Bed Bath & Beyond in other cities:
Can’t remember the last time I encountered such a attentive and helpful employee.Norman was extremely generous from the moment I entered the store he walked by and greeted me and helped in answering all my questions. Honestly, people like this are the ones that can change your whole day around for the better… Thank you for your help….Store was very clean and organized as well
Bed bath and beyond is great store for all the inexpensive home stuff. Ive bought many good quality kitchen ware, pots, pans, a wok, silverware, glasses, etc. Ive bought shower curtains, towels, trashcans, bed sheets, etc. They even have nice vacuums and roombas. As mentioned above all of it has been good quality and not overly expensive. They even have a little grocery section and a cafe at the front. This is by far my favorite location.
This store is clean, spacious and nicely organized. And one of the best things? Clean restrooms. Really clean! Five stars! Im giving five stars to every NYC business that allows customers and visitors use the restrooms. If youre in the area and need to go, head over to Bed-Bath, and on the way out, treat yourself to something nice. You deserve it, and they deserve it too.
They mixed up items delivery dates, 1 item didnt arrive, and then, after I contacted them 3 (three!) times, I was still not assisted in getting any help...I used to be a decades-long loyal customer; not anymore! never again! My item never arrived, and when I went on their CHAT feature, after regular customer agent Fritzie was not focused on a resolution, I requested a supervisor. I wanted my bathroom rug! A BUYBABYBUY supervisor came on, + claimed that there was no record at all of my previous 2 (two!) conversations with the store Re: this problem! Also, this supervisor kept saying things like You didnt shop at the store even after I repeated said Id bought it ONLINE!!! (P.S. Please Note: I was Not shopping for baby items!)Very insulting: Supervisor claiming theres no record at all of my contacting the store twice before about this missing item! I said Id never shop there again, after being disrespected, etc. + wasting my time, totaling hours trying to locate my item only to have a supervisor be offensive + insult me. Really tacky BB+B behavior; unprofessional + incompetent! Never again!
Well I went to the Reopened Location on 18th street in Manhattan. The experience seemed like something out of the JETSONS. In that it seemed ultra modern, mostly everything is white and is very spacious. There arent shelves if inventory stacked to the ceiling. And unfortunately they did away with things clang clearance sections. Thats devastating. Now I can start using those coupons again.I hope this helps you.
I shopped here in 2001 before the tradgedy. I was in an acting workshop and staying with a friend in Long Island. I bought several items for my acting teacher and my friend including a gorgeous shower curtain, waste basket set and matching towels. In Boynton Beach I decorated my homes with Bed Bath and Beyond and also recommended the stock market to my weathly benefactors. Interior design photography is my passion and I also designed my sisters living room, my finances bedroom and several of my friends homes with items from Bed Bath and Beyond. Here in Florida the customer service is very good they gave me the discount even though my coupon expired. I put some photos of my favorite including Shiraz panels for windows, if you order on ebay now the value has gone way up. In New York I tried to talk with the help but they were not as enthusiastic about home design as I am. I bought many kitchen items I recommend the wooden plate dryer is very nice rather than a plastic strainer looks more sophisticated and levels up your whole kitchen. Also get some lemons or something yellow to accent the kitchen. Something with lemons on it a pot holder or dish towel.#jonjagger
It was nice to be able to shop at this place after months of being closed because of the covid-19 lockdown. The store was pristine and well stocked as expected. The only problem I had was that I tried to buy a rug, which it was priced $29 on the rack, but when I got to the check out I was told there was a problem with the price tag, and they needed to check. After I showed the price on the rack, I was told that it was my fault because the price was only for the navy one, not for any other color. So I asked, why this is the only price in the whole rack, if every color has a different price, and the answer was that I should have read the small print where it clearly states it is for blue navy, so if I wanted the white one I should have had to pay $10 more. I ended up buying the navy one which actually works better where Im using it, but I dont think the attitude of both the manager, and the department lady showed toward me. When I asked if they agreed it was confusing the answer was, no I work here, so it totally make sense to me. Im including pictures of the rack showing the price tag on the white rag. And if you cant read that the price is referred just to the navy one, then its your problem.
