James at the White Plains location deserves a 10 plus rating. Although he couldn’t fix my phone (software failure), he was very detailed in assessing the issue(s) and keeping me posted with updates while I left my phone in his trustworthy hands.Look no further for your repairs, professional and flexible service.
My iPhone screen cracked and needed a replacement. James from Batteries and Bulb who was courteous and attentive took care of me. The screen was repaired under an hour and they did a great job and a great price. Very satisfied with their service
Ive come here for iPhone repairs & getting my car key battery replaced. Store is always stocked, associates are friendly & helpful. Convenient location off Rt199 w/ parking, would recommend.

Poorly designed website and checkout portal. The only checkout option available was In-store pickup and that wasn’t clear until I already purchased the battery.Staff tested my old battery and said it was totally fine but it was completely shot and the cause of my starting issue.Would not use their services again.

JAMES at the White Plains location is the reason for the strong rating. Gave him a grave technological challenge on an old iPhone6+. Odds of success were slim. He assessed the situation - managed my expectations in a clear and candid manner - made me sign something then told me to come back later. When I did, he had that phone purring like a kitten.
Very helpful and considerate. I had to replace the batteries on my wheelchair. They were simply awesome. Had a bolt get stuck on one of the old batteries, they didnt give up until it was off. Understanding, genuinely friendly store. Cares more about the customers than the sell. Overheard them advise another customer it wasnt his phones battery but the charging port. No sell but satisfied customer.

Everyone we dealt with at the Batteries and Bulbs store in White Plains was amazing! I went with my son (9) who cracked his phone screen and my daughter and her friend (5 and 6). Needless to say, I had my hands full, but one of the employees actually entertained the 2 girls while I helped my son! They made it very easy for this busy mom! Good customer service. When the Apple store and its “authorized dealers” were not able to accommodate my needs ( no available appointments for an unreasonable timeframe) Batteries Plus Bulbs not only accomaded me, they did so in an expeditious, professional, and economical manner.

Bought a car battery from them over a year ago and the battery recently started having issues. Luckily it was still under warranty and they were able to replace it free of charge. The manager went out of his way to remove the old battery, clean the terminals, and install the new battery. These guys are awesome!

I needed a 27A 12V Battery for a remote control and lo and behold I found Batteries Plus online and made the purchase. Super friendly, gave great advice. Helped install the Duracell replacement battery for my LG Stlyo 2 Plus and made sure it charged up correctly. I asked about iPhone 7 battery replacement and they were also super helpful on pricing and repair turnaround time. Definitely a great resource!
Drove over 90 minutes to get there, and worth every minute. Best prices I could find on marine batteries , let alone all other batteries also. Workers were so friendly and even loaded batteries in my van ! Excellent store

Highly recommend. I have had two iPhone screens replaced here. They are knowledgeable and courteous and quick. Joe was extremely helpful both times. Also looks like they have a ton of selection of phone accessories, laptop accessories, and light bulbs.

Was exactly as advertised. Justin was quick, efficient, pleasant and professional. The cost was higher than I would have wanted given that it was an old phone in for a screen repair - however, the cost was fair to market and they were transparent. Like that the warranty can be used in store 5 states away where my daughter is in school
These guys are great! I use alot of cordless tools for work and I usually spend $75+ on a new battery, not any more- these guys take apart my battery and replace the cells inside with new ones, its like getting a new battery for a fraction of the price! I wish I knew about them years ago, I would have saved a ton of money. Definitely check them out.

Hard to find batteries found here. If you need a specific battery and cant find it anywhere on the internet or local stores, then Ill tell you these guys will find it for you. Great service since they will tell you if they dont have it and will order it for you. The store will tell you when to expect your item and will call you when it arrives.Im glad that I found this store since it was them that sold me a battery was almost impossible to find. Only other place to have it wanted over $210.00 for the battery but I got it from here for the price of an average car battery.Will return and recommend this place to anyone who needs a battery that is hard to find since I know they will find it if they dont have it.

