Its a nice store for home decor. A bit fancy and pricey but you get what you pay for. While decorating a room and apartment Ive shopped here. I did just come to get a normal garbage can and could not find one. Only fancy ones with special liners.
The store has an okay selection of merchandise but not great, when I went I was frustrated by a lack of stock and options.
The last 3 times I visited this place they didnt have what I was looking for. Then told they could order it online. Well Im capable of doing that myself! I want to see products upfront in person.
Great store! Had just what I needed (an ironing board cover) at a good price. Wonderful, friendly staff.
Its a box store, I get it. I had lost a receipt and needed it, to be reimbursed, as I was working on a TV commercial. I called and asked if they could make a copy of that receipt. I was told to just come in and bring the card i had paid with... Great! So I drove the 25 minutes there and when I asked at customer service I was immediately told no, we dont do that which was confirmed by someone who seemed a little higher up in management. I expressed my annoyance, (the drive, the phone call)and the person finally relinquished and walked into the office and returned with the copy of the receipt a few minutes later. I guess she was too busy sweeping before that.. Apparently you have to stomp your feet here a little to get simple customer service. Never had a problem here before and I literally spend thousands here a year on movie projects. I get things are rough now, but thats makes service with a smile that much more necessary.

I like what they have for sale here as much as sometimes I think its a little pricey but its very stylish products respectful workers consider them polite never had problem there

Great experience! I went there for a bridal shower gift and fall home decor. The sales associate was able to help me with the wedding gift and a coupon. The women at the register was able to use both of my coupons without separating into two transactions and Im extremely satisfied with everything I purchased. All around a great experience!

Had a very good choice of the sale items I went in to buy. Also found a few other things I needed at great prices. Best of all everyone had on a mask, and used social distance.
Would not do holiday shopping here again. No carts in the entire store, was told I needed to go back and check the price of an item I had to tote around the hole store because it didn’t have a tag. The 15 employees in the store should be able to do there job instead of asking customers to do it for them. Will not be back.

Clean store & helpful employees. Im not a frequent shopper here, but when I need something odd enough that I question where to buy it, BB&B is always my first thought.I asked an employee to help me find something and without missing a beat she knew exactly where it was, down to the rack. Very helpful!
This is a solid chain store that will most likely have what you want in it for your home ... but it is very crowded and the aisles are small so you will have a hard time getting around in it. They welcome families which is good and bad depending on the time of day that you go and how fast you want to get out of there, and their prices are pretty high for what they are selling.
Good for utensils and hard to find gadgets. Tons of k-cups. The selection of bedding has gone down, but is nice. Towels are expensive but good quality. Check out can be a wait. Usually only one or 2 registers open.
I asked customer service where a particular item was and the person never looked away from their cell phone which I find very rude, and replied yeah we dont have any. Of course I did find the item I was looking for in that very store.

I walked through here trying to kill some time before going to see a movie (walked the whole strip). They have some nice stuff here, but its pretty pricey. I would guess that Ugg is one of their sponsors or something because that was the most common brand I saw in there.
Awesome staff. A guy in a Bostons red soxs shirt was super nice and helped me pick out curtains and a really nice girl taylaylah cashed me out. Keep up the good work, hard to find good working people nowadays

Clean, well organized, brightly lit blah, blah, blah, blah... Its a store. Heres the relevant detail: straight men and lesbians should on no account allow their significant others into BBB unless they have a spare $500 laying around that theyre just dying to get rid of. It would be like if a straight woman or gay man handed their guy a stack of cash and turned him loose in a Game Stop. I could practically feel the ghost of my ex (shes not dead, just the relationship) asking me if I remembered my credit card and can we cancel that thing were supposed to be doing in an hour? Dangerous, dangerous place.
Some products are a little pricey but you can find cool gadgets for your kitchen and bath that you cant find anywhere else. I love this store. I always find something useful there

Chad was our waiter and he was fantastic! We ordered the Three cheese dip andTwisted ribs for apps.
I wasnt even there for 2 minutes and someone was kind enough to take me right to what was looking for! She was also able answers all my questions about the item I then bought it. I was out of there in a few minutes.

This is your normal bed bath and beyond. Conveniently located and easy parking. One star off because it can be hard to track down anyone to help you if you need it however I will say that once Ive been able to find an associate to ask for assistance theyve all been nice.
Decent selection on household products, went here for a bridal registry very helpful people, prices range from not too bad to wow how much? Still a nice shopping experience

I think you can get most of what they sell here cheaper on Amazon or Five Below. If you need linens or candles theyre not terrible though.

2022-02-07Im glad we stopped in and got a free pillow! Oh and looked at some really nice dining wares. Their ugg collection is epic. I didnt know they had ugg pillows and blankets. Alex and Kevin were super helpful. Its our new home solution center. Extremely pleased, will return.

2021-11-18Came into the location in search of a pillow set and comforter. The manager Emily was extreme cold, and more interested in speaking with her freind. Very unpleasant. If it wasn’t for Desiree and Michael alongside with the help of Alex I would have left. The art of proper customer service is apparantly not lost on the regular employees of the store. Shame on management. And Kudos to to Desiree on the information for the items I was trying to purchase, you are definitely an asset to this store and very well informed.

2021-07-20I used their curbside pickup and it seems I was running a few minutes early. They had a tough time locating my order but eventually did.Gave 4 stars instead of 5 as I had waited the hour to pickup my two items. Seems that they should have been a wee bit more prepared.

2021-06-10Found the store very hard to navigate. Must have been stock day. I found myself boxed in in the towel section after 2 employees dumped boxes & carts at the end of displays. I had to move these to get out of the section. One employee squeezed if front of me while I stood in the checkout. Strange because he could have walked behind me as there was nobody behind me. Cashier touched my merchandise as if it were slathered in germs & shoved it back at me. I felt the employees were task oriented & not customer friendly. I have worked in customer service for over 40 years & I know how to treat customers. In my opinion the store did nothing to encourage future purchases.
