I came in to sell some items (which were in great condition!), and I was asked to wait for 45 minutes so they can detect my clothing. I came back to the store and they haven’t even begun working on it and asked me to wait an additional 10 minutes. No biggie, the store was busy and I understand having worked in retail previously. After 10 minutes, they basically denied almost everything I brought in to sell. On top of it, most of the staff members are extremely rude. I wanted to let one worker know how many clothes I had, since I had two big bags, and her response was, “You don’t need to tell me how much.” I’m sorry? Yeah, hard pass on this store.

I love clothes here most of time very categorized in order of clothes etc. My one issue from this store is they reject a lot of clothes one brings to sell. I get the vintage look as that’s my style, however some brand are ok to buy in my opinion

While not as inventory-packed as the sizeable Greenpoint location, there are nevertheless plenty of gems to be hunted here, and I always end up leaving with a treasure! Prices are really decent too. This was my first time selling at this location, and I was pleasantly surprised how many items they took in exchange for cash/credit. Be aware that credit for what you sell here can only be used at the same Park Slope location -- and you must hold onto the receipt to use it, rather than accessing via phone number like at the other stores.

I brought 2 bags full of name brand clothes and shoes but they didn’t take anything which was a complete shock to me. If you’re going to sell your clothes you’re better off going to Buffalo Exchange.

If you’re selling, they don’t ask for your name, they just take it straight from your ID. So if you’re trans like me and haven’t gotten your ID changed yet prepared to be deadnamed - made me sad :( also could use more men’s clothes but guessing that’s because of what’s being brought in!

I called the store and specifically asked what their selling requirements were and proceed to bring in 10+ pairs of shoes brand new never worn and they denied them and was told they have no value how ?

Honestly i was expecting more for the hype it has. The store is super small and barely has mans clothes. Also, is the only story that requires you to have a mask nowadays..

I have sold clothes here a couple of times. They give 50% retail price for in store credit and 30% for cash. I love the transparency and the kind people working there.Shopping here is also great! They have some great clothing options here from vintage to high end to more modern stuff.

Went yesterday and was pleasantly surprised with how cute this store is and what good finds! For those saying it’s expensive, you can literally find brand new items for more than 70% off. Not to mention, this is NYC so I don’t really expect goodwill prices. I found fur lined coats for $30, winter adidas pants $15, a cute coin purse $5, new Zara pants and excellent Levi jeans $15. That is pretty decently priced..They have new stuff everyday too.✨
