Terrible! They had a stack of mop buckets for a price of $10. On the shelf. When I got to the register with the bucket they tried to charge me $60. They told me that they miss price the stack of mop buckets but can offer me $10 off of the $60. .... what kind of gimmick is that? I would definitely not recommend this place.
So I needed to pick up a last minute gift for a special boss and I knew that this mall had a personalization store... had no idea that it was connected with bed bath and beyond! So basically you go to BBB and selected the items you want from their shop and I thought maybe there was additional fee but uh no, none! Besides that the service I received was phenomenal! The employee that helped me I believe was name JOSH... let me tell you, his customer service was just to the T! He was so patient and very clean with his work! It was almost to closing and I was super apologetic for taking so long but it did not bother him at all! He takes his work very serious and it reflects on the pieces! Thank you so much!! The gift was a success!!!
Definitely go early since place gets packed in afternoon and evening. They have all products I needed, so may have been lucky.
Went to pick up an order. However it was my mistake it this location was in Bay Ridge. In actuality the location I placed the order at was in Industry City which is part of Sunset Park which is part of strip-mall
This store has a lot of options and there are some assocites ready to help with any question the customer might have.Its nice to actually see the stuff before buying. Everyone was respectful of social distancing. The cashiers could be a little nicer.

I am usually happy with the service at BBB, but this day was very different. I went to the store on 3rd Ave looking to to get a refill for my sodastream machine. They were in stock and no one on line. Excellent!! This should be in and out in no time. I waited on line and the 2 people behind the cashier section were typing something on the computer. I waited a few minutes and asked if anyone could help me. A woman in a black leather jacket asked me to wait without even turning around. A bit rude, but I’m assuming they were busy. After another 10 minutes it felt rather obnoxious since there was no explanation for the wait other than they were busy. When I asked again....because now the line is beginning to build up....the person didn’t answer me, but proceeded to request a cashier through the PA system. I know 10-15 minutes isn’t the end of the world, but the attitude was a huge turn off.

What CANT I say about this place...... Bed Bath & Beyond in itself is an amazing company, but the local one I goto in Sunset Park Industry City is nothing short of AMAZING.The cashiers and I mean ALL the cashiers are the most friendliest I have ever come across and if something is opened or missing a small non essential component they are ALWAYS willing to discount it while still allowing you to use coupons.. “OUTDATED AND ALL”This is my FAVORITE Chain Store to shop in, Kudos to BB & B

The workers here are sneaky. I picked up an item, and when I went to ring up they told me double the price. I went back and took a picture of the labeled price. Another worker saw me taking a photo, and quickly changed the price. The cashier then said “well that’s the price now.” Didn’t bother calling a manager or anything, just started talking with another worker. It seems like the COVID pandemic made them forgot how to deal with customers.

Went BBB to search for some curtains. I found a Mercantile Light Filtering lined grommet panel in a Hawthorne Gold color. Unfortunately there was only one and I wanted a pair. At the front desk, I was helped by a supervisor--Erica--Who was very kind and even called a store in LI to see if there was a partner for my solo Hawthorne Gold. After some searching, they found its partner. Solo no mas! Anyway- Erica was awesome! Cant wait for my Hawthornes to block out the sun!
Its bright, clean, organized and big enough for you to wander with a push cart aimlessly without hitting people or having to make tight turns. It has everything a home improvement person wants and then some, pretty much a bottomless pit since I spent like 1.5 hours in there.

I have no complaints with this store. As I post this, now is the time to clean that store out with whatever you need as far as appliance goes and other needs. I went there for a just recent trip for massaging & travel stuff. Clean store, friendly staff & convenient (sort of) location. Had to take the N train to get there. Recommended.
I love this store, a wide variety of home goods to choose from. Was an employee and found out that we get the same discounts as regular shoppers with coupons ( that sucks! ). They have quality products at fare prices when you can catch them on sale and use the coupons. I purchase all of my kitchen gadgets, drinkware, styling tools for my job as a cosmetologist and towels for Massage Therapy. I so appreciate you B B & B.