Very happy with these guys, the battery in my car remote died and the dealer wanted $75 dollars to replace it. As soon as I walked in Eros asked how he could help me, I explained what I needed, he knew right away what battery I needed, opened the remote and replaced the battery in less than five minutes and I was on my way- all for alot less than the dealer wanted.
Bought a battery for my Samsung Note 4 online and picked it up at the store. The replacement battery was a bit pricey, but has met all my expectations. A previous reviewer indicated that the battery did not support fast charging. I absolutely wanted this capability and was told at the store that the battery supported everything the standard Samsung battery supported, but that if I was not completely satisfied I could return the battery within 14 days. Im happy to say that the battery does does indeed support fast charging and Im very satisfied with it in all respects.

The cost of the battery was more Ethan double of online but I needed it immediately. The store justified the cost by saying that it was guaranteed fresh and fully charged. However, when I installed it, it took close to 4 hours to be fully charged and functioning. I was told it should be instant but clearly was not.
No issues with the online transaction or the sales rep at the store for my store pickup.I purchased a battery for my motorcycle after having issues with a cheap battery I purchased off of Amazon. I was told that I shouldnt have issues with the new battery that I just paid twice as much for, compared to the cheap battery. I went home and swapped the battery in, go to start my bike and click click click click click, not enough juice to turn the bike over. Very disappointed. If I didnt have a battery tender or a means to charge my battery for my bike, I wouldnt know what to do to start my bike aside from roll down a hill or jump start off off my car. There was real a potential to cause injury to myself or my bike, or cause damage to my brand new battery by jump-starting off of my car if I did not have a way to charge this brand new battery. Not likely to return as a customer.

Prices on small everyday batteries a little high. Service is very good however dont care to upsold and over informed just sell me the batteries. Make sure they tell what the price is and show you the product kind of a slight hand.
Great price BUT and its a BIG BUT the web site said free battery installation... well not actually ... I got to the store and was handed a pair of pliers. not a box or open end wrench but a pair of pliers. so I had to go buy the proper tools , which I have home but was not going to drive back home to get them. I returned and by now it was dark and was installing the battery in the dark not fun....

Very helpful staff. Ordered new battery online for Samsung galaxy 3. Received email within 15 minutes saying it was ready for pick up. However, when the assistant checked my phone, he found the charger port was the issue not the battery. He suggested a wall battery charger as an alternative to buying a new phone. I didnt want the expense of a new phone and the charger was a great solution. Plus it can charge camera batteries too ( one charger for all when traveling) I purchased the charger and chose to buy new phone battery anyway. Cheaper than buying a new phone.

The Apple Pay didn’t work and I tried to type in 3 different credit cards into their system and it didn’t work. So I had to drive back to my house to get a credit card. They apologies and gave me an extra screen cover for free- class act and I will go back!!!
I ordered a couple of items online late at night. Early the next morning I received an e-mail stating that my order was ready to be picked up. Everything was indeed ready for me, check out was easy and uneventful and questions I asked were answered for me easily.I would definitely recommend them to others.

They advertize online that they replace car batteries. But they dont provide this service. Why do they have a web page set up to take money and make appointments for a service they cannot provide. Annoyingly lame.
Called before I arrived to make sure I could get my iPhone 6 Plus screen fixed. Drove all the way to the store and waited in line for 15 mins until I was helped. Once it was my turn I handed my phone over to the person at the front desk and without looking at it for more than 30 seconds immediately handed it back to me saying that it was NOT fixable. I have had my phone screen fixed in WAY WORSE condition than what it is right now so there is no reason why it shouldnt be able to get fixed. Im extremely annoyed that I wasted my time going to this place and really upset with the service I received today.

I needed to replace the battery in my phone. I went online, ordered the battery, and it was ready to be picked up when I arrived at the store in White Plains, NY. BROKEN PROMISESI took my I Phone 6 Plus to store #776 Batteries+ Bulbs Tarrytown Road in White Plains on November 10, 2016 for replacement screen . Was charged 129 minus 10 dollars coupon.. Was told 6 months warranty. Phone was ready within 2 hours. Jacob and Andrew were the technicians that I interacted with...Took the phone and went Across the street to the shopping center to purchase screen protector and case. Phone fell on the counter and new screen was scattered within 15 mins after replacement ... I took the Phone back to Batteries+ Bulb.. They told me, they would take care of it Since it happened so soon after replacement ... The Right Thing to Do..However , when I went back to retrieve my phone I was charged another 129 minus 15 % ( as a courteously ). Not what I was promised .. It was NOT taken care of under the warranty as promised..I will be making a formal complaint to the Consumer Department , so details of warranty can be better disclose to customers ..

