Got my new car from them, really helpful when I had a issue I went back and they helped me. They got me an appointment right away. Also the whole process of buying the car was really smooth. Max was very nice. Straight forward which we appreciated so much! We literally had no idea that we would be going home with our new car, but we did. He was patient even though we had our baby and dog and he worked with us and filed all our paperwork until they closed. We were the last people there. We have leased two Jeeps from this dealership. Our Jeep Grand Cherokee console is not working. The console has the car in the ocean and thus restarts the console every 3 minutes. I called to get an appointment with the service center. The person on the phone had poor customer service. There is was never any empathy for situation just a response that the there is little they can do and the first appointment will be in 29 days. I then called to speak with the head of sales. The two gentlemen would not take the call. I spoke with a person from Finance and he stated he ALSO cannot his car serviced because they are so backed up. Why is the service center backed up so severely.I will try to reach out to Mike Campenella who owns the dealership. I hope this is helpful when deciding if you should go to the dealership. There are plenty of other dealerships that have decent service responses. Its an important part of purchasing or leasing a vehicle.
My wife and i stopped by to check on a 2019 durango and ended up buying it on the spot because the sales person Brandon was very professional, helpful and polite. He made our car buying experience a great and memorable one and helped with our insurance.. we drove about 20 miles to this dealership and it was worth it. Ask for Brandon and you wont be disappointed
We recently had the pleasure of visiting Jeep at Bayside. We stoped there by coincidence and ended up buying the car on spot because of Ian’s great service.He was kind, informative, supportive and above all he didn’t make us feel rush or pushed into anything. He made sure that all our questions and concerns were answer and made us feel like we were taken care by a friend more than a sales person.Ultimately, after he delivered the car he made sure to follow up with us and make sure we were happy with it. We feel like we can count on him and if there is ever something wrong with the car he would not fail us. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family, and come back to him if we decide to get another car.
We had an issue with our taillight and we had spoken to other dealers about it and we got little to no help, and the wait time for replacement was 6 months, we contacted bayside dealer even though we didn’t buy the car from them and they treated us like first class customers mind you we live in Westchester! they were very helpful and helped us immediately, got us a replacement and all in less than 2 hours. We will definitely be coming back there, it’s worth it.I highly recommend this dealer. Ask for Kevin, he was very helpful, professional and informative.
Service department needs a complete overhaul. I have been a customer for over 7 years and the experience has gone downhill big time! I hope the owners of the dealership actually read the reviews and objectively look at what’s going on with customers in the service department. However, I do give 5 stars for Turgo in the sales department! He’s a true professional and gentleman!
I am so grateful that I was able to get out of my lease and into a new one. David Arocho the salesperson was great in helping me from beginning to end. He gave me a call and we negotiated on the phone. He was understanding and was able to find me a good deal. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I called to see if I could get an appointment for an inspection and oil change . I spoke with Jay who was awesome! He told me to bring the car in now. Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge had fair parts and labor prices that needed no negotiation. Eric was quick with every document I needed to get repairs funded. I’ve bought 2 cars from them last year. Service has been great. No complaints. I had a issue with my charger and the service manger made sure the problem was corrected. They just serviced my wife’s challenger smooth easy transaction car was in and out within a hour of me being there. Thank you for your services
Good sales, bad serviceThey are so nice once you signing the lease , once you sign everything, things changes.My leased car was brought to this dealer 3 time with 1 issue, 3 times I drop it off, and the issue still the same. The answer I get: our mechanic check the car and he reported nothing wrong. Maybe it is a time to change your mechanics, and give them more training. Unbelievable.After all this, I got a sms saying my car is due for oil change, are you serious, why you didnt perform all the required maintenance, and changed the oil. You need me to bring the car again after 5 weeks the car was sitting at your lot.Unbelievable, this is a joke.
Ians customer service was pleasant and friendly. My wife and I were shopping around for our last ICE American Muscle Car and so far we liked what they had in store: The custom Challenger Hell Cat Red Eye and the custom Charger Hell Cat, both finished in Go Mango exterior paint. WOW!
This place is going down hill quickly I called earlier this morning to discuss my issues I was told to bring my vehicle in, and when I got there the gentleman at the counter looked at me like I had 10 heads when I told him I spoke with a female employee and another customer told his co worker the same his response was they are under staffed due to COVID-19..... I understand everyone is using that excuse at the moment but wouldnt the representative know that beforehand that told me the and the other gentleman to come in? To make someone come in and get treated the way I did in the rain trying to make it before 5pm is uncalled for and unorganized...

He was straight to the point and didn’t try to swindle us, we spend a week looking and weighing our options at different dealers and at the end Turgo made it happen for us at bayside jeep. Finance guy terry was wonderful too! The both were incredible and really made this long process as fast and easy for our family. I know we will be coming back and we will be recommending them to our friends and family when looking for there dream car.
Had some minor issues with my Grand Cherokee L. When I went back to the dealership Bob Kennedy and his crew were fantastic. From everyone who takes the car, to the the people at the service desk, the mechanics and parts dept. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Keep up the good work it was an absolute pleasure. I would give zero if I could . Terrible service. Don’t waste your time / money there . I promise anywhere else would be much better. Never experience such unprofessionalism. Nate tried his best to help in every way but he’s new to the location so some of the issues was beyond his control. He got a great future ahead but not if he stays in that POS. It was a lease for my dad who needed a car that day but If it was up to me they wouldn’t get a $1 of my hard earned money. The manager didn’t even congratulated my father on his new car . Didn’t apologize for the long wait , nothing …. Not even a full tank of gas on a brand new car ?? I could be here all day speaking on the disgust I’ve witnessed. I could right a book . Please Please take your business else where I promised you’ll be much happier at other closer locations !!
