I got a lash lift and tint here and loved the experience. This was my first tint and lift and they did a great job of explaining the process to me ahead of time as well as how to care for my lashes after.I hate things near my eyes so I was nervous I would be uncomfortable but I was extremely relaxed the entire time.Im not sure lash lifts are so me but I plan to return here for other services since I had such a great experience.Clean, polite, even offer a cash/venmo discount!
Honestly I have never had any problems coming here I only go to Jazmine because she is good at her skill & when she applies the lashes they last for as long as they are supposed to. I went to 1 other person here one time and my lashes were falling out that same night & everyday until my next visit. Jazmine is the best & well worth the extra tip that I leave her as well.
Overall the place is very clean and elegant. I’ve been going here twice a month for 4 months now for eyelash extensions.I give it 3 stars because in the beginning, my eyelashes were done correctly- these past 3 times they have been rushed.I don’t know what else could explain it but I get 80PC cashmere and the length is 9-12. All I keep experiencing these past few times are the eyelash flipping the opposite way -poking at my eyeThese leaves me constantly brush them up at least 4-5x a day. Which also means more fallout. Now I’ve never experienced this from my “Local lash” place. Which I’ve gone to consistently for a whole year.** I’ve been so busy with work and “Beau” is so close it was convenient because of time.ONE INCIDENT:I called the very same day and explained it to them. I came the next day and instead of them just fixing it- they added more on top of fixing it without telling me. Now this wasn’t free- when I got ready to leave they told me I had to pay and that’s when I found out they took it upon them selves to add more.Additional to this they cancelled my appointment I had with them 2 weeks after without telling me so when I came it the person who normally does my lashes didn’t do them and the new person gave me “cat eye” instead of “whispy”I say it was a nice place but now I am am removing my lashes and finding another spot - for the price I can find better service. (It’s a bit pricy)
The place is relaxing, nicely decorated. Eyelashes are expensive, over $120 (+tip) for about 100 lashes and follow up over $85 (+ tip).I have been there 3 times, had a full set of silk but my eyelashes were falling off by the first week, leaving visible gaps. I’m afraid they don’t glue it strong enough, since 2 other friends had similar issues. Besides this, they are extremely inflexible with the 3 weeks return policy. I had scheduled an appointment the last day of my 3 weeks, called them to let them know I was stuck in traffic and wouldn’t make it before closing, the receptionist was cold and strict , telling me that I would be charged as first visit, over $120 if I wouldn’t make it. She was ok losing a client but would not schedule my appointment without charging as first visit. I will not go back, for the price they charge it’s even worth it.
Booked a last minute appointment online for a full set touch up while visiting NY from out of town. Was VERY pleased with the service and quality and Jasmine did a great job! One of the most relaxing and painless lash jobs I’ve ever had and it looks great too. Can you open a location in Houston, Texas?? 😉 Highly recommend. Thank you!!
Today was my first experience at beau. I went in very indecisive and Jasmin and the lovely young women at the front desk gave me a recommendation and my lashes turned out PERFECT!! They are super clean with a lovely pieceful atmosphere (I actually fell asleep) although lash extentions can take up to 2 hours i was extremely comfortable. I was offered a blanket as it can get a little cold ( understandably its summer outside) Jasmin made my experience wonderful and I am very very happy with my lashes i cant wait to go back in 2/3 weeks!
The place is very nice and very clean, the girls are very kind and friendly, and they do an excellent job, I have never used eyelash extensions and my first time was there, now they look very natural and my eyes look great. love this place would go back there always. They are the best and now I am happy with my new lashes.
Without a doubt the best eyelash extension I’ve ever experienced. Long lasting, faster service than any other place I’ve been to, and quality. Highly recommend, better than most places I’ve been to around the city.
As with everything, this merchant has pros & cons, that one may/may not find crucial to a pleasant experience.So, the Pros :-They are very, very clean (Its quite clear that they prioritize cleanliness)-Prompt (*always* on time)-Professional (All of the techs, and the older receptionist are notably professional. )Cons:- Unusual Policies with PaymentI purchased a gift card so that I would spend money in accordance with my personal budget, and to my surprise, I could not reserve an appointment (which requires $25 ) with my gift card. Also, I could NOT use my gift card to tip my eyelash tech. So, although I purchased a gift card, I was still required to come out of pocket $45 every visit, which kinda defeats the purpose. (Perhaps this would not have been so problematic had they informed me of their policies at the time of purchase --)- Tech RotationI was able to visit 4- 5 times, and every visit I was assigned a different tech. Now, every techs had proven very, very professional , skilled and patient; however, they all have individual styles and so, my eye lashes tended to look different after each visit.- **The professionalism at the front deskI find that the secretary at the front desk can be curt.Almost to the extent of being rude... There is one who exceptionally kind and there is another (the younger) who is pretty dismissive. For me, thats pretty off-putting and ruins what is meant to be a relaxing experience.In short, was it a bad experience?No. It wouldnt be fair to say that.Buuut, would a potential customer be able to purchase the same service, equal in quality/cleanliness at a better price point?Yes, absolutely!
Today I had eyelash extensions applied for the first time my technician Vivian was the best. I felt so comfortable with Vivian that I almost fell asleep during the application.Once she was done my lashes looked fabulous.Beau Eyelash Studio has a has return customer.
Beau eyelash is very accommodating to your schedule, and has such a relaxing ambience. Not to mention Jasmine was incredibly detailed with doing my lashes. Despite the fact my lashes arent as long or as strong, the extensions last easily 3 weeks which shows how great their skills are! Ive already came back for a retouch, and plan on coming back for another retouch!
Very nice place on the upper west side, everyone is very friendly. I felt super safe coming here after COVID. When you first come in they take your temperature and everyone is socially distant and 6 feet apart. The technician was super gentle and I ended taking a nap and woke up to a beautiful set of lashes. The lashes came out so nice, will definitely be coming back again.
I got my eyelashes done and I enjoyed it. They even put blue colour on the outer lashes tips which go very well with my hair! 🥰 I felt relaxed and enjoyed the atmosphere. I feel beautiful and love looking in the mirror. I recommend Beau Eyelash Studio.