I came across this store by accident. I was on my way to DSW, across the street.My older cordless landline phone wants to work but stopped all of a sudden. Only reason I still have it after 10 years is the Bundle Price from my Provider, who said its old. Broken. Get a new one. Eh. I saw Batteries Plus while waiting at the light and went in. Told the guy at the counter about my phone. He said you might want to bring your phone in so we can make sure its correct one and I will test it.Brought my Phone with Charger Base in the next day. He opened the back, said he doesnt have the exact battery cause that one came with the phone, dont make those anymore, but this one will be fine. He put it in, we tested it and although it was much more $ then if I went through Amazon, he said, never sure about where they get them. I think I paid like $60, no hassle, phone works just fine, dont know anything about Warrenty on the battery, but could be good for another 10 years!

Screen malfunctioned and did not work at all after 2 weeks, called for service, was told they didnt have record of getting my phone fixed and I should go elsewhere to have it fixed.

I went to the Batteries Plus Bulbs store at 300 Tarrytown Road, White Plains, NY today to have a watch battery replaced, only to see that they left more than 10 lines of scratches on the back of my Bulova as they tried to open it. They didnt tell me about it. When I pointed it out, they offered no apologies. All they said was: things like this happen and we are not liable. If they are not able to open the back of a watch without damaging it, they should not be in the business of replacing watch batteries, period. What was on the guys mind when he made so many scratches? He should have stopped or asked for help after one or two unsuccessful attempts! Also, the guy was not even able to put the back on and suggested that I should take it to a jewelry store. Really?

Ordered Car Battery on line p/u at store when i arrived at store it was very wam inside 1 of the 2 computors was frozen waited about 15 min then left returned to store 3 days later store was still very warm received battery quickly filled out paper work and left install new battery car starting great

Never again I purchased the durracel SLl178M the price on the internet was 139.99 the price on the shelf in the store has 139.99 on the internet it asks if you have a core i stupidly assumed if you had a core it would get deducted from the adverized price as no where did it state 139.99 + the core deposit i have several cars and trucks when i go to any auto parts store or my local mechnic and ask what the price of a battery for my vechical is as i did recently when i purchased a 7 yr interstate battery i was told the price was $200.00 and IF I had a core he woruld give me $20.00 for the core making the price $180.00 i believe your advertizing is deceptive snd perhaps illegal ---? since nobody seemed to know the answer in 2 1/2 when this battery is pushing out 750 amps vs 800 are you going to replace it

2020-11-28Batteries Plus Bulbs is a great resource and while at first I wondered what does this store carry that you can’t get at your local hardware store, I’ve come to be very grateful for their unique inventory.If you have a Verizon landline phone, there is a battery that is often housed in your basement that is your backup for when there might be a blackout or a big storm. You might hear a beeping that is warning you to replace your 12 volt ultra big battery that you’ll never get at your local hardware store!The selection of batteries is impressive! They also carry all kinds of flashlights, as well as other kinds of bulbs .

2022-01-06It is so easy to purchase items from Batteries+Bulbs. If they dont have an item that is needed, you can order it, and its usually available for pick-up in a matter of days. Friendly and helpful staff. Orders can be placed for pick-up or delivery.

2021-09-16I went there to have my watch battery replaced and when they checked my battery they told me it was fine and they reset my watch which is now working. I appreciated their helpfulness and that they did not charge me for a new battery which I actually did not need. They were courteous, helpful and honest. Would absolutely recommend and go back when I need something else fixed!

2021-04-16I had to get my iPhone 8 screen fixed last minute, and I was able to easily make an appt for the next day. The guy that helped me was very nice and professional and he did a great job! My phone was fixed in an hour. Very pleased with the service. A good Price too!