This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve received. My family made the mistake getting a vehicle from this shop. I love Jeep but the people here are horrendous. There is no professional mannerism in them; they do not know how to conduct themselves in a conversation and lack etiquette. As someone who works with the BBB I wouldn’t expect the service desk to play a game of pick up and hold just to refuse speaking. Get a jeep. JUST GET IT FROM ANOTHER DEALER SHOP. Feels like I might have to sell a kidney to speak to management as the regular workers seem to secretly run the business.FOLLOW IP: I was promised a call back to resolve the issue. The owner clearly has time to rebuttal Google reviews and defend incompetent staff in lieu of the call back. If you’re looking for disappointment this is the place to get it from. This call was promised by the manager Bob which never occurred ::shrugs::
Avoid this dealership like the plague. David (salesman) is the most dishonest person Ive met in a long while and he will lie to you with a smile. Never received pricing on my truck baaed on the ammount we agreed on even though he said he went so far as speak to the OWNERS SON and the OWNER of the dealership. Would love to know how the owner of the dealership feels about a salesman in his establishment saying he personally authorized something he never did. Me and my family have bought 5 cars from here over the last few years. Can comfortably say none of us will ever be returning as well as my wife who was planning on buying a wrangler in a few months. Horrible service at this place and now since Ive written about it.Ive been contacted by the manager (Sal) in an attempt to pay me $500 to take down this review. I guess they dont want people to know what kind of sham is being ran over there. If you decide to go with this brand then please, take your business elsewhere that they will be honest with you about what youre paying for the vehicle.
My experience with Jeep Bayside has been absolutely horrific. I brought my Jeep here for a scheduled service on Presidents Day. I waited for 3 hours, despite having an appointment, for Brandon Diaz, the front desk service consultant to tell me I have bad news, we lost your key. I stood there dumbfounded as I could not understand how I waited there for 3 hours, with my car receiving no service for them to finally tell me they lost my key. When I asked why I wasnt notified earlier Brandon explained that he had just received the news. Brandons response to my situation that his company caused was rude and unprofessional to say the least. He offered no real solution and no apology. After some time of me expressing how upset I was and demanding a solution Brandon said that the most they could do was try to find the key and if not found I would have to go home and possibly come back the next day when a a key was produced. What a terrible solution to a problem Jeep Bayside caused. I explained that home was very far from their dealership and Id need to take a cab home and because of the inconvenience Jeep Bayside should pay for the trip and any other trip that stems from their carelessness. He eventually agreed that this is how the situation would be remedied. Unfortunately that night the key was never found and so I had to take an Uber home which cost a pretty penny. I called Jeep Bayside the next day to get an update on my car situation and to get some information regarding how Id be reimbursed. A lady picked up the phone and told me that when a key is produced the car will be dropped off to my home location and gave me an email to send the receipts to for reimbursement. Fast forward, my car was eventually dropped off and I emailed the receipts to two different emails. No one responded back in regards to payment. This morning I called to follow up about reimbursement which is absolutely absurd being that Jeep Bayside caused all of this and this was their proposed reconciliation. I asked to speak to the manager, Bob Kennedy and was given the run around-hes busy, Can I get more information and Ill relay the message, I can help you. I was never able to get a hold of him. Ridiculous! Because I could not get a hold of Mr.Kennedy I was forced to handle my situation with one of the reps over the phone. After taking my card numbers she stated that funds should be reimbursed soon. I really have little to no faith that the funds will be reimbursed at this point, as Jeep Bayside has proven to be extremely unprofessional. I thought about buying another car from Jeep Bayside but I have decided after this nightmare of a situation that I absolutely will not. I am extremely disappointed.
Oil changed, went home “low oil pressure” displayed on dashboard. Checked by myself, all the oil is gone. Brendon asked me to used my own insurance to towed my car to your shop, because your roadside assistance is BS 30 minutes not one to pick up the phone. Very disappoint with very poor service.
Came in just to browse and hopefully leave with a new car but the service was so terrible we had to decide at another dealership. Immediately they ignored us for a prolonged time before they told us we can just browse alone. They assumed we did not speak English and stated poor mouthing us. The profiling and passive aggressive tone was so upsetting to witness. Also heard one of the salesmen call over a couple using “guys” x5. Nice dealership interior, but the staff is terrible.
Disappointed in the service here. Scheduled an appointment over the phone several weeks ago and explained exactly what was needed over the phone. When I came in, I was told it would be a ridiculous price that was not previously disclosed + that they wouldn’t be able to do an oil change because of the mileage on my car. I have never heard of that before and took time out of my day + waited weeks to be turned away.
Just had to wait close to 40 minutes for my car, which they told me was ready. Multiple people came out asking for the car number, which Ana Rodriguez kept giving them. In the meantime, while I was waiting 40 minutes for someone to pull my car out, I had to listen to stories about her ex-boyfriend who she bought shoes, wrote her an apology email, for and is 5’8”, (I know much more about him than I prefer to even say). After 40 minutes one of the callers came in to check the number, only to find she gave the wrong number. Of course I’m in a bad mood at this point so I rolled my eyes, to which she replied, “THERE’S NO NEED TO GIVE ME AN ATTITUDE SIR”. Agreed, no need Ana. Will be calling Bob to discuss.Edit: Bob and Brian were very helpful.
I took my car in for a oil change and brought it back home only to discover the check engine light was on. I noticed that I had an oil leak underneath my car so I checked the oil only to discover that I had none. So I brought 5quarts and began to put oil back in my car, only for it to leak out again. So I call the service department and they towed the car back to the shop and fixed the problem and delivered it back to my house without any problems! I’m definitely happy with the service I received!