Sorry, new design is a big fail. The environment is sterile and boring. Feels like it’s missing all of the fun products including the food section. I never have an urge to walk in there anymore. I’ve heard this from a lot of people in the neighborhood. The whole idea for a store like this is for it to be stuffed with lots of cool interesting products. You missed the whole point. The store isn’t a website, it’s a store.
Theyve since renovated since Id moved away from the neighborhood. I was there to exchange a non-working Sonicare Id purchased online. The staff were all very friendly and helpful when I needed help finding other items I thought Id need. It was such a seamless process to exchange the model Id purchased, which I wasnt expecting with the the exact model Id wanted.Id definitely return as it was such a great shopping experience in a bright environment!
It used be such a great store for basics, lots of options, many items o display, and now theres far less, ad its all over-designed, no simple basics, just really suburban-looking items. Few items on display. No more World Market Food! Sad!! And they cut their staff to make it mostly self-checkout, which makes it feel like you are doing all the work and have issues with the machines. SO sad this great anchor for basics has gone to the dogs...whoever the buyer is....stop buying tacky, low-quality stuff!!! I want my old BBB back, which opened early and always was packed with goodies. As a local, this really is a loss.
Customer service does not exist here! I asked 2 employees if they could help me figure out the size of a Brita water pitcher because I forgot a tape measure, neither could be bothered and had no interest in helping at all. One looked like a manager since he was dressed in a suit with a big Gucci face mask. They don’t care about customers , they were out of most things I was looking for (e.g. a laundry bag???) and I’ll never return to this store. It’s sad because it used to be a great store , but not anymore. Don’t waste your time here!
All price ranges covered a nice variety and incredible quality at any price point. Well worth your trip I go to the Chelsea store. Also the app is amazing and I’m a club member and it’s as good as anything else you’ll get on Amazon. 20% off all purchases online and free shipping.
I had not been there in over a year. They completely changed the store around, which is okay, the problem is that they dont have all the goodies they used to have, especially around the holidays. All the foreign cookies and cakes are now gone, the food section is a pathetic version of what it used to be. So disappointed in my visit
Very bad experience, only 2 cashiers were open, a lot people were behind me, and then when I got to the cashier dint accept the 20%, than I was entitled, so they send me to another place in which I have to wait for another 1/2 hour, in total I spent 5 hrs, I come to this store for 25 yrs, I never got any problem like yesterday.Very...very...desorganiseNeed to bring the people fromThe years before the pandemic, they were more professionalThanks.
So I went to the re-opening of the Bed Bath & Beyond in Chelsea on 7/22/2021. This was always my go to Bed Bath & Beyond. I was able to find items there that were unavailable at other large stores. To my dismay, I left empty handed. Items I once bought again and again were no longer available.
Its a great store for all things related to home, carrying a variety of goods from higher end to more affordable. I was looking for a door mat, and found a reasonably priced quality mat today. Lately, there hasnt been much foot traffic, so theres no waiting in line to check out.
This store is big with lots of pricey merchandise. However, the customer service is very poor. The lines are way too long. They need more cashiers in that place who know how to check out customers quickly. I started to put my items back and walk out of the store. I will NOT be shopping in this store again. They need to treat the customers way better. In addition, they need to have more items on sale. Their prices are too high and they will soon be out of business if they keep this up. However, I must say that this store is not trashy. They have all the merchandise set up nice and neat.
I like shopping at the Bed Bath & Beyond at The Bronx Terminal Mall and the 6th Avenue stores. They have everything in those two locations. Health and beauty items, kitchen gadgets, bath and bed room decor, curtains, etc. Especially when they have a good sale like this upcoming week!Info Update:The location at Bronx Terminal Mall is permanently closed.Theyve been closed since September 2020.The 6th Avenue location is still open.
