Neat place to get things for home
BB&B is no longer customer friendly.It has become difficult finding an employee working on the floor. Then they have eliminated cashiers, replacing them with self-checkouts. To get checkout assistance you have to go to the ironically named Customer Service desk which used to be fully staffrd with 2-3 employees; it has the only line in the store and, when you finally get to the desk, you are told that it is cash-only; if you want to use a debit/credit card, you have to go to the aforementioned self-checkout.PLEASE, do not yell at the few employees because they are not responsible. These are decisions imposed by the corporate offices.
I was shopping there when I asked to use the restroom and they did not let me. I was so surprised. I’ve been there several times and have been able to use it. They now send customers to Burlington. They say it’s out of order but it’s been several months.
I had a product to return and this location kept saying that the company of the product I wanted to return told ALL Bed Bath & Beyond stores not to except returns or exchanges, however every other store I called agreed to accept it. I had to return it to one out of town. They didnt have any more in stock for me to do an exchanged, so I looked online AND called this location, the person and online said they had my product in stock. I ordered curb side pick up, I even came about 7 hours later to pick it up. So they had more than enough time to get it ready. When I showed up they give me the run around saying it was placed 10mins before I showed up. When I showed them time stamps proving that wasnt the case they made me wait for another 15mins before reappearing and saying my order was canceled! Because they dont have the item in stock. This location SUCKS! Both managers and employees dont know what they are doing.
Came in here looking for a specific item I saw online. After trying I weren’t able to find it by myself, I approached an employee named Affoua and asked her where the item was. Even though the item was the last piece and $14.99 only, she went BEYOND trying to find it! Usually employees from other places would have said they didn’t have it or just point at where they would the item was. Great customer service by Affoiua and her coworker!PS: Store is very neat and clean, with tons of nice items in stock!
The store itself is fine, the lines are always long but move decently well. That’s the 2 stars. But zero stars for the returns/exchanges area. It’s like they are making it purposely difficult to discourage people from returning things. There is ALWAYS a line there, and there’s ALWAYS one person working the area. Why have ten people waiting in a line that is served by one person? Sorry but that kind of service is what leads me to order from a certain website rather than come here - it’s a hassle.

Great store with a great selection even if its a bit limited. Store is pretty small compared to other locations.Service is incredibly slow but the employees are really nice. I usually have to stand in line for ten minutes. Also, theres always customers who are trying to penny pinch the store like theyre on an episode of extreme couponers without the actual knowledge or smarts of one. They yell and bully the poor employees to giving them the best deal.
.Horrible experience. There was only two cash registers open on Saturday afternoon and we had to wait on line for more than 1 hour. We supposed to clean our hands before I arrived at the register but there was no more wet paper. Most of the store was dirty, dirty waste on the floor. The manager? He was invisible, He did not even help his employees. and there was nobody at the door. By the time we finished the store was close and we had to wait inside in front of the exit door that was lock until one of the cashier who was in the return Register can open us the door. The only good thing was the costumer service from the associates.
Large store that is pretty well stocked. They also have a good selection of personal care items (shampoos, makeup, etc) with better prices than some of the pharmacies nearby. Checkout wait times can be pretty long though, even during weekdays.
This has to be one of my least favorite Bed and Bath stores in the city. There were barely any cleaning products for sale and I couldnt find my cara bella products. A lot of wasted space throughout the store and poorly stocked.
One of my favorite stores ever. I love shopping here. The selections are fabulous. I can spend hours here. The staff semi-helpful.The reason Im giving only 4 stars is because items are pricey. I save coupons they mail me for a year. Then I come and go wild and have fun getting new kitchen and bath stuff.
Im giving this place a 3 and 4 star rating. 4 stars for the variety in stock to choose from. 3 stars for the lack of staff available to assist. Also for many items not having prices on it. Other than that I always found what I wanted. Never had to return an item. Place is always clean. The water fountain and restroom are a big plus!
Avoid this store! Worst customer service ever. Waited close to an hour just to pickup an item I ordered online in store. Pickup person couldn’t be found then shows up out of nowhere. Then he proceeded to help other guests that had just arrived over guests who’ve been waiting on the line the longest.
Great shopping with helpful sales assistants. Great selections. Prices vary yet coupons are essential to ensure you get a great deal.
Omg I love coming here they have the best appliances that u guys can ask for. It is a little pricey but it is worth it because you can use it for a long time. The issue is that there arent a lot of cashiers opened every time and they make us get into a huge line on one lane
BB&B is a great store with very good prices when using their coupons. I love shopping here and do so quite frequently. However, more often than not, they are out of a product but will order it online if you ask. Customer service is always good, and many times, they go out of their way to help you.
One of my favorite store and location to shop in. Superb customer service. Always greeted with a smile. Staff goes beyond their job duties. It does get super busy during peak hours and weekend due to being in a high foot traffic area but it still a great place to shop. Lines do get long but move pretty fast
Friendly staff but never enough cashiers available, so expect line delays, no matter what day or time of the week. Unless you have a coupon, you wont find cheaper prices here. Not a neat store but convenient if you need something right away.
If you ever shop at this particular store I suggest you search out Karen (I dont know if shes an associate or sales manager) here, but she provides exceptional customer service, super friendly, and is patient and persistent in making sure you get your item or even returning an item at Bed Bath & Beyond. Fritz is also awesome :) Best holiday shopping experience to date!
A big place full of everyday items for your needs. During the holiday season, they also carry small gift sets that are affordable. Lines do get long, but a lot of people just love shopping there! Their deals rack is very reasonable and helpful for the common person if they need household basics. All products are out for everyone to see, and are very accessible. Also, dont forget all your Bed Bath & Beyond coupons, as they dont truly expire!
I always buy from here and I love their costumer service.I bought a vacuum last year and it’s say six years grantees. It’s not working so I just went there ask they could do anything but lady near the entrance door rude and she asked me when we bought it. I told last year then she act like I don’t know anything and told us go to the company.Then she went to the return cashier she show us to her and laughed.At lest they check in system and tell us they couldn’t fix it. I will be happy.I fled very sad way they act.They need more training how to take care costumers.I wanted buy other vacuum but I left without it.It’s happened half hour ago.
Cant find simple items in the store. Was looking for a shower curtain liner. Was in the shower section and personnel had to show me that what I was looking for was hidden behind some display panels.Its a crazy way to force me to utilize their services but all in all annoying.

