We had bath fitter tub and surround installed 10 years ago. We had a leak in the faucet and wanted to have the caulk around the tub replaced. Also, we wanted a grab bar installed. Dan Karim was very professional, personable and experienced. He explained the ergo-dynamics of the placement of the grab bar and described the installation process. He repaired the faucet leak, and we were very pleased with the new caulk. The tub looks like new again. Dan called us prior to arriving at our home to verify we were ready for his arrival. His work was clean and efficient. We would definitely recommend this service. We also would like to express our thanks to the phone staff for their pleasant and efficient handling of our calls. It was refreshing to speak to someone who seemed happy for our business.

One thousand stars for the wonderful and professional job Kenneth Smith did in my bathroom. I contracted Bath Fitter to renew my old bathroom. I was blessed that they sent me Mr. Smith. He not only showed knowledge in what he was doing, but he did it with such care, youd think he was doing his own bathroom. I cannot thank Mr. Smith enough for the amazing, spectacular, neat, clear, and brilliant work he did for my bathroom. I would highly recommend to my friends and family to use Bath Fitter. Bath Fitter installed a tub and enclosure in one of my bathrooms many years ago. The product is excellent and has held up very well over the years. I called for a service appointment. Scheduling was easy and the repair person did a wonderful job. I am very pleased!

I just had a horrible experience with this office. The installation happened on Friday May 20, 2022. The young guy was very nice and did a good job. However he is inexperienced and there was no senior installer guiding him before and after the installation. Now our tub leaks after each shower, the fan stopped working, and the closet door cannot open. They are slow in responses. Every department works independently without coordinating with each other. There was no project manager overseeing the entire process. I asked the owner to contact me to solve the problems. So far I have not heard. Do not use them.

Top notch. Lifetime warranty replaced my tub after 16 years and we added an entire surrounding wall. They repaired and replaced the green board. The combination of the tub, with the wall, moldings, and some additions made our bathroom look stunning.A visit to the showroom in Copiague was enlightening. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable, the store was run like an extremely well-oiled machine, without a doubt, 100% satisfaction with the departments and the communication.After the designer came to the house, gave us all our options, and did the measurements, we waited only two weeks for the installation.What professionals they were. Jessiah and Travis from start to finish, full communication, worked like a team, their work was impeccably flawless, and the final product more than impressive.My entire experience from beginning to installation was seamless. Kudos to all at BathFitter.

Dan Karim made a service call to our home because of a leak-problem in our home.He was absolutely superb! Not only did he take the time to correct the leak problemthat we knew we had, but he also discovered and corrected a second leak that we did not knowwe had. I cannot praise enough his interest and concern as he made it a pointto fully investigate our problems and to correct them before leaving our premises.I am sure that he has saved us a great deal of money which we would have had to spendinviting a general plumber to come in for the purpose of addressing and correcting our problem(s)by having to break down walls - something which, thanks to Karim’s dedication,turned out not to be necessary after all. As a senior citizens, we no longer needed our whirlpool tub that was difficult to enter or exit & Bath Fitter was able to give us just what we needed, a large walk-in shower with built-in seating.

Inner shower door was hard to move and Mike Rogers (Service Technician) came to my house on March 23, 2022 and repaired it. He is punctual, sincere, knowledgeable and experience and he did good job.

I called Bath Fitters Monday morning to schedual an appointment. I need the Bath Tub re corked with silicon. I spoke to Carol, who indicated that the earliest would be Friday, I told her my situation (water was leaking into my bedroom wall, which is adjacent to the bathroom) and i neeeded to have it looked at before i put a new rug down. She sais she would see what she could do. I recevied a phone call back telling me that someone could come today. Kenny Smith, Service team Manager showred up by 12:00. He was very informative when i told him my situation. He recorked the whole tub and even around the outside of the tub along the floor. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Bath Fitters.I had my tub done over ten years ago. It was still under warranty. NO charge for the service
