Ordered curbside pick up. Smooth transaction. The employee that came out with my order was so nice. I find that so refreshing.
Very clean helpful staff
In one section they have a cheese shredder for 19.99 and in another the same shredder for 1.75 yes a dollar and seventy five cents. When I brought it up to the manager. Her only answer was; Good for you. Thats not what I wanted to hear
Anything and everything you need in your house, good prices, a lot of sales, really hard to keep your self from buying everything new for the house lol
Great merchandise! Also, the lady cashier I dealt with was very patient and helpful. She told me to take my time while I frantically searched for my BBB coupon. I wish I knew her name; unfortunately, I dont. I met her last week while buying hand lotion. Upon finally finding my coupon, I thanked the lady for her patience and kindness.

Returned item with ease friendly staff
Your best bet is to order online or go to another store. Always a long line & their curb service is the worst. They draw you in with 20% off curbside pick up then upon pickup leave you waiting 30 minutes in the parking lot-another 10 minute wait on the phone to find out where the order is. When I called for Credit Sales Rep from the store was very rude

BB&B is one of the best places to get things for your home, office or even health anf beauty. The stores are laid out perfectly to ease your shopping experience and entice you to purchase items that you didnt know you needed but cant live without, now. The coupons they sent to me are invaluable.Get on the mailing list or email account for deals you cant deny.
Went there to buy items for my Mom. She needed coffee, batteries and artificial tears. I was prepared with many coupons, some which expired. The cashier went through all of them and I saved close to $80 off everything. Save all your coupons! They will take the expired ones, too.

Went to the BBB because I was in the area and was making a return. I browsed around and found a throw pillow that had been searching for, couldnt find anywhere! Needed 2 but there was only one. Bought it and went to customer service to ask if another store carried the item. The girl helping me said there was one in the warehouse storeroom upstairs. She went to search. After 20 minutes she came back WITH THE PILLOW! Said it was really hidden up there, but she got it. Love BBB and this location was exceptional! Everyone there was so helpful and went above and BEYOND to help me!!

I have no complaints. Staff is perfectly fine but Ive never dealt with customer service - only cashiers. Not rude but not especially courteous either. Store is generally neat, organized and well stocked.
Employees are very rude. Store tends to be very disorganized. Go to the bohemia store where you get treated as a customer and not a bothersome being. God forbid you ask someone a question in this place, you may as well have asked them to give up their only child.

Called in the morning to see if a particular item was in stock. Call was picked up after 2 rings, and a young lady by the name of Kaitlyn was SUPREMELY helpful, friendly and polite. Sorry others had a bad experience but I can say for certain that mine was a great one.

This is a good BB&B. I find its always stocked and I can always find something to buy regardless of if I need it or not. The only downside would be the checkout lines but thats hardly a problem when you get to leave with some awesome new stuff for your home.
Maryann in the wedding registry section was very helpful, she helped me place an online order for an item that wasnt in the store. Ill definitely come she her when I set up my registry.
Really going downhill ..poor management of the check out lines and dirty! I picked up quilts that were faded and dusty covered! Sad that it seems theyre not doing well. Also changed return policy, making the higher prices no longer an insurance policy.
Very rude manager named Irfan at this store unfortunately. I have shopped here for many, many years and it has been one of my fav stores.I returned something last month and he came to tell me I had returned too many items and this would be the last item I could return. He went on to say that I cant just return items because I dont want them anymore! I explained that the majority of items I returned had a flaw or broke etc. He just went on repeating himself when I told him I was going to complain about him to the corporate office. At which point I asked him if he was going to process my return. So this guy basically insulted me in front of tons of people and the sales associate who was processing my return was also very rude after he did that.This store frequently puts out items in clearance that are NOT functioning or are broken! I recently bought two hoses that both had leaks so yes Im going to return them. They do a very poor job of screening the function of returned items that are put back for sale on clearance.I called CS online the next day and whomever I spoke with apologized profusely that I was treated this way- she said they would speak to him. I have not been back to the store since then, I feel upset and dont want to be repeat treated that way so I will call and see if they have told him not maltreat customers this way. I have spent thousands here over the years and I have been shopping there WAY longer than Irfan has been working at BBB. I was very polite to this idiot but I will not be if Im treated this way again!In addition they spent a few months at least renovating this store with barricades and open windows and it looks pretty bad! The outside may look a bit better but the inside was NOT improved at all- seems like a waste of money and an inconvenience to customers imo.

Returned an item my girlfriend bought me as a gift online to this BB&B location. Store clerk was rude and obnoxious. Would not refund my girlfriends credit card because it wasnt physically present while I made the return. I pointed out that the credit card wasnt physically present when my girlfriend bought it online (and I had all the info - cc#, expiration, cvc number, etc). Clerk still refused to refund the credit card. I asked for the manager (who arrived promptly 15-20 minutes later even though the store was mostly empty of customers) and he rudely said I could take it or leave it. So I took it and used the store credit at the BB&B in Bohemia (where the staff is actually helpful and friendly).Avoid this store like the PLAGUE!!!

Typical bed bath & beyond the only frustrating thing was they didnt have staff to help you and there where things left unattended like bins and latters so you couldnt see all the product you had to look around things.

2017-11-04Great place to shop. Employees are polite and helpful. Very stocked with almost everything. Only complaint is the whole coupon process. I never seem to have enough coupons with me, and it kills me that they dont just give you the discount. I hardly ever go back for an adjustment. They should try a better system. Im sure theres an app for that!

No customer service.went there for a Registry appointment we made online only to be told by an employee (after searching the store) oh we dont do that anymore then we were looking for comforters and another employee was close enough to hear our conversations but never offered to direct us to the right area. Just kept looking at her phone.

2021-12-21Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered an 8 piece Lenox China set and flatware on 12/7 and was told that it woulkd arrive between 12/10 - 12/15. I called customer today (12/21) to find out where thje items were and was told the order was canceled with no explanation.!! Do not shop at Bed Bath and Beyond!!