Offers allot of household items and sometimes you can find some odd stuff here too. The good thing about Bed Bath and Beyond is that...those flyers they send to your home never expires. You can use them whenever you want. This is what I was told by the sales rep. I bought a nice hand held blender. Works like a charm. Would definitely recommend. Dont throw out those coupons.
To me this store is way too overpriced. My husband and i got a gift card for our wedding from here. Otherwise, we would have not visited the store. They have things that you can find at other stores for half or less than half the price they sale it for. Their curtains are ridiculously priced. I am not a fan. The actual store is neat and the people who work there are nice. Thats where my two stars come from.
They have a lot of cool stuff if your willing to pay out the nose. There prices are beyond atrocious. You know prices are bad when there almost double Macys. Even if you use the 20% coupon your still in for highway robbery. Definitely a place to avoid.
Service rating 1 to 10: 10. Very pleasant shopping experience. Employees were most helpful from the moment I entered the store. One manager in particular, was very patient & accommodating, looking on line to find the item I needed but was not in stock.
This place is going down hill fast. The selection is getting worse everytime I visit. Starting to look like a going out of business sale. What a shame. It was such a good store in the past.

Large store, great selection. Their bath towels were better than anything Amazon had, and Ive ordered maybe 4-5 bath towels from Amazon. Sometimes, a hands-on experience is better than ordering online.
I went for the candle sale, I didnt make it there until 5:30 pm. And to my surprise they still had lots of candles to choose from. The sales people were very polite and helpful. Great work
I am reminded why I shop almost exclusively online. While the store itself is well stocked, reasonably clean and in a convenient location.. Its overcrowded, understaffed and no one manages the checkout lines to make them more efficient. The waits are atrocious.
The item selection is pretty good, but the staff are not too helpful. Their version of helping a customer is pointing to the area where the item in question is located, and return to what they were doing. That is, if you can find a staff member... The lines are too long and there are only 2-3 registers open at a time.

Staff have no clue what they are selling. On question what is difference between 2 products with 100$ price difference they say: I dont know, check internet. Not helpful at all

This branch of bed, bath and beyond looks like its been raided Evey time I stop for a shop. I was there last night and I was very disappointed with their employees. There was this one lady at the return center who was very snappy, rude and disrespectful. Her tone of voice was like she was attacking me and I didnt like it because it was very insulting to me as a customer of the store. What was worse is when we brought it up to the manager, he didnt even apologize or anything, just said her would talk to the bitter girl in returns center. I am definitely not shopping there again! Why deal with poorly behaived employees when you can just buy stuff from Amazon without the headache and disrespect. Customers are everything in business, they need to know that if people dont support and shop from such stores, they lose their business to bigger and better ones thus they everyone gets fired or layed off and store bankrupt from not having any sales or money! Just buy from other stores and places, save yourself the headache!