Everything was fine, as usual until it came to check out. There were no bags available except for a plastic bag like those in a supermarket produce department. No handles for carrying my purchase of a queen sized 4 piece sheet set. There were also paper bags but they were mini sized.
I love this place! Im not quite sure what it is about this spot but I really enjoy coming here. I find it to be a great spot to get home decor, snacks, health & beauty items and quick gifts at much better prices than the other competitors. My most recent trip was to help a co-worker get some mattress covers at a decent price. Not only were we able to get the type she needed but, we were also able to get the blackout curtains she wasnt sure she would find in person. I didnt plan to get anything but, obviously, that idea went out the door when we passed by the snack aisle. One of the cool things about this spot is theyre one of the few places that has a special escalator for your shopping carts. I find that Bed Bath & Beyond has better prices than a lot of other (more popular) chains and drugstores... and thats before coupons. I highly recommend this place.
The service was horrible. I couldnt find assistance anywhere to ask the location of items. When at the register, everything about the cashier indicated he didnt want to be there: from him sighing quietly next to the slow way he moved to bag my items. Not the type of customer you would want especially with everything going on.
Place is huge and has everything you need in a great price. Ive compared their prices to CVS and Duane Reade, they have better prices. Also, they give that 20% discount and have people signing you up through email. Everything is organized and friendly staff. Checkout is quick since they have so many employees. Overall, this place is amazing. I wish they sold clothes.
This store is awesome. The selection is immense, the store is huge, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I had a women in the drapery/curtain area, Jacqueline, help me. She really went out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted. She even had all the stuff shipped to my home so that I didnt have to carry all that heavy stuff home with me.
Beware! I bought two things online for curbside pickup. I picked up my package and was about to leave when I looked inside the bag. I saw that they had given me the wrong color sheet. After a lot of waiting to find out what happened, someone told me that I was called let me know they didnt have the color. Odd, I never received a call, message, email or text about it. Shifty, why they put another color in the bag without telling me. Worse, I wasnt able to cancel the order, but had to go inside the store, stand in line and ask for a refund which was slow. If someone is using curbside pickup to avoid going into stores, that kills the purpose of it.
I have been in this store twice in the past week and both cashiers that assisted were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. I would have given this a five star rating however, the second time I visited the security guard at the exit door was rude.(Tall African American male in a black suit) There was a different one the first time and he was polite.
Guy that works in small appliances is awesome... he called the other store at 61&1st LES to make sure it was in stock...⚠️BE ADVISED⚠️ When I called and asked if a particular item was in stock at this store advised yes 1 in stock.. Note: 1 in stock means DISPLAY which is NOT for sale!!Dont waste your time... call 1st and make sure theres more then 1 in stock.
I went there for a metal collapsible laundry drying rack. I was figuring they had to have one. I was wrong. Yeah, I know. I needed to check on line. When I did, NONE within a 25 mile radius. Argh! Maybe I need to stick to just happening to go there and finding something I decide I need. Good place. Just frustrating.
Well its a Bed Bath & Beyond in a pretty convenient location (the F and Union Square are both 2 blocks away). Been coming here for over 18 years and customer service has always been great at this location. Get your Soda Stream refills here. They just reopened after a long renovation and removed the most annoying aspect of the store which was the uncontrolled en masse herd checkout. Kudos!
Awesome.
This store is located in Chelsea. Has items like window treatments (downstairs), pots, pans, hangers some food & personal care items, etc. It is a big store and is usually crowded during the holidays. Long lines move quickly due to quick checkouts. Make sure to take your 20% off coupons, you have received in the mail (hint: you can stack those coupons) if you have multiple items with multiple coupons. This location also has a small cafe and restrooms available.
An amazing place for home supplies. Anything but furniture to keep your home scene well stocked with the latest gadgets, linen, and more... Fun store, great assistance, and good prices... BUT avoid their pricey cafe: A bottle of water thats $1 at a local deli, its $2.50 here... Wow!!!