Awful, worst experience ever, be there the second one before 6AM, trying to get done oil change and state inspection before 8 to get to work. Told I need to replace brakes otherwise inspection will not pass, but it can be done by 8:30. At 8:30 they told me that they broke one of the bolt, had to wait longer to get it from somewhere else. Every time I ask the manger, told that it is going to be finish soon, only 10-30min, but I end up leaving at 12:00, nice job on breaking customers car. And I was only tend to wait for an hour or two, end up with more than six hours of pure waiting. Dont guaranteed on customer if you cannot finish on time, I could leave the car and get to work. And dont just break customers car, and say to the customer I will give it to you for free, no charge, YOU are the one who breaks it, and spending more time on it. FYI: sale department are also bad, a bunch of guys with dishonesty.
I left another Jeep dealership, earlier in the day, in Queens, because of (in my opinion) a bad sales team. So I came to this dealership and was taken care of by Turgo. Turgo was excellent and professional, he clearly explained everything about the purchase, and the specs of the vehicle. Great experience
I never thought any dealership could threat customers they way i was threated, they never answered my Phone calls, they always were so busy, i. Addition, the repair came un to be around 9,000.00, took them around 18 das, on top of that, when I saw my car all darty, I askwd them why it was not clean or wash, they told me they were not a car wash. I was not expecting such as answered,. Please think twice before you use that dealership..
I went to see the good folks at Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge to get an engine filter & cabin filter for my 2017 Dodge Ram 4x4. The service team were very knowledgeable extremely helpful and explained everything to me. They also fixed my tourneau cover gratis! Ive had my truck since 2017 and theyve serviced it like clock work ever since!
Absolutely NOT trust this dealership or their customer service.I had been searching for a specific Durango for a long time. I was finally able to find two identical vehicles at Bayside Dodge. I immediately went online and placed a $500 reserve on the vehicle through their e-commerce option. The money was taken from my account, I received a confirmation email and within 3 minutes I received a phone call from Wanda saying she saw the reservation and wanted to schedule a time for me to come in. The website updated that the vehicle was reserved.We planned for the appoint to be the following week. Throughout the week I asked Wanda if I could speak with someone about the financial aspects, how much my trade in would be worth, or specifically what I needed to complete the transaction. I was always told by Wanda that I was not allowed to speak with a salesman and could only do so in person. This made no sense to me. I wanted to be as prepared as possible for this because I was traveling over 5 hours from out of state to make the purchase. A fact that Wanda was well aware of.The day before I was supposed to make the drive, I get a call from Wanda confirming I still planned to make the appointment. Five minutes after confirming my appointment, I get a call from a male sales person asking about my interest in Durangos and seeing I had an appointment to view them. I told him I had already put down a deposit on one there. He stated that that particular vehicle had been sold already and the e-commerce reserve wasn’t the same as talking to a salesperson and placing a deposit. (A salesperson I had been denied being able to speak to).I asked the sales person to speak with a supervisor due to his poor communication skills and he asked why I would need one and that there were none there that day. He said he was going to put me on hold to find someone. After being on hold for a short time, the line disconnected.I called back Wanda and told her about the problem and she said she would speak with a supervisor and get back to be shortly. An hour and a half later, I had to call Wanda back. Wanda told me they were going to check a storage lot to confirm they did not have the vehicle still. An hour later Wanda called and confirmed they sold the vehicle that I had made the deposit on. The entire time the vehicle remained on their website.I asked to speak with a sales manager and Eddy called me back. I asked Eddy if they were willing to make a deal on a similar Durango in a different color due to pricing increases during the 2022 year. Eddy said he needed to speak to the General Manager and would call me the following day at 9am as soon as he got to the office.By 930 I had not been contacted by Eddy. I called and was told he wouldn’t be in for another hour and that the GM was in a sales meeting. I was called at 10am and told the GM could not do anything for me.In the end I was returned my $500.
I had a great experience at Bayside Chrysler. I loved my trade in and upgrade to a New Dodge Durango with the new features. Il will keep returning to Bayside Chrysler to purchase the newest model every 3 years and search their entire inventory to make a smart purchase. Great staff and customer service. I highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase.
Words can not express, or do justice on how phenomenal our experience was at Bayside Jeep. From the moment we walked in we were rolled out the red carpet and taken care of from beginning to end ( Turgo even stood outside and bid us farewell as we drove our beautiful car away ). Turgo was SENSATIONAL. I have never in my life dealt with such professionalism, kindness, customer service and genuine desire to make my husband and I happy. He truly went above and beyond and its an experience we will never ever forget. We couldnt be more pleased with our brand new Grand Cherokee and the amazing 5 star customer service we recieved from Turgo, Matt, and the rest of the team. We are truly blown away and cant wait to do more business with them in the future. Hands down BEST dealership. Thank you all!!!!!
Came in for a warranty repair. They did all the work spot on. Had a small hiccup as the lease insurance i bought during leasing the car covered scratchless dents but when the service department called them they were told it is not covered. I had to call the insurance company and clarify this and then had to get the service department to call them back. All was sorted and it got covered. I got the car back in a week.
The desk service for walk in no appointment was great my wife’s Chrysler Pacifica was up for oil change and service . And the right rear tire 🛞 since we bought it has been giving a problem leaking air we took back to dealer in Manhatten and they just filled it never changed or serviced tire 🛞 I had to fill every week. Bayside said there was a nail and patched it $30. And told me drive it around that the tire message would clear and that was Friday still on Monday message on.
