It is well organized which is greatYou can find what you are looking for.
Literally the worst customer service ever. I was curious about their extensions & wigs and while I was asking questions, one of the sales women was rolling her eyes at me. So incredibly nasty and rude. I will never step foot into this store again.
This beauty supply store has everything, from Shea butter (raw) to hair, nails and eyelashes. Its not crowded and there is someone to assist you through out the store. I like the fact that because they are located in the heart of downtown Brooklyn, they have security that doesnt leave from the front door as most do at other stores. I really like their selection of hair care products. Its fully stocked and clean.
Alil cramped and small but they do have a good amount of hair supplies and other beauty supplies and its convenient to find right off of jay street
Tried to exchange A hat, with receipt, nowhere does it say hats are not exchangeable, Beauty 35 SUCKS they are definitely not about customers satisfaction dont shop there they are the worstI will never go there again.
First I had to wait 30 min in the afternoon for the owner to open back up.. the employee through the window signed to me my boss will be back soon, shes trying to find parking 🙄. Then she comes up finally after standing in front for a half.. mind u its 90 outside. Very bad attitude and customer service was terrible once I got inside.. smh. NEVER AGAIN will I shop here!! . Ill spend my money elsewhere for better service..disappointed
Ive been coming to the store for years and I still love it every time I go its always better than the last. I turn out of 10 welcome in the store to any and everybody who needs anything.
Theres a huge selection of hair and, beauty products. However, you should take your time, and, compare prices in the area.

It is only 1 of 2 beauty supply stores left on Fulton Street. I enjoy shopping here because of the variety of different products, braiding hair, wigs, weaves, etc.

This is the best Beauty Supply in the area. So much to choose from in this store. So many different brands right here. It was a one stop shop for me but, as of lately my favorite Product has not been on the shelf. Since Rickys NYC closed this was my go to spot for Curl Junkie Pattern Pusher. My holey grail product is so hard to find on the ground, I normally purchase two bottles. On bottle for both my bathrooms. Thought I wouldnt be caught without it. Guess Im going to have to pay for shipping from the company. Go in and get excited You can find pretty much everything you need at Beauty 35.

The place has variety of hair,wigs & accessories for any styles you want to create.My down part is the ladies in the back, by the wigs are rude as Hell.Need new friendly ladies.
Do me a favor and dont buy anything from this store. They treat the customers like thieves and employees as slaves. I dont think most of the thing they do is legal. Please investigate them for any violations they might have committed.

This is solely based on my experience their as a last minute shopper trying to get ready for a trip, but I would imagine my sentiment can apply to any situation.I walked into this store to purchase fake nails for my vacation, so once i stepped foot into the store I turn to an employee and ask him where they are located. After I go the two aisles over from said employee I find the nails and notice that another employee is constantly coming to my area. After awhile I get pissed and start giving the employee nasty looks, so another employee comes over to take the firsts place. I do not know what about my business casual physicality offended any of these men, but if you can follow someone since they step foot in the store your store needs to update its policy.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. Employees are rude. I asked what their refund policy was and they said store credit only before 14 days. I go back with product in the same condition and now they say i can’t get anything for it.
Beauty35 is on Fulton Mall in Downtown Brooklyn it next to footlocker they have what you may need for your hair and products and accessories plus more check it out if youre in the area 😀
9 times out of 10 you can find what youre looking for. There is always someone there to help. Line moves pretty quickly, when there is one.
RASIST! 1st.This store Do Not have a lot of selections and things I was looking for i found cheaper in other stores and a hair store I order online from.2nd And itseems Kinda stupid I went in there to get a wig and they had a few I was looking at so you know ladies you need to try it on to see how it looks on your face,, the Lady come at me saying I cant try on more than 3 wigs thats stupid, why so if I leave and come back in the store or come back tomorrow I can get 3 more tries Im spending my money there is no refunds how u gonna say I only can look at 3 wigs your lost my Money can go somewhere else And that is not even the Worst.3rd I had My Son with me and I had his Cell phone in my purse first of all it was annoying to feel like I was being followed from the time I walked in the store so Im looking threw products trying to find something for my Natural hair and My Son was bored and dug in my bag for his phone this guy ran right up to us in our face over my son shoulder (like he can kiss him so close) and looking all in the bag I was so mad that My Son a child had to experience that and I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THAT STORE AGAIN AND TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS & COWORKERS SO THEY WONT EITHER When Im spending my Money in stores you will & should know how to treat a Coustmer...if you think of all of us that way then get out this Neighborhood!

2022-01-16I love this beauty shop! They always have everything I need- and more! The prices are fair and they have a wide variety of products and brands. I have started going biweekly to get a specific hair product that I use regularly and it’s always in stock. The security guard is always very kind, and the staff is helpful as well! Just to note- you will have to leave your items in a cubby when entering if you have large bags.

2022-02-05Had a very bad experienceSo when you walk in you have to give your bag at the door. Ok no problem. Did that. So I proceeded to look for the items I was interested in. Didnt find the first one so onto the nxt isle to find the other. While looking at the different types of brushes, I was there for awhile due to no customer service/sales person available to answer my questions and this being the first time I would be using this brush I had no clue how different they were. After a while I observed a male come right nxt to me pretending to fix items on the shelf. I was so astonished at the brazen way he did it. So! Sir! Instead of coming to ask if I need assistance this stores proprietor came to monitor if I was stealing. I started to get upset but then I took couple deep breaths. I grabbed 2 brushes I thought looked good enough for what I needed and turned to get the 3rd item needed. At this point hes standing directly over what I needed. I promise you I stood there and watch this man fix for about 3 minutes and he did not move. I just returned the 2 brushes to their respective hooks and exited the store. I would not spend my money wherever I am treated like a thief. I chose to never go back there. Granted I found cheaper and better products at another store.

2021-02-28I think they literally have every type of hair and product on the market. What dont they have?! Everyone was professional, it was very clean and organized. Very easy to find. I was in and out no problem. I will be back. Thanks for the free hand sanitizer too!