The Bed Bath & Beyond located at 620 6th Avenue between West 16th & 17th Street in Chelsea have been here since forever. It is a huge store to say the least, and right smack in the heart of Chelsea to boot.Very very high ceilings, neat and orderly, bright and airy, and well stocked with tons and tons of merchandisers.
The cashier was very young and very sweet but really had not been trained very well. She asked me if I wanted my stuff in bags. Where else would it go my pockets...I have three bags of merchandise. Four items were glass bottles she put them.in a single bag and I said they should be wrapped in paper. She hands me the paper and I comply. I asked for double bags. I did tell the manager what a sweet kid she was but does need to be shadowed a bit.
Huge store, great selection. Very helpful staff. Wonderful customer service counter and return policy. Discount coupons in your email. Lately tho, daytime checkout lines are crazy-long. Tried to buy a few items last week. Instead of the usual checkout system, they had customers queuing behind a velvet rope (ala Epcot!) with a woman directing people, one-by-one, to registers.Waited on line a bit before I gave up and left my intended purchases in a neat pile on the floor and exited the store. What a system! A shame--I used to enjoy shopping there.
Even in the age of online shopping, while not always the cheapest deal, I find it useful to visit Bed Bath and Beyond for good quality home goods, especially kitchen and bedding items, where you really need to see and feel the quality (ex. cookware, sheets, pillows). Popping in now and then lets you see the latest in organizing supplies too.I strongly recommend asking staffers for what your intending to get - like a casino, the layout has so many item types and the place is so massive, you may very well lose track of the time in here. In this location, you can even get grocery and personal care items.
Kinda department store. Has everything, really, beyond the bed and bath. Bought a French press replacement glass by mistake and had 0 effort to return it, it was quick and painless. Aside the great service, the price was very good for kitchen appliances, like blenders and coffee machines.
Enjoy this flagship store every time Im in the area. Most of the employees great me except for the newbies. Aisles are wide...I ride a motorized scooter...I try to remember to bring coupons with me...saves some money....the staff is helpful except for one or two who when asked where something say over there...other staffers walk with me and point out the items Im looking for which is a good thing....Ive been going to BBB since it opened and I was abled body...and am delighted to find things shown on QVC and HSN. Overall, I like going to this store.
This is a huge store on two levels that appears to have every size, shape, colour and make of everything that you might ever need in a home(and if you couldnt find what you required I was assured that there was even more on line to choose from!). An escalator for your trolly to allow access to both floors. Clearly a very busy store but was heavily overstocked so gave the impression that it wasnt being shopped. Why stop with everything for the home why not offer a tiling/carpet laying service.. theres certainly enough space to accommodate it😊
Everything you would want or expect in a Bed Bath and Beyond. If they dont have it, try the Container Store which is across the street. This is a pretty large store for the area, so its good for one stop shopping. I like their extra large ice cube trays. The bedding area feels like a fallout shelter, but with nicer linens.
UPDATE: STILL DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS STORE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE RETURN COUNTER WAS HORRIBLE.Disappointed with the customer service at the registers, not very friendly. Didnt say hello, ask me if I found everything and didnt thank me for shopping but had plenty of time to socialize with other co-workers.I came to buy a vanity mirror, cool I get it for security reasons you have to take the item yourself to the cash register. I get it that you have to check everyone of my $20 bills, but that already makes a shopping experience aggravating. The least your employees can do is try to be friendly.
I dislike this location so much. The layout of the store is so weird. It always takes forever to checkout. I wish there was a way to make that run smoother. I hate that they make you line up at registers. I wish it was like Trader Joes where you waited to be called by next available cashier.
Customer service is really good. And it’s a huge store with a lot to offer. Beware of the coffee shop that is right at the corner. Don’t stop for breakfast unless you have a lot of time to burn. They take forever to make an egg sandwich. Omg. Go for the muffins. They are fresh and delicious.