Ive gone in there as a customer personally and as someone elses shopper, and its always been an easy trip, in and out.Usually all that you want is in stock, but of course you can check online inventory or call ahead as well.
What can I say it’s bed bath and beyond located in industry city it’s clean organize well staffed end it has a beautiful view they used to give free coffee many flavors actually why they stopped at ever since Covid19! But all in all a great place to shop and get your household needs
Long lines, the inventory was a mess and no one to help with the extremely neglected vacuum section. I guess well go spend our $400 somewhere else. Very disappointing.
Its a brand new large chain store located in Liberty View Industrial Plaza in Industry City area.They have huge variety of households witch are well organized.The staff members are very polite, friendly and helpful.The Customer Service is Excellent and return policy is Perfect. 👍Free 🚗 Parking is a big advantage here.I highly recommend.
Seemed to get more high end over the years.Has free coffee in the back, a furniture wall with items from the website, etc.Prices arent great... Quite high actually, compared to the likes of Amazon, Walmart and other stores. But with the 20% off coupons that are seemingly never ending, it brings prices down to normal. You wont be getting a bargain, however. The coupon thing is merely a bad marketing tactic that they should just get rid of altogether
Great experience overall with neatly organized inventory, friendly/helpful staff, decently sized parking lot, and most importantly, almost no checkout lines. It is a night and day difference compared to the location in Manhattan. I can be in and out of here in under 10 minutes. The only reason this isnt rated 5 stars is because it isnt convenient to get to without a car. Its a 10 minute walk from the train station and 3rd avenue is not exactly pedestrian friendly.
Store is OK, prices are more or less reasonable. While most progressive stores install self checkout lines this store is still stuck in the past with 1-2 cashiers and long wait line where it shouldnt be.
They had poor inventory today at the 4th Ave location. Hopefully, next time I go, I will be able to find what Im looking for. Other than that, still my favorite place for home decor
The aisles are easy to navigate. Most things are easy to find. Bed Bath & Beyond always has great deals and offers, especially when you sign up online for promo e-mail. This location is very clean and tidy too. The only issue is the lack of employees helping out on the floor and at the cash wrap, causing long lines and drama. Overall, its a decent place to shop for home necessities.
Big footprint store in this shopping center. Never feels all that busy. Its clean and the staff is friendly. Come for the Soda stream CO2 canisters, stay for the clearance display.

Regular very large BB&B set in a re-purposed urban former-warehouse. Has a parking lot which was excellent. Staff was pleasant. Goods were the usual BB&B stuff. No complaints and I will undoubtedly return when I need stuff.

