I went into this store today with two coupons, which I read carefully before going in. One was $10 of a purchase of $30, the other was a $12.50 coupon free with any purchase. When I went up to the counter to make my purchases, the cashier said these coupons arent valid yet. I was surprised, as Id read the dates, but said okay. She handed them back to me, I looked at them, and they said valid NOW until November 27. I pointed this out to her, and she said ok. Next, she went to a second cashier and asked if I could use both coupons at once. After deliberation, they decided I could. If the cashiers were at all familiar with their store coupons, they would have known that on the back it specifically said the free item could be used with the $10 off coupon. When they rang my items up it came to $39something. After taking the coupons off the amount came to $26 something. They said I needed to purchase $6 more. I was surprised at this, because Ive never gone to a store where the minimum purchase was calculated AFTER the coupon. When I questioned this, a THIRD cashier got involved. She was condescending and loud. I was embarrassed, and at this point, tired of the whole coupon debacle. I said, never mind, this is too confusing and turned to leave the store. I was halfway to the front of the store when one of the cashiers yelled do you want your coupons? It was unprofessional and embarrassing. If their own cashiers dont understand their coupons, Im wondering how and why they expect customers to?
I bought a Cuisinart coffee grinder and was very dissatisfied with it. When it grinds a lot of cofee comes out outside of the cup. I packaged it just as it was, I tried to return it and was not able to, I didnt have my receipt and card that I paid with, they said that there not able to return things that are electrical and were used. I have no use for it and its like throwing out money because there is more cleaning to do with the Cuisinart coffee grinder than a cheaper one they carry. I am very dissatisfied because I was able to return an electric item in January of this month that I was dissatisfied with and 6 months later they said that the policy changed and they dont know what Im talking about.
Have lots of options 4 bed and bath, and unique surprising find, Need frequent 2 find things u never thought u would, happy surprise. Also have some as seen on tv stuff, ex. Face, eyebrow trimmer that can b used everyday 4 hair free face b4 face products and makeup applied. Great product, got 4 few people and all love!!
The store is nice, clean, organized, a little different than I expected. There are several TVs in the store running information about different products. The employees are nice and helpful. A little on the pricey side for some items, even clearance and discount items were still pricey.
I like the store but its very cluttered IMHO. Its hard to find what you are looking for because of that, plus I am short and some items are too high to see prices on or even reach. I was fortunate today, the item I wanted was on sale, but I only found out when I went to the register. The people that work there are very friendly and knowledgeable.
If I had the option to give a 0 for customer service I would! I went into the store located in New Hartford, NY to make a return. I purchased a cookware set a week ago & just received it few days ago & did not like it when I opened the box. It was still brand new, didnt use it. The lady at the return desk named DAWN, appeared BOTHERED the minute I walked up to the desk with my return & gave me an “ annoyed” Look right away. She asked if anything was wrong with the item, which is a normal question, but proceeded to give me a difficult time returning my item, stating it was not in the original package? I stated it came in this box just as I’m returned it & I had the email order confirmation from when I purchased it online. Apparently it was not sufficient enough for her for a return & she kept mumbling “ It’s a damaged item now....” and when I gave her the order # she asked for , she stated “ I need you to give me ur phone Because you don’t have your return papers and I will have to enter this twice!” Who said I wanted to hand you my personal device ? & why Can’t I just read you my order # twice!? She kept huffing and puffing the whole time. I have never experienced in my life such horrible customer service from someone that is at the front working with customers daily. She does not qualify to be working with the public with this kind of attitude & lack of professionalism. I was very embarrassed with this treatment I received at the store while others were behind me waiting in line & being treated like I was doing something wrong, while all I was doing was returning a perfect item within the return policy guidelines. I have been shopping at the store for years and had registries there and I’mExtremely appalled that they have such an employee working there and customers have to deal with this. I do not want to shop at the store again now because of her.

2022-03-05I rated this business previously at 4 stars, a good rating for sure. Looking for a new coffee maker I decided to return to this Bed Bath & Beyond.My wife and I worked our way to the small appliance department and began looking at coffee makers. Within minutes an employee was right there offering to assist us. He really was a great help guiding us through the selection process. We did choose a coffee maker as a result and headed to the cashier.As we approached the front of the store a cashier called out to us, offering to take care if us. She informed us that there was a rebate available on our coffee maker. It turned put that an app was required to make the rebate work. Our cashier and another clerk happily assisted us in the installation of the app and submission for the rebate. I was very impressed with the employees of the store and the way they assisted us.I am elevating my rating to 5 stars! Well done Bed Bath & Beyond!!

2022-03-12Bought a picture which I had to rebuild myself. They had 3 of the same pictures that each had a flaw with the frame. Hangers were installed upside down on one, the other had hangers that were stapled in place and falling off. I took the best one and rebuilt it. The manager gave me a good deal on the price though.

2022-03-23This store has slot of cool houseware Gadgets and products for the home. The thing is the prices are pretty steep even with sales. But staff is friendly & helpful as well

2022-02-06Honest not the greatest experience store seems cramped, very small store compared to others. We also bought 300 dollars worth of sheets and 2 60 dollar pillows and they were doing a giveaway for 3 items you could receive for every 50 dollars spent.. we got 3 cheap looking 5 dollar pillows instead of being offered the other 2 free items since we were already purchasing pillows, they gave us more pillows... Not to mention we washed the wasuatta sheets when we got home and the thread is already coming out after the first wash..um..unbelievable..

2022-01-06There is a lot to choose from when looking for bedding, but its a little scattered. It took a while to find what I wanted. Otherwise as long as the quality matches the prices, its a good place to shop for bedding.

2021-12-03If I could choose no stars for this store I would. I love the products at Bed Bath and Beyond and have shopped there for years, but will not be shopping there again as the way I was treated by the manager Aaron, today 12/02/21 at 3:44, was awful. The issue was I wanted to return something, an 8 dollar item, and I was making a purchase of about 150. I asked to have the return credited to my total. When the first clerk said she could not take returns without a receipt I explained that I had done it at this store before. Then she stated she could call a manager and they would have the authority to make that decision. The item was purchased for me at another store and it seemed like it wasnt right when I got it. I did not open the item as it was missing a part that I would have needed to be able to use this. When I explained this, both the clerk and the manager basically made it seem like I was lying. I asked the manager if he didnt believe me and he made it clear that he didnt. I said I wouldnt be shopping there any more and said it doesnt seem like you care about that and he said I dont. He said he was just being honest. I talked to him about customer service and he continued to be rude and unkind. I dont really care about the 8 dollars but I sure do care about being treated badly. I hadnt even left the store yet and he had taken the item I was trying to return and thrown it in the garbage and said, this is junk. The manager was also setting an example for the clerk, who was watching him the whole time. What a terrible example he set. The silver lining was that I didnt purchase anything there and went over to Walmart where the staff was friendly and I found the same exact items for half the price.