My experience with this dealership was amazing. I got the attention and dedication to work on a deal for me by both the sales person (Kevin) and the finance manager(Bobby) even though we could not work out a deal for the car I wanted. I feel great and would keep looking at their inventory with the hope they add a vehicle that fits my budget. They are amazing, great customer service from finance guy and sales guy. They made me feel like a vip customer . Everyone should give this dealership a shot. This is the worse dealership I ever visited. They kept the vehicle for more than 12 days, when we asked about why the car was not clean, they told me they were not a car wash place, I never expected such as answer. Also, after they got the vehicle I could not get easily person to question about the vehicle. Please do not use this dealership try somewhere else…😖
It took over 3 hours for a oil change with tire rotation on a Monday afternoon (I gave my car around 415 pm and didn’t get my car back until 740). Busy, I guess. But they should have told me it will take 3 hours and I could have left and returned a different day or gone to another place.
I got to bayside Chrysler late to return my old lease and get a new lease. I was told to contact Jay Rehan , so I did that. This man did everything need it to get done and plus, from the beginning to the end, help pairing Bluetooth , to explain new features to installing new plates, you name it, this man did. Look no further, so please, thank you Bayside, thank you Jay.
I had an enjoyable experience in purchasing a Newer Model Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara with the Sky Touch Roof. It was hard parting with my 2008 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, but Jamaine made the transition easy. Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge made all my dreams into reality. I will definitely recommend Jamaine and this dealership to all my family and friends. I was totally transformed from the Flintstones to the Jetsons.

Went to Bayside Jeep because my transmission was slipping . Was lucky enough to have Brandon at the service desk handle my needs. He went above and beyond to help repair my problem. they change some thing at first but it didn’t work transmission still slipping. He was kind courteous and on point he called when he said he was going to call and I got my car back faster than I expected. Brandon is truly an asset to the Jeep service team if you need something done at Jeep ask for him.

BEWARE!!! Stay AWAY from this place, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!This is the absolute worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. We took our car there today for a simple oil change and their STAFF is INCOMPETENT, RUDE, LAZY, AND INCONSIDERATE,the staff at the customer service desk seem to be only there to make hours on the clock they make zero effort to help a customer. A simple oil change on a jeep Wrangler and they make you wait 2.5 hours only to tell you that they couldnt do it.BRIAN the customer service rep blaming everyone else for his incompetence and denying the possibility to speak to a manager because according to him there was no manager at the dealership. What type of dealership doesnt have a manager? And is run by incompetent rude staff ,Elizabeth over the phone would not give any information of which mechanic was assigned to our car, she claims all 20 mecanics they have in staff couldnt open a simple hood that didnt even have a lock on it..They couldnt do it because NO ONE even tried to get the job done.my husband opened the hood in front of the DEALERSHIP staff with simply flicking it with a finger and he had already explained to them how to open it when he initially dropped it off. RIDICULOUS!!!Bayside dealer service : if you dont want to do oil changes then you shouldnt accept the cars but why waste peoples time ?? almost 3 hours wasted just to say the mechanics couldnt open a hood??? These mechanic s dont even try to get their job done correctly LAZY as can be.I hope this dealership goes out of business soon and with these people they have as staff I see it happening very quick. Is my van dealer serviced vehicle? Yes. This is my just serviced 2017 Pacifica Hybrid from the bayside Chrysler dealer. My vehicle has replaced two engine mounts and transmission mount. They held my vehicle for 3 weeks to be repaired. They parked my vehicle outside on the street and got a parking ticket. Right after I picked up my car and I heard some noises from the bottom of my vehicle while I was driving. Look what I have found. There are missing cover nuts and the covers was hitting the road...... no professionalism at this service dealer. What a shame.....may junkyard shops do service better!

This time around getting into a new car was unlike any other. I believe that is all due to having Jay Rehan on our side. The way he understood and got us into the exact vehicle we wanted was incredible especially during the pandemic and the chip shortage. I needed an oil change but I didnt have time to make an appointment. so I call Jeep Bayside Bayside I spoke to one of the service reps and they connected me with Jay (service rep)And he made it possible for me to come down that day to get a oil change.While Jay was writing up the paperwork We just was talking back-and-forth about things in general. Ive come to the conclusion that Jay is just a straight up no bs down to earth very professional person.Once again this is a confirmation that I made the right choice in leasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee and cherokee from Bayside Chrysler. Really professional people also like Kevin who helped me.lease my jeep overland.
TERRIBLE SERVICE ! I came in for a state inspection. I was asked if I bought my jeep from them and replied no. The service representative rolled his eyes and repeated didnt buy his car from us he said it could take up to 2 hours. This was at 3:30. I waited in the waiting area. After an hour no one called my name or phone number. I waited another hour since they said it could take up to 2 hours. By this time I go to the desk and ask for an update. The employee says your invoice has been printed for a while now you mustve not answered your phone. I said i have no calls or voicemails and no 1 called my name. I paid and when I got my invoice I see that my car has been ready since 4pm which means I waited two hours for no reason. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was no supervisor or assistant supervisor available and was told who ever was in charge that night would contact me. I never received that call just like I never got their call that my jeep was ready.Every time i go there The staff always seems annoyed like every customer is more work. Waiting there for two hours I over heard numerous customers with complaints about customer service. The staff lacks professionalism talking amongst themselves like customers arent sitting around the corner and cant hear them curse out who ever they just spoke to on the phone or who just left the counter. After this experience I will not be going back there and will not recommend them to anyone. As soon as they realized I waited 2 hours than i had to they should have done something about it or apologized. Instead they blamed me. Not even an apology. They do not value their customers when we come in but they always send emails saying thank you for choosing us as your preferred dealer and we value your business. What a joke! I was told The supervisor of the service department who wasnt there when I asked to speak with him name is Robert Kennedy. Hopefully he reads this and makes some changes.
