Terrible business practices! I brought my 2015 Nissan Rogue to Bayport Transmission because my transmission was slipping. We wanted to help out a local business instead of going to a big dealership. I had an extended warranty that should have covered what was needed. After my car being there for 4 days I had NO correspondence. When I called to ask about the status of my car, I was met with attitude. The man we dealt with, Glenn, seemed overwhelmed with work. I really wish if this was the case they wouldnt have taken on my car to begin with. After a week and a half of having no car they finally called to tell me that I would have to pay $400 extra if I wanted a Nissan transmission or just take a rebuilt transmission for the price of the deductible. I said I wanted the one that comes with it since I didnt have the $400 extra to spend. Glenn was incredibly rude to this situation and said we werent taking his advice. I finally got my car back after them having it for 3 WEEKS. Now 3 weeks after getting my car back, the transfer case is leaking fluid and it is undrivable. The dealership I took it to to address this issue said the transmission was put in improperly and with silicone instead of the appropriate gasket. The dealership contacted Bayport Transmission and was told they cant help us.

Amazing experience! Was treated promptly and with respect. They never made me feel like I was just another number. The brought me in,quickly and accurately figured out what the problem was, fixed it and then I was on my way. They really know what their talking about when it comes to all vehicles. They are also very reasonably priced. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the near future. Thanks again Glen and the whole crew at Bayport Transmission!

They are truly awesome . You can be sure your vehicle will be properly diagnosed and fixed professionally. They are also priced fairly and deliver it on time and as was promised . I highly recommend them!