I placed an order on line for an item I was told was in the store. I received confirmation email that it was ready for pick up and this was confirmed by Fritz. I traveled from Long Island and was given the run around by everyone until the store manager Daniel came and said it was sold five days ago.The store was unapologetic and I had to ask could someone look it up in another store.Management need to hire staff that will keep on line purchases updated and training in customer service.
First time at this store in Rego Park since the store in Lawrence closed (sigh). But immensely pleased to travel here to make my purchases, and plan to return again and again. Store personnel were friendly, and helpful and readily assisted me in navigating the store.
The Bed bath coupons that are sent via mail are the best as even if expired they still accept. You can use multiple coupons as well
“Great customer service with a smile”!The best Bridal Registry Team in any store i have ever been to! So helpful, yet not pushy at all! Special thanks to Porsche, she was amazing and so sooo helpful! But no matter what department i went in, there was a great and friendly staff throughout the ENTIRE store either saying hi, asking if i needed help or congratulating me and my fiance! Vinny was another one whose name I remembered that was there helping us also, he was giving us advice on useful appliances and all. The store was very neat, fully stocked and organized also! I will be returning to only this location for all my home goods! Thank you everyone!!
I love this place! Its very busy on weekends, but worth the wait to pay. I enjoy getting the discount coupons and the fact it is one of the BB&B that sells toiletries and other over-the-counter products.
Stay away from this store is insane how long you have to wait to check out. The manager that runs that store if shut learned more about how to provide better service for check out. I rather drive to 25 Ave and 74 St. In there went is busy the lines move fast. I rate the store service #1
I have made this my go to store but recently I have noticed that the female staff here are very rude. I have also had the displeasure to deal with their manager who also seems like menopause is taking over and cant be anymore ruder. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Its not my fault that you have made this job your careers.
Understaffed, understocked and many items are mislabeled; and checkout takes longer than shopping. A couple of good things: pleasant employees (3 out of the 4 I encountered) and the store is clean.
A wonderful store. They have everything I need. I always use it when I need something for my own. I like that store, its very helpful. In my home I use everything from BBB. I dont need to travel to far, I just need to go to this BBB. People are friendly, stuff is perfect. Thanks.
Long standing Rego Park BB&B. Easily accessible by public transit and driving with built, multilevel, ADA compliant parking garage to conveniently park your car. Open 7 days a week until late hours, rain or shine. Lots of shopping savings if you are a member.
No discount on Xmas card in January?? House goods need a little more variety. Not much here.
This store have what I need not all the time but most of the time ..I was disappointed the last time I was there the girl that I ask to help me shi was nasty she had a very bad attitude ..also the cashier.

Good home products that are affordable. Customer service is ok but when checking out theres not enough cashiers. Manhattan locations have very long lines and no signage at checkout.
The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Most of the sale items were in stock. The place was clean and organized which made it easy to find what you needed.
I used to love shopping at BBB years ago. However, these days shopping at the Rego Park location is an experience only slightly better than going to the DMV. The lines are always long - there is never enough staff - some staff are nice and helpful, while others are useless and rude. You will find more stock here than Flushing and Elmhurst, but still it can be hit or miss. The store itself is getting run down and tired. I only come here by necessity, not wanting to wait for a shipment from online and/or to use a coupon. If you can travel to either the store in Sunset Park (Brooklyn), or Upper East Side (Manhattan), you should have a much better experience.
Staff are helpful but sale price on tags doesnt scanned at register and takeout of time for them to rectify them
I can recommend it to the public, very clean and organized store. But also have recommendation to the store owners: Bring more staff. Right now the people who work here are very nice and really try to make you find your way in the store, but not enough people here to help.
Bought an chefschoice E cattle at B.B.B. rego park . The cattle is junk which never worked. brought back this chefschoice cattke to store CS w/ receipt . The store BBB rego park refused to accept return not even store credit. Will be careful shopping at this BBB rego park.
On October 7, 2019, I visited your store in Rego Park to buy a blender. A cashier named Kendran acted like she was doing me a favor. After I paid for the purchase, I asked her to put the blender in a plastic bag, she said that she did not have a bag for such a box. After that, a girl from another department came up and packed my purchase in a regular bag that hung next to this diva. When I said that she was the face of this store, Kendran said that she did not care about this store, because her school was more important to her. And all this time I heard insults from her and from the manager of this store named Jesus. Now I understand why a lot of your stores are closing.
Great store to find everything you need for home, the store have many departments like, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, small furniture, the store looks clean and organized, the staff are so friendly, the price are acceptable, you can get a coupon by mail if you sign up with your email and address information

You can find anything you can imagine youd need in a house, I needed shower curtain, liner and a rod, pretty nice collection, all displayed so you can see it, touch it but prices are so much higher than the nearby Marshalls or TJMax, so...
On 10/28/18 around 1:50 pm, I tried to exchange a zero water pitcher because the button broke. The manager and return salesperson would not do the exchange. I would have bought a larger water pitcher but the manager was extremely unflexible and robotic. The salesperson also was robotic and kept on repeating “wear and tear” like a broken record. The worst customer service i have ever received. Diwntown Flushing bed bath and beyond is 100 times better. I will never shop at rego park again.
Poor customer service; waited 15 minutes in line to exchange soda stream canister (Saturady at 4:30) and didnt move a foot; asked to see a manager who ignored me for five minutes so I left without getting my new cannister. I dont know how places like this remain open with such lousy customer service. I would never shop there again or at any of their other stores.

