out and/or socialize. Not far from one of Brooklyns major waterfronts. If youre lucky enough, on a nice breezy day, you can basque in the sunshine and enjoy the cool ocean air. Come one. Come all.
Generally really like the park. Its nearby, and in the summer, they have a wonderful water fountain for the kids to play in.One warning: if you have to use the bathroom, go ANYWHERE ELSE.
Amazing park, needs some work tho like the fence and the floor, they remodeled the play area but never anything else when the park next door has a infinite budget it seems
Too many barbecues that can cause a fire makes the park dangerous
Outdated, dirty, broken, full of mosquitoes, badly needs a renovation. Waiting for a full redesign with a new playground for the kids, basketball courts, maybe a track around the baseball field.
Not to crowded, great location cause your can literally walk behind the park and go by the water. No bathrooms at all or at least I didnt see any. I dont get why parks get made and have no bathrooms in them for kids.. sprinklers are nice swrings are good ... Wish the slides and jungle gym thing were better but it does the job until the kid gets bored. I saw water fountains but I had drinks so I dont know if they work or not.

Small park for the local community. Typical stuff, clean, and not crowded. Best park for my family because theres always parking space near the ocean. Park there and walk across the bridge to get a great view. You can even bike or jog. Would be perfect if the city spend some money to make it more beautiful with flowers.

Could be better, at night it gets so dark that you cant see where you walking. They should put new led lights. Also fix all the water fountains... its summer! And stop locking the bathroom during day time.
This park has been open for decades. I played baseball there probably over 20 years ago. I still walk through and sometimes barbeque with friends. I wish the city would renovate and make this park much more useful and modern. It has so much potential to grow and be should be more suitable for any age from to old.
I came here on a Saturday morning to watch my daughter play softball and the field was ok nothing great. Parking was very tough. The nicest thing was the walkway across the highway leading to the water. Otherwise nothing special. The restrooms were filthy too .
Its a great park for kids. Just be careful on the baseball field. It is not always well kept and some inconsiderate people insist on using it as a dog park, meaning kids playing baseball often end up with a little something extra on their shoes and uniforms.

Beautiful Park but kids play area is infested with mosquitoes even in the winter ill see my self swatting them off my face. Need a better way to manage cleanliness and water build-up to get rid of pesky little guys.
Park offered a variety of activities from a playground for the children with two swingsets sprinklers a bridge...also available is handball courts, a field, plenty of space and an amazing view of the atlantic ocean mere feet away. A diverse and friendly crowd makes this park a thumbs up for me

This is a really nice spot for a couple to catch some nice views of the water with a view of Verrazano Bridge and watch the ships pass by. Expect a fall odor coming from the water. Welcome to NY!

2021-09-24Horrible level of maintenance. The trail and bridge are on bad shape, and seem like they havent been touched for decades. Really disappointing to see something like that in beautiful New York. The view over water and the Verzanno bridge is very nice.

2021-08-01Since three month ago, I started living in this area and every day I will have running exercise, I run from home to the end of the shore Target 🎯 store, and then running back so I will pass the park and at least twice a day.It was the park close to the nearby resident area so some similar face are available everyday.I love to see the toilet restroom here is opened almost every day not like some Park always out of service. And then the water work playground, its even so simple just like a fountain only have the water shouting out, but its what everyday its how to cool down in such a hot condition.

2019-06-09Oh! What an awesome place to.be, close to nature and fresh air. I truly enjoyed every minute of my walk at Bath Beach Park..I was able to capture the sun setting behind the Verazzonno Bridge! Wonderful place for families with young kids to ride, skate, fish and stroll.

2021-05-13We only went for a bit but it was clean & my 10 month old had fun on the swings. Got to say there was a man on drugs or drunk who came up to us. You expect these things on Brooklyn though. He was harmless. Just came by because he thought I was staring at him but I just like to be aware of my surroundings so I look at everyone.