Always able to find what I want or need at this place. I needed a bedside lamp badly and it had to be small but functional. I found a great one that had touch lighting and a LED bulb for $40 and the best part was I had a $10 coupon. Yay!
This Bed Bath & Beyond is really big, not very crowded, and has a great selection. Everything is well stocked, and the store itself is clean and well-organized. It doesn’t feel like your typical chaotic NYC shopping experience. If you have some heavy-lifting home decor shopping to do, this is a great place to do it.
So big and clean and spacious. The staff were really patient and helpful. Plus, they provide WiFi! Very positive experience. The store has retained the industrial floors and ceilings, which is one added coolness.
I love this store, Everyone was so friendly and beyond helpful. Very nice atmosphere and not to mention that you can sit and have your pick of coffee or tea to drink for free from a keurig machine thats there ready to use. It also helps that theres free parking. Just great overall. This is definitely the store of my choice.
We had an incredible experience here at the BB&B while making our wedding registry. We just so happened to bump into a sales manager named Josh. It would be an understatement to say he is the most helpful salesman out there! He took us around the store for over 2 hours with so much patience explaining to us the pros and cons on hundreds of items, in all departments. This guy is epic! And I hope BB&B knows how lucky they are to have such an invested employee.
Im surprised they didnt close down.. huge store but didnt have what I came for .eg full size sheets,not the set, and no one for miles to help..the bed bath in the city was better.
This BB&B is located in the heart of industry city in Brooklyn. There is ample parking. Its an easy access to BB&B via a set of escalators or elevators to the 2nd floor. The store is a couple of years old. Its clean and well stocked. Not a bad stroll during a pandemic.
Great new BB&B with lots of parking! I had the best experience at checkout which is a rare thing to say in NYC. I told Patricia Fields, the cashier, that I had purchased an annual membership which guarantees me 20% off of everything but I did not know how to access it. I also told her I was desperate for the stuff in my cart so I would just pay full price this time because I really needed it that minute. She easily could’ve moved on with her day but she took the time to show me how to gain access to my account through my cell phone. A step above and beyond that is very much appreciated. And honestly it was more about her taking the time to be kind then it was about the money. I’ve had some shocking experiences with angry cashiers (in other stores, not BB&B) so it is always amazingly refreshing when someone goes out of their way to be nice back :-)
We visited BBB today for a few things we needed. it was a pretty good experience, and we found the staff to be friendly, overall. There is free parking out front and its easily walkable to all of the other great shops at industry city. this BBB is located in a mall type structure and there are several other shops there as well. Even a little place to get coffee.
This is one of the best additions to the ever changing Brooklyn especially in the North side. For those of us who live downtown Brooklyn and dont wanna go to all the way out to the Gateway Mall, this is perfect! And there is parking.... Been there twice since the opening and so far Im impressed with the store and the personable manner from the sales associates to the security personnel. Hope they keep that attention to service up...

This store is an Urban Outfitters store for adults. It is a fun shopping experience with a great selection of cute finds for the home or a gift.

I came here looking for something specific, the staff was more than helpful in assisting me to locate the items I needed. The price was spot on and was really helpful in a pinch. There is parking at this location which is a real gem in this area. The young lady at the register was also very polite and personable.
Kudos to Robert for excellent customer service skills. I called the store to inquire about a product that I found online, and ended up placing a large ship to home order, thanks to Roberts advice and good listening skills. Cant wait to get our new stuff in a few days!!!

A great place and wonderful service Ashley really helped us out and walked us through the whole process of getting a monogram tow even though the machine was down she still helped us. And was really tentative to all of our needs. I was really happy with the service and we will be coming back

Loved it. This particular Bed Bath and Beyond has everything. Its one of the largest ones Ive ever been in. I was in there for 2 and a half hours. Besides having a great selection, the prices are grest.
I really like that finally we had this store (stores, brands) in the neighborhood, even better its own parking lot, (and free) which in others places even that you go there to shopping they charge you for parking 😡but not here, and the staff in the stores( Bed Bath, but y buy, market, etc) are always ready to help. First time shopping at this establishment and right up to the point of purchase, all was well. I get to the register and an asian lady greets me. I said hi, and she proceeded to scan all my items. Once it was ready to be purchased, she hits me with the sign up to save line and makes a good argument. I listened as she spoke. However, I decided to use my coupon instead and she told me OH THATS ONLY FOR ONE ITEM. I said thats ok, so can I use it?. She replied no I need the physical copy. We cannot take it through the phone. I was baffled as this is 2019, not 1990s. I use my coupons from my phone all the time and um...HELLO! We use our phones to pay off almost everything nowadays right!?...ANYWAYS, I decline her offer for a membership as she was making my transactions difficult. I told her no thank you, I want to pay and be on my way. She replied REALLY!!!, as if I insulted her for decline her offer for membership. Once I bought all my items and placed them in my vehicle, I decided to go back and talk to a supervisor who had more sense. I spoke to a white lady short, mid 30s to 40s and explained how I was treated for trying to use my discount and she reacted immediately. Not only did she accept my coupon, but she had another lady registered my discount right away. Thank you supervisor for doing your job efficiently and quickly. You get 5 out 5 rating for service. The ASIAN LADY IS THE REASON I GAVE IT A 1 STAR. She needs retraining in CUSTOMER SERVICE 101. The place is great to shop, but I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THAT ASIAN LADY, MID 40s TO 50s, average body.Incase a manager looks at this. Please add phone purchase/coupons via electronic methods to your course. She desperately needs it.

