This is by far the best automotive shop around. John the owner is such a nice and sincere guy who always goes out of his way to help out the customer. Buddy and Eric are also great guys I always feel like my vehicle is in good hands when I drop it off here. I would strongly recommend them to anyone of my friends, my entire family goes here.
I highly recommend Bayberry Automotive!! I did not have an appointment, I really just stopped by to ask a few questions and discuss my car issues. They listened, and before I knew it they brought my car in to fix on the spot! I can’t say that could happen for everyone everytime, my issue wasn’t too extensive. Definitely give them a try. Super clean office, friendly helpful staff!! I’ll be back!!
I have been leasing a vehicle for years so my go to was the dealership.Recently, I purchased a vehicle and needed to find an auto shop that I could use regularly for service and repairs.I have used them for about a year now for various services and the guys at Bayberry Automotive have been professional and knowledgeable.One time, my visit cost $0! Went to have the fuses changed in my van to get the side doors to work.Got a call - a button I didn’t know existed , had been depressed, preventing the doors from working! They showed me the button and sent me on my way. Did I mention that they are also patient?They are also practically neighbors so the location is very convenient.Deb S
I called there searching for help with my air conditioning and expected the same results I got everywhere else. Instead I found a friendly voice who invited me to come to his already busy shop right away where my problem was quickly taken care of while I waited. I could go on about the friendly, speedy, and very reasonably priced service but I see it has already been stated multiple times in previous reviews so Ill just say ditto and thank you to John and his crew. I will absolutely be returning for all of my automotive needs.

I arrived after their closing time on a Friday evening and needed their help. John, the owner, said they would be happy help and pulled my vehicle into their garage, put it up on the lift, and diagnosed the issue. It was repaired soon after and the charges for the parts and labor were extremely fair and affordable. I was very impressed with the professionalism, quality of work, pricing and accommodation John and his mechanics provided. I highly recommend them and will return in the future.
I was 2 hrs from home and I was I a hurry to get to work. They diagnosed and replaced an alternator under 2hrs and I was out the door . Because I was from out of town I thought for sure I would take a beating on price! but the we’re very fair. Great people, great place!
I have gone to Bayberry auto a few times since it changed hands and have yet to be disappointed by John and the guys. I’ve gotten tires and a few other repairs I was not able to get to myself handled by these guys and there hasn’t been a time They didn’t have my truck in and out of the shop the next day at the latest. Most of the time they were able to fit me in the same day. Recently I had to leave for a week and used the night drop, John called first thing in the morning and even let me leave the truck in his lot the until I got home. Great customer service, haven’t had an issue with any of the work, and always calls to explain and ask what I want done before repairing.
I had the same experience as all the other 5 star reviews. It is exactly the auto repair shop Ive been looking. I dont have to worry about substandard work or being scammed on unnecessary work, just honest repair with confidence the experience will be what we all want.
I now have all of my personal vehicles serviced here. They are great people, experts in auto repair and service. They make recommendations before any extra work is required. I wont go anywhere else!
John and his crew are awesome, always gets the job done, always great service and great advise! Last repair he even worked with my Mazda extended warranty to cover the repair! Always impressed, will continue to keep recommending these guys!
Best Automotive Mechanic Around!I highly recommend Bayberry Automotive. I had a few services done by them. But long story short...I had a rattle in my car for the last three years that no one could figure out. I asked them if they were willing to try. Well, THEY FOUND IT. For the first time in 3 years I can drive on the highway without that insanely irritating rattle coming from the rear of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I will now get all my auto services done at Bayberry Automotive. If you are tired of getting the run around at other places, you should give these awesome people a try. PS they also never try to upsell or tell you something needs work when it doesnt.
John runs this place with integrity which is a high value quality to have in the automotive business for a better chance of guests returning. Theyre super friendly, fair priced, and very busy, but work efficiently. Ill certainly be back, thanks John 😊

Just went there to get a new tire put on and they took me right in and was finished in no time. Very friendly owner and mechanic. Easy to talk to and answered all of my extra questions that I had about my vehicle. I must add that they were the most cleanest garage I have EVER been to! Garage, office and bathroom! My boyfriend also loved that they had complimentary snacks and coffee 😁 You can tell that the owner takes pride in his business. Will be going back to get more work done soon. Great prices as well!