If youve been to BB&B, you probably know whats in store (pun intended) for you. Large selection of things for the home: linens, kitchenware, seasonal, smaller furniture. Everything you can imagine along these lines, and then some, with frequently rotating inventory, plenty of gadgets, and, for the growing family, a selection of realistic looking but plastic glassware. Even some food, although theres a Trader Joes just up the block, not to mention all those small things you keep forgetting you desperately need. Prices run the gamut from economical to upper middle class.
This bed bath and beyond is one of the better ones I have been to. I ordered something online for pickup at the store and once I walked in I was attended to quickly and I was out of the store within 5 minutes. This one looks like the typical BB&B out there, a whole bunch of stuff crammed into one place. The store does look clean and inviting.
I love bed , bath and beyond and shop there regularly. I do avoid this location even though it is next to my workplace. The staff are oblivious and unhelpful. My last visit I went in to get a few items and the cashier staff could not get the credit card swipe to work and even the store manager came over and just shrugged his shoulders as if it was some mystical machine that had a mind of its own. I realize most of the staff are uneducated but a little basic training goes a long way. I found the cashier Carmen to be exceptionally rude. K-mart is short walk away and the prices are more reasonable.
Bed Bath Beyond continues to be great one stop shopping for kitchen, home, bed & bath. If I am looking for a specific item, I check online to make sure it is in stock at my chosen store. To save even more time, I will order online and pick up in store. There is also same day delivery for a fee. A great selection of bedding and pillows for specific needs and tastes. Generous return policy but make sure you have your receipt. As a side note, I was surprised BBB has expanded into beauty and food/snacks with large sections.
Extensive selection of everything from cookware to drapes to vacuums. The prices are tough to beat and the staff are very knowledgeable about products in their respective departments. They even have a grocery area. Checkout is very quick even when there are long lines because an employee is placed in the area to expedite the customers.
Bed Bath and Beyond will always be one of those shopping staples that you can always fall back and depend on. Boasting with an extensive product line, rest assured that you will find just about any household need whether for a new home, youre redecorating, or doing a full on apartment overhaul. Four stars only because the Yankee candles are always so expensive.
Was a fairly large Bed Bath and Beyond. They had everything I needed for my college dorm. There are a lot of cash registers, so checking out was fast and easy. The store is easy to navigate and everything is pretty easy to find. Nothing is hidden in a back corned, and the signs are placed well to help you find your way. Just a very efficient store and design.
Very crowded. Rude staff. I asked if they had coolers in August, and the salesperson rudely told me that they obviously didnt have coolers since the Halloween merch was out. Went across the street to The Container Store and was able to quickly find a soft cooler like I needed.
Love this Bed Bath Beyond. Its big and I pretty much found everything I wanted although its the holiday season and crowded. While here decided to get monogrammed stockings for myself, my son and the furbabies (my cats). An associate was nice enough to climb up and find an S for me when I couldnt find one on the lower wall.
Spectacular Customer Service and second to none selection of just about anything I may need or impulsively remember to get. One of Moms favorites for a really good reason. One step closer to better. Torn aged and beaten foot with a properly healed heel and restored toe en route.
I’m 9 months pregnant and have a baby registry with buy buy baby. Bed bath & beyond owns buy buy baby and I went to return a number of products off my baby registry to bed bath & beyond. One of the products was stocked at buy buy baby but must’ve not been purchased directly from my registry. Despite having a registry with the company (obviously many other options to choose from) and the item being held at buy buy baby and in stock, the manager John at customer service refused to allow me to return the item for store credit. Despite visibly seeing that I was VERY pregnant, he advised me to go to buy buy baby - a 15-20min walk - as they would likely be able to help me more. The inflexibility was noteworthy and in a world where amazon makes things VERY easy, I’d think the customer service should be better. I’m now removing stuff off my buy buy baby registry and putting them on my amazon registry.
