This place towed my car and damaged it. Period. After LYING about my car being in a ditch, which was NOT the call put in,the police would have said that, they charged 70 bucks to pull it out of a ditch. And tried to blame me for my brand new car being damaged. How absurd! So now my lawyer and BBB will be involved

Very professional service. They were able to get me in at my convenience . A few days later the owner texted me asking if the work they did went well. I definately recommend taking your vehicle here.

This garage has very nice and smart truthful people John Jr I have always delt with as far as inpound prices go he is very respectful! I am sooooo happy I found Beauman’s when I moved here in January. It is difficult to give praise to any one individual because everyone is very kind and considerate. The mechanics, and I am particularly familiar with Aaron, who took me into the repair shop to show the old parts of my brakes and exactly how and why that repair was necessary, treated me with great respect and with great consideration taking time to answered all my questions. Of course , John is always friendly and congenial even under the busiest of circumstances. Anna is great at scheduling and reminding me of my appointments, treating me like an “old” friend.And yes, their charges are less than other localshops and dealers; I know because I checked when I first moved here. But most of all their work is meticulous!!!! 👍

My car died with my wife driving it to work. I had to leave work to go meet her where it died. They responded very quickly to the AAA request my wife put it for the tow. AAA stated that it would be 30 minutes however they showed up in less than 20. The driver was very polite and professional and even went the extra mile to make sure that I was able to get home since my wife had to take the car I was driving to get to work.

Splendid service, been going to Beaumans for about 3 or 4 years now and would not think about going anywhere else, and fair on the prices, and only do the work that is needed, unlike a Jeep dealership in Niagara Falls where if you take it in for a blown indicator bulb they want to replace the whole unit. Well done Beaumans and especially John great work.

I used Beaumans last year to have my compact tractor towed for repair and they were reasonably priced and very nice. This year I needed my tractor towed again and my experience was awful - the girl on the phone was very curt and they wanted to charge me over twice what they charged me last time, for a shorter tow! I think $300 for an nine mile tow is ridiculous - I would never call them again.

Excellent customer service. Tow driver stayed at the office until I could pick up my car. Very much appreciated considering this was after office hours. Thank you to him and the owners.