THEY ARE ALL MESSED UP!!I was on a waiting list for a pro-master van, and when the called me on Sunday two times to confirm my appointment and to be sure that i bring the deposit to reserved the van because stock was limited, I had to run there in order to be on time by 2.00 pm as have been in schedule and even I miss missed half my daughters birthday FOR NOTHING!!When I got there exactly by 2 pm, they told me we are sorry but WE JUST SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE WITH NO RESPECT!!! Looks like they have sales people there connected to each other and make dirty deals with selected customers and fiends. The funny thing is that on 2018 we bought a brand new Jeep Compass from them. The lost the opportunity for good recommendation, if you want to make a serious deal and buy your car with no hassles and games go elsewhere!!
Ive been going here few times since 2015 with my challenger. Back then I didnt have a spare key for my auto start so had to go to dealer for something so I shelled out 350$ for a spare key. That actually has never worked. It can open the doors of my car, but start it? Yea. Ok. No. I never needed it so far so kind of blew it off.Today I went in for a recall, and exactly 3 hours later came out with a scratch on my car. Drove it home right after and saw it. So what would you say about this dealership?If I do have to go back to a dealership, it will not be the one in bayside and I will drive way out of the way to long island and cross my fingers.Disappointing. Smh.
Came to service my car like I always do but when my car was ready. I was asked by the gentleman for my service paperwork because I may want to steal the car. Lol. I never had an issue at bayside because this is where I purchased my car 3 years ago. However, I’ll get my car service elsewhere.
Good morningI’m very disappointed i serviced my truck there the work was not done they kept the truck many days waiting and waiting for parts never finished picked up the truck after two weeks And the noice is still there .I came back to make arrangements for my truck to be Servised because the truck makes the same noise and a part was sopost to be ordered from you staff that I have called and still waiting for an answer for more that 3 months parts was ordered for the council I never got a a phone call to go back I don’t have an answer and my next step is to call the warranty company to see what they pay and figure out what was done I’m going to visit the service department and speak to the supervisor or the owner I came to your place because I was referred and the outcome is nothing as expected from customer service I expected a phone call I expected service I expected service I Called the representative on his cell never returned my phone call That’s service?K. I wrote a review about Bayside, Jeep Chrysler on their website, surprise, they did not post it. I am writing a review on Google to WARN anyone who wants to buy or lease a car from them. I have bought and leased approximately 6 cars from them and they were not as bad as other car dealers. HOWEVER, I went to lease a car for my son because I wanted him to be safe and I love the Jeep and Dodge brands. This dealership is nothing but a bunch of crooks. They will not honor advertised deals, they want you to put down thousands of dollars above what is advertised etc. So, if you see an ad for $229. Per month with $3000 down plus taxes and fees,, expect to pay $500 per month with upwards of $6000 down for a Jeep Grand Cherokee lease or over $700 per month if you want to buy it. If the manager calls you about your review which will never see the light of day on their website, dont even answer the phone. Lance the manager called me about my review, I thought he was going to work with me. Lol, it boiled down to tough luck,, too bad for you (not a quote, but that was the gist).. I have been a loyal customer for many years but I think its time I finally wake up and love another brand. BE FOREWARNED!
Bought a car from them yesterday, had a wonderful experience. I had the pleasure of working with Ian Lawson , thank you for taking good care of me, despite the delays from the factory order due to the pandemic. They went above and beyond to help me and answered all my questions, and did everything they could to make sure I am happy. Ian went back and forth inspecting the vehicle to make sure everything was in order. I also want to give a shout out to Bobby Martinez in finance, I had a seamless transaction with him.

Went in for an oil change at 6pm and they finished at 8pm. 2 hours for a simple oil change is way too long and I advised them that I was going to wait. Plus oil drips left on the fenders, finger prints all over the hood and fenders. I really dont understand why. Bad service
My experience at Bayside was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. The process was smooth and quick. This all happened because of Edwin P. in sales. I originally came in just because of a previous review naming Edwin as their sales consultant and making their car buying experience great. He was very welcoming from the beginning, very transparent on what options I had, and has excellent communication skills. I told him what I wanted and he assured me that he had one of the best Finance Mgrs-Bobby who would work with the banks to get it done!! Edwin didn’t pressure me or try to switch me out of what I came in for like most salesmen do. He was very upfront, listened to what I wanted and delivered just that! Bobby was very upfront as well and made it happen with the bank. If you’re looking for a vehicle I definitely recommend Edwin in sales and Bobby in Finance. You won’t be disappointed!
I will give the worst rating to this dealer. I made two appointments for test drive. Both are fake. First time, they told me that was sold. Second time, just 20 minutes ago, they told me they dont have my car in stock for test drive. I am not angry about you dont have my car in stock. I am really angry about you guys didnt tell me anything before my arrival. I wont choose this store for my first car. Really bad for first impression.
I just got my second lease 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This is the six car I have gotten from this dealership. Turgo Tropnasse helped me get my car which wasnt easy during Covid. He made sure I got my lease for a great price. Not everything goes smoothly and I had to wait extra time for my car but they made sure I got taken care of. Stop in Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge, see Turgo and get a new vehicle.Posted July 2017 This is the 1st time I leased a car and the 5th time I got a car from this dealership. I was surprised to see Turgo, the salesman was still working at this place. Being there for 11 years, he is very knowledgeable and helpful about all the cars and everything this place has to offer. He helped me get exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay.
Everyone at Bayside Jeep were a pleasure to be around. Rob and Matthew were very helpful. They made sure that I got THE car that I wanted. They were honest and upfront about everything. If there’s 0 star option in rating, I’m not giving the 1.I sold my car to Nelson Santos on a Saturday, 2 weeks ago. He said it was Saturday so accountants were not there to issue check for me immediately, so I requested to have the check mail to me on Monday once the accountants come to work.However, I’m not getting any money from them yet, it’s been 15 days. I have contacted this Nelson Santos for 3 times in the past 2 weeks. He’s making excuses and saying will get back to me; but never happened. I’m still not seeing the check of my sold car. And they are not showing any care to pay me. I have to put this comment here and let everybody know how they treat their customers.