This location is what every BB&B should strive to be like, although it would be tough to replicate in most cases, because the population density in NYC allows this location to stock many more items than they can in a less populated area. This location also seems to be the ideal spot for college students buying items for their living quarters in a return to school.
They have everything you need and I was quite surprised that they have low prices too. Since the place is huge, it is quite hard to find things, but good thing that they have friendly staff to help you find what youre looking for. I have a new apartment and I enjoyed browsing and ended up buying a lot of nice stuff for my home.
NO ONE volunteers to assist the customers ever. Or at least thats been my experience. I take that back. There was a young lady in the wine glass section that offered to order glasses for me that the website said the store had in stock. She was indeed helpful though not courteous. Hard to imagine. I know. But when I considered whiskey glasses outside of my price point, her response was, I thought you said you didnt want to spend more than $15.Mmmmk.Pick up service is ideal. The cash registera needs more organization, like Trader Joe style. Not a free for all.
This store is probably opening in the summer of 2021 like they were saying in the fall and not everybody like or want to go to the locations of this store in uptown Manhattan because they to far from the store and taking the NYC are dangerous these days there is to much agressive and scary violence when you want to take the subway trains nobody wants to get injured or hurt
Probably one of my favourite chain stores in the world. They have the best customer service and sell everything you could need for your house (including beds - which Ive never seen in the store, but hop on their site. Its NY, you wouldnt wanna carry your bed to your place, anyhow). If I was awarded with a game show type price where they would give me an hour to run around a store and choose as many things as I could for free, this would be my pick, hands down. This particular location seems a bit crowded at peak hours and the check out system might get a bit chaotic, but the staff is helpful and they usually sort it out fairly quickly.
This is a huge places! i like it, ive been there a couple of times. it looks nice, organized, the prices are a little high, not really for me, but i still like going there just to look at their products. It seems as if the workers are always busy because when i need help i would be the one looking for them instead of them offering their services. Aside from that its a good place
Although typically overpriced, they have a great selection due to their size. Be sure to check online to see if they have what youre looking for in the store, and beware a largely incompetent staff who have as much trouble finding things as you might simply wandering on your own.A world grocery store inside is an additional draw, providing access to hard-to-find foodstuffs from asia, UK, and mexico.
A mess.... Nobody knows where you can find what youre looking for. They sent you to the lower level and then they sent you to the first floor cause they have no idea where are the stuff you wanna buy. No signs also. So I decided to buy what I needed online and save time and effort.
Go with set intentions/plans before you go. I say this because they have so much there for the household and personal needs. You will go in for some thing on your list and get in there and see everything that you forgot to put on the list. Then to top it off their sales people on the floor are always so pleasant and very helpful. So watch out...lol ...just joking...Just go and see for yourself...you wont be disappointed .
The cashier who was assisting me initially was pleasant. However, there was some type of discrepancy with my return; a manager by the name of Michelle was called over to assist. She was quite short and unprofessional, her choice of words and implications is what troubled me more than anything. I have been a customer at BB&B for many years and have encountered nice people for the most part, but Ive experienced such lack of customer service as I did with Michelle. Horrible!
Went there on a Sunday. Ridiculously long lines, which are not marked and you dont really know who is waiting where. Ended up waiting for a cash register for over 20 min. Disorganized. Bathrooms were filthy. Tableware was dusty, spotty and some pates even had cracks.
The service is good but you do get bumped and shoved some. Its no ones fault, just a matter of too many people in too small a space.Never go to BBB on a weekend, though, particularly if you need to return or exchange something. Some brain trust decided that ALL returns (not just refunds but exchanges too) must be handled separately at customer service. So you have to stand in two lines. It is a moronic system and I am convinced that they staff the customer service desk with trainees. The cashiers are all terrific. So basically, BBB makes it easy to buy stuff, but very painful to return it. This cannot be an accident.
The Bed Bath and Beyond here is great. I love checking out the clearance section in the far left back side of the store. You can find handy dandy items at steep prices. Not only that, you can use their $5 off $15 coupon or 20% off one item coupon on top of that! Its also a great place to stop by for a bathroom break.Note: They dont have a clearance section during back to school season. The clearance racks will return at the end of September.