Its actually kinda small and understocked by my opinion. Like they sell the top breville oven, but no accessories for it. Asked for help which never appeared. Most of this is because this is Brooklyn and all stores are smaller here. I come here because its local, would go to another if it didnt mean NYC highways and tolls to get anywhere

This bed bath and beyond is unique, it is surprisingly not crowded and a nice place to shop. Coffee section with free samples is special. Also on-site filming of cooking shows on some weekends

I guess its good that we finally have another Bed Bath & Beyond in Brooklyn, however, the customer service at this location is atrocious. Ive been a BBB/ Harmons shopper for over a decade and Ive never encountered an experience remotely close to what I had to deal with at this store. Id rather travel to my usual Manhattan sites.
Was not crowded its one of the smaller locations but still a great spot to pick up some house items with the added benefit of parking.
Terrible customer service. The casheir was busy talking to someone else and wouldnt listen to what I needed for my return.
We enjoy shopping here. You can make yourself a coffee or nespresso and sit and charge your phone if you need to. The staff here is friendly and super helpful if you have a question.

Not pleased with the set up nor the attitude from the customer service line. She tripled checked my $20 bill as if I was trying to pull a fast one. Also there are not enough people on the floor. It took me almost an hour to find someone that can help me.

One of the better BB&B in NYC. Easy parking, well stocked store without being overwhelming, and attentive staff reaching out at the right moments when youve perhaps have gone crossed eyed choosing between a metal or plastic spatula.

At Liberty View Industrial Plaza, Bed Bath & Beyond has a demonstration kitchen. I learned how to make NY Cheesecake from pastry chef Larissa Raphael of Riss Knishes. Shes a regular. Check her out! Also lots of other chefs doing demos for savory and sweet, so be sure to sit in, pick up a recipe, some new techniques and the tools you needs in one stop shopping.

Nice BB&B and it has parking in an area that has a horrible parking situation. Be extra careful walking to your car at night.

2022-02-26I went today for the first time, we walked around and found some good sales. The staff is so sweet, they were so helpful. I feel in love with bed bath and beyond. I cant wait to go back. So Im giving 5 stars, keep up the good work, it was a pleasure to shop there. Thank you for making our experience so great.

2022-05-06You can get very good items from this place. The customer service is okay. The stores overall organization could be better. However these things arent bad. Most of the time it is the customers who sometimes misplace things. Customer service is a 8/10. It isnt that they are rude they are actually well trained. However I wouldnt call it a 10.

2020-09-02Wife and I went to Bed Bath & Beyond to just browse and was approached by Michelle. She offered her support and we took advantage. Although our intentions were just looking, we wind up purchasing 4 floor lamps. She is very impressive with how she goes about helping. Her manager Aubry was also nice. Great leaders, lead It shows with Michelle. Recommend going to this BB&B store. Its amazing, clean and customer service is fantastic.

2020-02-12My multitasking manager cashier was constantly ceasing her register duties inexplicably walking away along with an inordinate amount of interruptions directing others by radio, minimally doubling or tripling the time required to process my transaction.Their return policy was modified in July ‘19 but still essentially allows a no obligation six month trial on small appliances.The most famous tenant in the fairly new Liberty View Industrial Plaza mall with access to its enormous parking lot.The store was not as busy as it huge size demands but fortunately for consumers its size permits more products to be displayed than most other locations but without congestion.

2018-12-13I love browsing in this store. I always get ideas on things to buy. This time, I checked out sheets. Its nice that you get to feel them before buying. My husband hung out by the massage chairs section while he waited. Theres also a Word Market nearby.

2019-06-23Updating reply: clean/ organized store with nice views of Red Hook BUT lots of GARBAGE/ FAULTY products that won’t be allowed for return nor exchange; you buy it it’s yours. It was never like that! Huge deterrent. I don’t think I’ll be shopping here anymore unfortunately.