Really pleasant experience - the technician was very experienced. The eyelashes I chose look natural and elegant. Comfortable bed to recline for the hour with a nice complementary 10 minute foot massage.

Went to get eyebrows done for my wedding. For the price I would have expected the lady to not just eye ball it and botched up by eyebrows

2022-04-22Super friendly! They do a great job with the lashes, the best I’ve ever had. The technicians are so gentle you don’t feel a thing. And they also offer a lot of information about properly caring for the extensions, so your own lashes are not damaged. My natural lashes have not been damaged at all by the extensions. Highly recommend!

2022-04-14I have been coming to the upper west side location for about 3 years and have never had any issues with any technicians or front desk personnel. A new girl has replaced the front desk receptionist and it has not been a good change. I scheduled a 100 lash retouch online but was given only 80 lashes because they didn’t have time for a 100 lash set. Instead of calling me to explain this, they took it upon themselves to schedule me for 80 lashes. I extremely unsatisfied and upset at this result. After explaining to the front desk girl why I was upset she was extremely condescending and passive aggressive in her explanation. Unfortunately this place has lost its impressive essence due to the lack of professionalism and kindness from their front desk receptionist. Lastly many of the great technicians are now in the upper East side, I strongly suggest you go their instead of the upper west side. I am now stuck with 80 lashes that look scarce and poor in quality, and I had to pay $100 for this unsatisfactory job. Never again will I go to that location. I am heart broken because I loved this place.

2022-05-13Ive been going here for the last year or say and have to say they are one of the best eyelash places! I was constantly going to one stylist, Yvone, and was skeptical when I had to schedule an appointment with someone else. That being said, I have tried out 2 other stylists, Wendy and Katie, and they have been just as awesome! For people commenting about lashes falling out, I have had this happen a few times but from other professionals I have spoken to, this often happens if you get your lashes done during your time of month, when your hormone levels are going up and down, causing more hair loss. The same way your hair may not look good during those few days. I definitely recommend everyone coming here.

2022-06-27OBSESSED with my lashes!!! As someone with monolids, the L curl gave me double eyelids naturally! I got the 13 mm length in the “Longer in the Middle” aka “Cute” style. I definitely recommend because they were sooo accommodating and a great time :)

2021-12-05One week after my appointment and my lashes still look amazing. I stopped getting lashes done awhile ago because they never looked natural. I asked the technician doing my lashes to do it very natural and she did an AMAZING JOB. I have gotten compliments all week and have referred multiple people here. Very kind staff and a relaxing environment too. Can’t wait to go back

2021-08-03Clean, on-time, friendly, relaxing, reasonably priced, professional, great outcome.I was able to easily book an appointment on time. When I arrived, I met with my stylist for a consolation. We discussed the eyelash style I was going for. The room was very calming and clean. My stylist was very professional. For 80 lashes each eye, took about an hour. I’m very pleased with the outcome. 2021-10-12I loved my first experience with them but what’s the point of keeping a client profile but giving them the different customer care? The 2nd and 3rd time, I kept getting the wrong material lashes even though I clearly stated that I wanted the same thing I got during my first visit!Update: the manager contacted me and gave me a do over for free! Love it now