This store is too big, which means its hard to navigate - but somehow, theres not a lot of variety. Prices arent always marked which is a pain. But the biggest pain? Everything is WAY to expensive! I needed a mattress topper, bedding, and pillows for a Queen. For decent quality products, the total was adding up to $250+ (easy). So I headed to Marshalls and got everything I needed plus a few extras for $150. So my advice - just go to Marshalls instead. Its even in the same building!
I am preparing to go into my first year of college. This can be a stressful and honestly expensive time. While I was at check out I was asked if I had wanted to use the student discount that takes 20% off my entire purchase. I did not have my edu account or code set up at the time in order to get the discount. So John ( I am not sure his position at the store) came over and helped direct me in how to easily sign up on the website. I was at a loss for my phone wasnt loading properly. He told me about the free wifi that the store offered and I entered it into my phone. My phone still started to glitch (not the wifi or bb&b websites fault but my old phone) so John brought me to one of the store computers and we entered the information for the College Saving Pass. Eventually, I was able to use the coupon and save over 50 dollars on my cart! All of this took about 20 minutes and John was wonderful and determined the entire time! the customer service was and is amazing! Also, some other information I found out is that you can take your receipt into any bed bath & beyond store within 14 days of your purchase and apply any forgotten coupons!
All bed bath and beyond stores are pretty great as far as Im concerned but this is basically the mothership of all BBB nationwide. The people who work here are so helpful and knowledgable. If they dont have an answer, theyll find it and they all seem to genuinely care about their jobs and customers. The checkout line system here is a little chaotic but they manage well overall.
Ive never shopped at this location. However, I got an email to schedule an interview to be part of their team. Unfortunately, when I called the store one of the associates picked up the telephone and she was VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!! Hope this location finds better future coworkers!!!!!!
The Bed Bath and Beyond here is large. One can roam about to the sections of housewares & accessories to find all the gadgets you have lived without for ????? Years. If you choose to make a purchase be prepared with a coupon$5 off $15 coupon or 20% off one item coupon on top of that! You can also use these coupons that are snail mailed you even if they are expired. This doesnt work for the ones that are emailed via your mobile.
I purchased a popcorn bowl from Cuisinart. This seemed like a very useful item, the last time we made popcorn in the microwave the bag actually caught on fire. The reviews for this non-mechanical solution were higher than those for the air popping machines which I originally intended to purchase. The price was low and I used a coupon to take 20 percent off. It is rare to have so many elements conspire to the good. The bowl still allowed for burned corns so I recommend setting mw power to 70 percent for a longer time. In this new age, the making of perfect corn is still an art.
I want to love this place because its THE B&B that broad City was shot in.... But everyone in there is totally dismissive and incompetent. I asked an employee if they had glass cups and they were like nope. You dont have... Any glassware... At bed bath and beyond? He just closed his eyes, shook his head and walked away. This location is also full of the worst combo of tourists and uppity yoga pants bougie ladies. Never again.
Its as if the management read every rule for organizing a store and then did the exact opposite . Aisles are cramped, the store is organized so nothing can be found, and product selection in numerous categories is extremely limited. And checkout! Let me tell you about checkout - never have I had a harder time giving a business my money. There is no line, only a mob vaguely lined up in front of registers which may or may not be staffed. You could probably come up with a worse queuing system, but you would have to work long and hard at it. Come by and see the mess, then go to Amazon.
All associates are very nice and somehow knowledgeable about what the store carries, but some articles policies are unsatisfactory, at least I got a store credit but for something that cost $259.00 you spect to receive a full refund not a store credit, it will take me years to spend that money, Im not getting things I dont need.
If i could give no stars, trust me i would. But since google insists, i give this place a 1. Horrible service. Some of the managers come off as racist. One of the managers, Lissette, is extremely rude. She makes me never want to come back to the store. This place needs to reconsider who they make managers.
