No employee wears a mask properly or at all in this store. Even when you ask them nicely to please wear a mask they refuse. This place is a danger to the public. Management should be ashamed of themselves.
Ferrys is pretty good, larger store than terrys, however they have raised their prices over the past few years
Good selection in a small space, high quality meats, many organics, small fresh veggie selection, very good yogurts. Prices are reasonable. Open 24 hours!
The night shift clerck is a mean and rude person someone need to train him to how to deal with customers I am concierge near by I will tell the resident about my experience if no improvement is done they charge different prices for the same sandwiches all the time

2018-12-10Nice crew members(employees) and the price is not bad(cheap). Regarding the manager Mr Donald, he should be replaced. He don’t know how to talk and respect his customers and employees. He is short tempered and there is always an employee replacement because of his actions.

2017-08-15If you work in Battery Park just go to Terrys next to Stuyvesant for lunch. I wanted to give it a try and this is what they give you for a turkey blt @ 8 bucks. A slice of turkey folded.

2019-06-17I work a block away from this deli at Asphalt Green and can say I will never go to it again after today. On two separate occasions my call in orders have been messed up. First time I called in 10 minutes prior to my break time and asked for a hamburger. Upon arriving to the deli I asked the line cooks where I can pick up my order. The cook responded with a snobby attitude and told me to pick it up at the register when I get to the register I’m then told to pick it up from the cook line (already frustrated because it seems no one know where food is retrieved from.) After some back and forth the burger is finally found. With the time I wasted to get to find my food and get back to work half my break was done. To top it all off when I get to my job the burger was very well under cooked to where I couldn’t even eat it ... I should’ve just taken a bite into the cow itself. Somehow I was able to let that slide until today when I place the same order 10 minutes in advance to me going on my break, and when I arrive to the deli the cook says “oh it wasn’t put on the grill” it’s seems they are just here to take peoples money but don’t really care about customer service furthermore the deli was not that busy either they’re incompetent or really don’t give a sh*t. I also spoke to the manager on duty and he did absolutely nothing to help me or to accommodate my inconvenience. The staff in this place has no etiquette what so ever except for when you’re paying. and that is it.

2019-08-25Very disappointed. Everytime I go in for a bacon egg and cheese and ask for the bacon to be chewy, I get burnt bacon. They pre cook the bacon early in the morning or use left overs from the day before and just put it back on the grill and thats not just with the bacon. Ill ask for something on a hero, Ill get it on a roll. Ill ask for something not to be added because in highly allergic to it and find they added it when I get back to work. Thats money wasted because Im unable to go back out once I already left so I go the day without eating. Im very disappointed with the kitchen part of this place. Besides that they always carry my favorite beer and becuase of that, Ill give them a star.

2014-02-14This place sells a wide variety of foods, ranging from boxed tofu to fancy glass-bottled soda pop. They have really tasty chocolate chip muffins! Eating them is almost like eating cake! Its awesome! Also, they sell a really great grilled cheese, especially since they butter the toast. A lot of kids that go to school in the area buy lunch or snacks from here.

2018-08-21Absolutely adored this deli until recently. One Saturday this summer, my cousin, her best friend, and I went to this deli to grab lunch while on my break from work. I ordered a sandwich, my cousins best friend went to the ATM to withdraw cash. I took my sandwich to the counter and paid for it. Upon the completion of my transaction, the woman behind the counter turned to my cousins friend and said to her And you can pay for whatever you put in your purse In shock, the three of us all stared at one another. My cousins friend opened her purse and showed the woman that she hadnt put anything in there. The woman behind the counter took the purse and began to search through it, emptying all its contents. She realized her mistake and instead of apologizing, she INSISTED that shed seen her put something in her purse.I work in Battery Park during the summer and had been going to BPCGM for at least two summers, but after the way we were profiled and treated I will never be patronizing them again.