John was amazing! I had a ringing noise occurring with my 2020 car and had no idea where it was coming from. At first he suggested because its under warranty to go to the dealership so I didnt have to pay and also do they would keep it under warranty. When I called back because the dealership couldnt get me in for two weeks he told me to come on over and hed test drive it with me. When I pulled in they were obviously pl busy but he took the time to ride around and figure out the issue. The rigning was from my cross bars. He took them off and offered to put them back on whenever I was ready. I was ready to pay after taking 45 minutes of his time but he said no charge. I was so stressed that something was wrong with my new car and I still had to drive it. He was so kind to help me with no benefit for himself. Will definitely return for more services.
I took my car to Bayberry Automotive last week and I have to say what a surprise. While they were more than willing to fix everything John did suggest another place to do my exhaust that might be able to save me some money. As I was wishy washy about putting that much into my car and thought maybe it’s time to buy a new one I held off on the other repairs to think about it. I decided to at least inquire about the exhaust and followed his suggestion and saved over $700.00. You can’t get more honest and helpful than that!!! Took my car in for the gas tank/gauge and exhaust pipe to be worked on. No appointment was made was taken right in. Price was on point. They were honest and quick with repairs. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I took my car there on 07/02/16 when they charged me $274.16 which they said was the reason my car would not start. About 2 minutes after I sat down in the waiting room it was being driven a service bay. WHY WOULD IT START FOR THEM IF IT NEEDED A NEW MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR? I later learned from 20/20 that a car can run with a bad mass air flow sensor. I suspect there was a loose wire they reconnected so they could drive it right in. Business must have been slow that day. I wrote this review but when they changed their website the review disappeared.

Expensive and do overcharge in labor, not sure if its mistake but they estimated 1 hour for the job ( which is fair) ended up charging me 1.5 hour of labor for the same job

2022-02-22Where do I begin about a company operating based on their slogan (Integrity). First of all- let me say I do not know them personally,. They mention integrity and honesty on their website and they live up to it. I had them do a brake job on a BMW X5 today and of course they saved me a lot (and did a tremendous job) vs. a dealer or a BMW shop so they have definitely won my business. The dont perform all services on BMWs so if you have one give John a call and he will be upfront and honest on the work he can and will do. I am sure he can do all services on most other cars. I will tell you it was nice to do business with a smaller local company knowing he cared about his customer. It isnt easy to find these days. I am just very appreciative and I want others to know that you do not need to hesitate to give them an opportunity to service your vehicle. Thank You John and we will see you again when we need service!

2022-05-01We originally took the car to a chain repair shop. Had the brakes and rotors replaced, front and back. Heard a continuous noise when stepping on the brakes. We went back 3 times and the noise continued. They told us there was nothing wrong! We finally went to Bayberry Automotive and had the owner John check the brakes over, he explained what the issue was, repaired the brakes front and back. No more noise when stepping on the brakes. No more chains for us! John was great, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. If you need work done, bring your vehicle to Bayberry Automotive, we highly recommend them. Very reasonable priced too.

They were professional, kind, and went out of their way to call us when there was additional work to be done on the vehicle. No more Dealership visits for us! 2021-12-07I needed a new auto shop when I moved to Liverpool so I asked around and was recommended Bayberry Automotive. Ive only brought my car in twice but both times the service was beyond what was expected. Last year I needed some work done and they got me in fast and called me several times to give me updates on what the problem was and how much it would cost. Theyre pretty good about explaining things so you know what youre paying for. Cost was reasonable and the location cant be any better for me living in Bayberry. Last week I had an inspection and alignment done and they got it all done in one day. You can tell they care about what they do and want to do an honest job, and that leads to all the great stuff theyre doing there.

2021-08-12Best experience at a car mechanic I have been to. Very upfront and honest from the beginning. Had to have an AC compressor replaced and they handled it right away and did a great job at a reasonable price. Will only use this team for our cars from now on