Brandon came thru at a clutch. He went to the location and presented my issue with my Jeep Compass and gave me my options to gt the taken care of. He meant some effort in my part to get there early enough so they can do the proper diagnostics. Brandon gave the right Instructions to follow and the right advice to get the Jeep there and be patient. After all set and done they found the issue , able to cover under warranty and return my vehicle in record time. Thank you Brandon and service team, you guys are the reason why Im loyal to Jeep Bayside🙌💯🙏
I visited the showroom because one of guy Kevin Sanchez who is called himself manager or salesperson contact me about the deal. This showroom people are scammers they promise you over the phone “we have good deal or we can give you best to best deal when you come to showroom “ but guys don’t trust this salesperson and managers. Even they call you or email. customers putting good amount of money in down payment but they never going to make a deal until you not putting thousands of dollars for lease which is no sense . Leasing with this showroom never works. They are always lie. Even I schedule with guy name Kevin that guy left at schedule time. And they always throw unrealistic numbers which is never going to be work. Be careful with these types of salesperson and showroom managers. Never recommend anyone to go this showroom.
This dealership is horrendous. The amount of hours time I have wasted/lost dealing with bayside...starting with the delivery of my RAM, when they didn’t have the car ready when I arrived, I screwed in my own plates, Waited for over an hour and a half for just to deliver my own car.Every single time with the service department...it’s always a struggle. Told someone will call, then no call. I call, then put me on hold for 40 minutes. it’s not ready when they say it will be, I’ve getting the car back with the check engine light still on, so had to spend hours returning a rental car just to go get it again. Then wait months for reimbursement. constant attitude on the phone. Chemical Stains on the clear coat after they service the car.Should have went anywhere else.
Bayside jeep dealership sure knows how to make you feel like a valued customer. I must say given my previous review from a 1 star to a 5 star, must entail how great their service is. I spoke to Bob personally about my concerns, they installed my vacuum pump and did my inspection within less than 2 hours; in addition, gave me a ride home with their shuttle so i didnt had to wait around. One of the staff dropped my jeep off to my house and Bob send some really cool jeep accessories. Absolutely 100% satisfied customer. Thanks to all the staff again!
Ive never seen a place like this in my life.The car maintenance service is the worst of the worst.It doesn’t even deserve one star.1. Its so hard to make an appointment.Even simple jobs such as oil changes take more than a month to set up.2. You have to wait all day for simple work.If there is a problem with the vehicle, it takes more than two days to find it.3. After maintaining the vehicle, there are always other problems.This isnt the only one time this problem has happened.This happens every time I visit.This dealer always avoids their own responsibility.I would never recommend this dealer, and will never buy a vehicle or repair a vehicle here again.Anyone who buys a car here will regret it from the moment they buy it.
This place is an absolute joke. Stay away at all costs if you want to keep your car in good shape and don’t want to waste endless hours getting simple things done. Brought my car here a number of times bc it’s super close to my house and it’s always the same thing. Everybody has an awful attitude, like they don’t want to be working there or like they are doing me a favor by working there. Takes incredibly long to get an appointment. I understand it’s queens and there’s probably more people but an express oil change is no longer express if you have to wait 3-4 hours when you bring it in at 6am. But the real kicker is I brought my car in for a repair (rear differential) and after having issues after the repair and taking it to another dealership to look at, I find out that bayside jeep installed the wrong part in my car… total incompetence and lack of care. This is after waiting 6 months for the repair with no type of updates on the status of the repair. I truly cannot express what an AWFUL, AWFUL dealership this is.
This place is so disorganized! Salesmen are not knowledgeable. Prices are ridiculously high. Other dealers were less. I called to test drive a car, they told me to come in, I come in, sorry we can’t right now. So i make an appointment for test drive with a salesman. salesman told me he will have two cars available for me. I come in 2 days later, salesman told me “I didn’t think you would show”. He had nothing for me, wasted my time and they did not care to accommodate me or cared that I was leaving the dealership unhappy. Gio really did not want me to help in any way, he just wanted me to leave. So unprofessional!!
I really wanted to like this place and do all the maintenance on my Jeep through Mopar. Drove 40 minutes to go to the “Express Lane” and when I get there they told me it would be about 4-5 hours until they could take my car. 4-5 hours doesn’t sound “express” to me. If you can’t provide a service, maybe don’t offer it in the first place. The only way I would go is if I had an appointment, but even then I would be hesitant and kind of defeats the purpose of the “Express Lane.” Ended up going back to my local express lube, in and out in 20 minutes for the same price and free car wash. 2 stars only because the staff was friendly.
Came back in Sunday to lease our 7th car from Bayside CJD. This time for a Cherokee L Limited. Each time we work directly with our rep Turgo. There is nobody more professional, knowledgeable and honest. He is the reason we keep coming back. He’s earned our trust and our continued business. Ask for him.
HOLY NACHO CHEESE BALL BATMAN!!! The parts department will, in fact, induce a stroke. Stay as far away from them as possible. Every other department is great. My wife and I have leased 3 Jeeps from them and we love the sales team, financial, and service departments but Christ almighty, I have added the parts department to my nightly prays. I was waiting for 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk. At 7 minutes of waiting at the window I yelled out to the boys, I dare not say men because well, theyre just not, Can someone help me? One person shouted, In a minute! 12 minutes later I cried, HELLO! Is anyone THERE??? Again, they screamed, In a minute! They must have a different kind of watch then mine. Also, I think they just have a machine back there that they push a button and it gives that automatic reply. So this other guy behind me that was pacing back and forth while sweating stomped over to the lovely receptionist and and from what I can only imagine pleaded with her on his hands and knees to help us. I can easily imagine this because within seconds of his return to the service window, magically a parts dude appeared! He asked me how I was doing and I couldnt help but laugh like a villain in one of the batman cartoons, then proceeded to ask my question about the part I needed. I didnt end up buying it because I wanted to price it out at another store. I did find it at another store for a bit more money. I ended up paying more because I just could not bring myself to give the Bayside Jeep Parts Department my business. I might have lost out in the end but I have my principles and I had to plant me feet and stand firmly. As the great Abraham Lincoln once said, Be sure you put your feet in the right place, then stand firm!