Who doesn’t like to go Beyond!??Essentially they have it all. It s close enough to the subway and each time I think of thirsty rock or broad back city lolService is great and you can ALWAYS return a product. If you have to use a multi million dollar company that s the policy they should have!Love this.
This is the regional Headquarters for Bed, Bath and Beyond and all their subsidiaries. The offices are upstairs and as their flagship store is their best location. If it exists and 3B has it, its here. Staff are their best, highly trained and as to be expected in a Headquarters location, cognizant that their big bosses are constantly in store or around.
Most of the Bed Bath and Beyond Manager are nice. Celeste, Ronald and Narda provide the client with great service. I like this location overall.Chic décor · Scenic views · Delicious Juices · Delicious eats · Cosy atmosphere · Large portions · Yummy food · Romantic atmosphere · Creative atmosphere · Fabulous atmosphere · Healthy options ·

2022-05-07This is one of those newer revamped Bed Bath & Beyond. and i like it. big clean, brightly lit and spacious. it’s not overcrowded with merchandise like it was before. the whole store is a lot more organized and it’s way easier to find stuff by section.i have stopped here a lot more since it was renovated and actually bought stuff especially since the kitchen and appliance sections got cleaned up. prices do tend to be higher than online stores, but if you need something right away on impulse then this store has you covered. self-checkout is my jam and superquick.staff have been pretty helpful when i have tried to find things.

2022-06-12This is my first time back since the refresh. Absolutely love the new layout. Its fresh, bright, and the walkway is HUGE! That by itself is a wonderful thing. The café is back towards the left and the must items are still lined up at the front of the store. We only stopped in to get a quick drink and thats where the failure popped up. The drink fridges were darn near empty. Not sure if it was supply chain issue or not restocking. Either way, a simple purchase couldnt be made.

2022-01-02Huge store with just about everything you need for both home interior decoration, and daily living. Good prices and plenty of space in the aisles. I ordered online and chose to pickup at the store. Very convenient, ordered on a Sunday and received a text one hour after the store opening on Monday, that my order was ready and could be picked up. The pickup counter is near the front of the store on the right as you enter so you dont need to hike all the aisles to get your items. Several green initiatives and noted plant-based laundry detergent in cardboard boxes.

2021-10-08This place has so much room to shop! The bigger space really helps you not feel soOn top of each other! Tons of items for what you’re looking for. I was bummed the food section is gone. I like how bright it is too. Easy to get a cab or a car to pick you up front too. Definitely check this place out if you need stuff for your apartment or home!

2022-01-27My girlfriend and I have been having relationship issues for the better part of the month. We decided to spice things up by buying some pillows. Lovely customer service by staff and the display pillows really give you a sense of what the pillows will be like

2021-10-22This store has been remodeled and made way more spacious and bright. It is a very large shopping area individually separated into section by the product or department. Even the checkout area is large enough to hold many people at a safe covid distance. The store is easily accessible on ground level entrance with elevators and escalators inside store that will take you to the lower level. It has a clear diagram of breakdown of the store plan by department as you enter. The only downside was the ability to get sales assistance in fact the only associate I was able to interact with was the soda stream gentle who was very polite.

2021-08-18The new renovations makes this location very spacious and easy to navigate. However like most say there’s a lot of items they no longer sell. I believe the company just have a lot of brands that rebranded across all locations. They took out the food section which sucks. The self checkout gives you ample space to not have to wait online for so long which is convenient.

2021-10-21Love going there! I love housing supplies. I’d get everything if I have the ability to do so, but I also enjoy just walking around the store and only get thing that I really need! 🤣😍

2021-11-26Sometimes you can find a good price here if you have a discount flyer or like today- it was Black Friday and 25% off everything I think. I got a Calphalon grill pan for like $35 including tax down from like $46 . Hard to find stuff though because its a big place. Good for kitchen stuff.