I have to say this has been a terrible and frustrating experience dealing Bayside Jeep Doge Chrysler Ram when it comes to maintenance and service. Sales staff was great. However, once you take a vehicle from them, the service department is unhelpful and ill equipped. I leased 2 Jeep Grand Cherokees from them, but will NOT be leasing a 3rd from them simply because of the service experiences. They have NO LOANER VEHICLES and are unwilling to even help in the process of obtaining a rental. If your vehicle needs to be repaired under warranty and must stay for any period you either have to sit in the waiting room like you have absolutely nothing to do or take the bus until your vehicle is ready. Also when you call for service appointments it’s at least 2 weeks away unless it’s an oil change. I’m trying to bring in my car for simple warranty repair of a malfunction light on the dash & a blinking burnt out headlight, but I would have to out of pocket $500 for a rental?? That’s seems like a problem to me. I guess I choose the wrong dealership.
When I buy car from them they said I will have a life free inspection… that was so nice !So today I was for the inspection and they said I can’t pass because windows tints and said they will remove it for free because I bought from them like that ! Okay still there they was nice tooAfter when my car was done and I took i go to the highway and my windows was down and when I moved them up it was horrible dirty … I know it was for free but you shouldn’t leave them like that .. so upset that I didn’t make a picture because immediately I run to the car wash …So why I give 4 star2(sales department)1(customer service)1(for the car I bought)So I hope from right now you guys will be more carefully with service department..
Went to check on my battery system and they told me to LIE to my other mechanic who had just changed my auxiliary battery and that I still needed both new (aux & main) batteries for $500. Complete lie, I took it elsewhere and only need my main battery changed. Stay away from this place, they will make themselves seem nice & friendly and really will try to get you for your money. What a shame!
I bought my truck on another dealer but they were incompetents and i switched to bayside dodge. It was the best thing i could ever had done.Jay is the person i see every time and he is a real professional.Recently i had my radio replaced and the back camera on my truck, and he kept me updated on the delivery and installation.Jay always do the best for the costumer and for me thats the most important thing.
Called inquiring about service to my vehicle and when I asked my question regarding an installation of my hard top on my Wrangler, I was transferred between 3 people over the course of 30 minutes. Finally a guy picks up and shouts the price (which was absurdly high) and immediately hangs up before I have time to respond (says $x boss man, bye.). This is my first Google review which speaks on the gravity of how negative my experience was.
Let me begin by saying this was the absolute best, best, best car experience I’ve ever had! When looking for cars for my husband, he wanted a very specific Dodge Challenger and this dealership had it! I couldn’t have been luckier that it was there because their customer service from Patrick Cole was above and beyond! From the very beginning he was upfront and honest and got it for a great price! I never felt stressed once through the whole buying process and he made sure he took care of everything! This car was a surprise for my husband and he took the time to make sure everything was handled. Then also having to deal with the general manager, Chris, he was absolutely amazing and helpful throughout the whole process! Not only did they take care of our car needs they made sure everything went well and was handled properly and they actually cared how the surprise turned out. I’m so glad they had a car that I was looking for because this is where I will be getting cars in the future! They may be hundreds of miles away but they are worth the drive and/or a delivery. The delivery went just as perfectly. Thank you to everyone who made this experience so easy and enjoyable!
I leased a 2019 Ram rebel from this dealer almost 2 years ago. I use my ram for work as i am a general contractor. I took my car to a mechanic next door from my office to update the inspection sticker that was expiring. The car had 3 recalls and because of that there was a malfunction in the system and i have to take the car to a dealer to reset the computer. In the meantime i have already got a couple of tickets. I called them to see if they can help me and they said that the next available date is in one month. This means that i cannot drive my car for work and they are not willing to do anything about it. Horrible service .
UPDATE - Thank you to Edwin Díaz who called me and apologized. He also took care of all the loose ends left at the dealer that day. He gave my daughter all the oil changes and inspections free and took care of us. We are very pleased and will go back to the dealer and do business with him directly.3/20/21 My daughter and I just purchased a car there today. I had the worse experience in my life. The person that handles the bank loans was rude and disrespected me. I will never go back. The only reason I completed the transaction was because my daughter begged me. If the car was for me, I would have walk away. When the léase is up I will go somewhere else to return it.
Not the Most friendliest and professional place, walked around for 8 minutes no one asked if I wanted help. Finally, someone asked after seeing twice.. Observed one sales Rep on their personal phone watching a video. The fact I walked up and down the showroom several times, doubt if I would be coming back to purchase another vehicle from this dealer.
Trade in my car to Bayside Jeep Chrysler Dodge, they gave me a great price for it, and a even better deal on a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Turgo was my sales rep and was very professional getting me what I was looking for and the price I needed. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get into a new car
Horrible service, even worse attitude from the women behind the service counter when I was blamed for them not calling me to confirm appointment that was made online. So be warned, online appointments apparently don’t mean anything if you schedule them online.Also, upon waiting close to 2 hours for an oil change, I witnessed the techs speeding around the block with my car, which was also parked on the street of a very busy and narrow road. And just about all cars coming in and out of the dealer were driven very aggressively.
Applied for a lease 1 month ago and the dealer took a $400 fee. The lease app wasnt approved due to credit so I called and emailed the next 3 days straight trying to get in contact with someone. Everytime I called I got put on hold forever or got told Id be called back and never was. Finally on day 4 someone answered and said Id have my refund in 5-7 business days. 14 days later Im calling again and got told my the refund would arrive in 5-7 business, now I have to wait again.
Bayside Chrysler is really committed to their customers satisfaction, I had service done and at first I wasnt happy with the service and I made my complaint heard and one of the managers called me because the fact that I was not happy, he did whatever he could do in his power to make sure he could make it up to me and I have to tell you that Im very happy with the way he treated me and promised me going forward things will be better. I just want to say thank you Rob for your understanding. Im very satisfied.
Great service all around from the guys that take your car to the desk guys and ladies and the the mechanics .there TVs in the waiting area ,free coffee and vending machines.the wait is not that long .They’ll call you when you car is ready.If you want you can also go outside there’s a few fast food restaurant and groceries stores near by always a great experience for me when I bring my car for service.My 5 year old son loves it so I bring him along to look at the inventory.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to service they vehicle at this dealer worst costumer service ever and lack of communication skills Worst experience ever. FYI before dropping off my vehicle for water pump change 2 weeks prior my appointment my vehicle never over heated or had Excessive leaking.Come to find out with the choice I didn’t want to make on getting a radiator change with you guys on the first place is because of how highly over price you are i eventually had to get it done with your staff and paying 1,200 for just a radiator replacement. And that’s only because I didn’t have a choice because my vehicle was not drivable to bring to my guy.Note: I’m 100% sure that whoever was working on my vehicle messed up on that water pump change. But of course the service department is not going to own up to it and blamed it on the radiator.
Staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. I’ve been here a few times to get my car fixed and each time they were accommodating and welcoming even after I changed my appointments. They are also very efficient and fast with information regarding the time they need to perform services, etc. I appreciate when someone gives me a time frame and sticks to it. (Bonus- they finished a day earlier than scheduled)Also, very clean and following Covid guidelines for safety.
My experience at this dealership was and is still amazing! The customer service was great. We were leasing a car and Alex B. the sales associate was extremely professional, helpful, and provided us with the best service that I could ask for. He did everything for us in an extraordinary timely manner. Eddie who is the manager is very helpful and friendly. He still helps me out with whatever it is I may need. Great dealership. For Jeep Wave customers : this place doesnt offer Mopar fast lane service. According to Mopar website this dealer supposed to offer No appointment needed service for those who own Jeep Wave program, and they treat you as you were a regular customer. To schedule an appointments these days, it will take around 2 weeks.If you want to walk in and out without appointments, I recommend East Hills Jeep dealer if you own Jeep Wave.

2022-04-04I came in to look at a truck and Jay took his time and helped me the entire day to make the deal and make sure I was taken care of. Great experience. Was treated like family when I was there and was glad to spend my money there. Everyone I spoke to including the finance manager was professional and took the time to explain every detail to me. Even days later he is helping me set up service and make sure I’m happy and taken care of. Highly recommend Jay and the dealership.

2022-05-07We had an excellent experience getting a hellcat at this dealership. When we learned that they had one of the last few hellcat durangos in stock, we pretty much rushed there the next day to test drive it.Our salesman was great (Neil Gao) and I loved the fact that he was looking to get a muscle car for himself as well.They gave us a really hard time before letting us test drive the car. They just wouldnt let us test drive it. That made it a lot more difficult to get convinced to buy it. However, in hindsight I appreciate that I got a new car with only 30 miles on it. So Im glad that they didnt let anyone else test drive it before us. Almost makes it feel like they kept it on hold just for us!We ended up paying a lot over msrp. Thats the one thing I didnt like and I would have given four stars for that but our salesman Neil was really great with following up and being helpful so Im still giving 5 stars.Ive attached some pics of our hellcat - its much faster and yet much cheaper than a Lamborghini.Highly recommend this dealership.

2022-03-03Ive been getting my vehicles serviced here since 2016.. never had any issues. Service is fast and friendly.. Jay has helped me understand my bill, service my car needs and informs me of any recalls. Ive leased 2 vehicles from them and going back for my 3rd. They have a huge lot of inventory with a wide selection.

2022-04-01Best dealer. in town best service my experience was excellent. behind the counter guy name is Jay is an excellent guy he helped me for for my car recall he fix everything in 2 hours. He didnt force me to oil change or anything he did it perfect job I have a Chrysler 2014 300. I didnt pay any Penny from my pocket thank you so much for your help best service ever.

2022-04-04Dealer made an agreement to give free floor mats and oil changes at time of purchase but then at the very end changed the deal to only give the goods after a 5 star rating on their internal review survey. And then, after I had given the 5 star review, I had to chase the dealer down to give me the oil change and floor mats that were promised to me, he was not proactive at all on making good to our deal. He was not transparent or accommodating, and was did the bare minimum of explaining the car and its specialty functions to me, but rather constantly referring to the free oil change and floor mat that would be given for a 5 star rating despite poor service. I would not recommend this place to purchase a car.

2022-01-21This review is overdue, thank you Bayside Jeep!My first Jeep is truly the car I always wanted! From the color to the leather seats.I went from leasing to fully purchasing the car! I got say I had to get my car in today, bc something is going on with the battery and since last night I’ve been taking with the car service dept. and they’ve went above and beyond to help me out.A big thank you to Brian, Kevin, Scott, Yolanda and the receptionist for always helping getting my car needs done!I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a your next car!

2021-12-25My experience was the best Ive ever had leasing a car. The process was simple and easy to understand. Max was the best! He may the process easy and was very efficient. He was very helpful and personable since our first encounter. I will certainly come back to this delaersip to least ease/ buy a car