Just opened back from Covid_19 lockdown. Very long lines at checkout that seem to move quickly. Stocked to capacity ! . The stimulus package is working .

Coupons, Soda stream diet root beer, natural dentist brand, hello brand, alba brand, babyganics brand, naturally fresh deodorant. Only thing Id change is to add more household, bedding, decor, small appliances, cookware, utensils, dishes, knives, etc, that are not made in Communist China.

Busy Store on the weekends ... Stocks verisimo pods ... used my coupon from b&b and it was pretty close to BoGo ... They also stock nespresso compatible pods (Do not buy the caffe vergnano brand they can ruin your Machine) much larger stock than the Flushing location and 4 registers were open and busy.

Perhaps,with the exception of Walmart?(so far- not within NYC),no other retailer consistently has the lowest prices;for various toiletries and non-prescription medications. While there are coupons,for savy bulk-style purchases,there no totally imbecilic coupons. For example,the ubiquitous CVS chain. Give CVS the finger,and go across Queens Blvd,to Bed Bath&Beyond.

Terrible customer service, never coming back again....I needed help with a product in this store, so I went to look for a sales person to help me, the first employee I come across was the one at the entrance, as I ask for his assistance to call somebody to help me then he replies, go ask them (the cashiers), thats not my job, that was #1. The manager who used the walkie talkie to call a sales floor person for me didnt seem very eager to help, not even made eye contact, thats #2.Here comes the worst part.....An old lady comes to help, she tells me that there are 3 units available for the product I want after looking it up on the computer, she then goes to the storage and comes back empty handed saying that Im sorry, we dont have it, there only the one in display. Youll have to go to another store, either at Flushing or La Guardia to get the item, or if you want I can send it to your house, I agreed to let her use the computer to place the order online, then she had a lot of trouble using the software, I told her to please ask a coworker for help but she ignored me and she end up not managing to place the order on the computer, so I had to go to the Bed Bath and Beyond in Flushing to be able to get that item, because the old lady while experiencing dificulties at work was ashamed to ask a coworker for help, both looking up the product in the storage and while using the computer, that would be #3.At Flushing the customer service was just excelent.
Social distancing was being observed and so were other biosecurity measures are in place. Excellent!

The place was poorly stocked on kitchen cook ware. I went to look to for some brand name pots and to my dismay they did not carry them.
I found what I wanted to buy. I enjoyed this store a lot. It’s a great store to buy your mom it sibling a gift.

My favorite store that has reasonable price and accepts coupons.
Just no appealing displays. Always looks messy. Not a fan of the hoarder look theyre going for.
If I need to buy something for my house, would definitely go to bed and bath. Everything you need can be found there
The Rego Park location had more clearance items. But, one 1 cashier was open!

Variety is declining. The only price scanner was broken then need to walk to cahiers to find the price of unmarked items.
Love that you can almost always find a 20% off coupon if subscribe to them.
Place is great and easily organized and labeled but the line was ridiculous and how they rearranged checkout made it worse

I love the kitchen sections and to be real for real the entire Department store.
I was unsatisfied with my deliveries they took a while to come and they forgot to pack an item and they lost an item which I needed for the holidays they said it was stolen from my doorstep but that’s impossible because I got a text saying my package just arrived when I checked it was not there.

2022-03-12As much as I love this store (& its coupons) right now- 3/22- its suffering greatly from supply chain issues. I mostly was shopping the beauty aisles and there was SO MUCH empty shelf space. Also I noticed the Harmon Face Values brand was hardest hit. I did leave without buying anything because I couldnt get their app to work and I have all my B, B & B gift cards stored on the app. Ill probably go back later this week to see if I can find the same items.

2021-08-22This location is well stock with a variety of items. Extremely clean, lighting is great,staff are courteous and helpful. I went to purchase one item and end up with 9 different things. I love the idea of using coupons regardless if it expires or not. I used the college savings pass coupons for my children who were going off to university. Best place to shop and get a great discount.

2020-11-15It’s always a pleasure to shop in this store. The sales people here are top notch. They will go out of their way to help you. The store is spacious. I was able to find a new kitchen appliance that was not on Amazon. You can also park your car in the adjacent garage.

2022-06-19DO NOT ORDER SAME DAY DELIVERY!!!!You can only have issues, BB&B use DOOR DASH!! Door Dash marked my items as delivered and I never received them. TWICE!!! I’m very disappointed. I give 3 stars only because I love BB&B, but they should not do business with Door Dash!!!

2022-06-16The store has a very limited selection of items. Popular brands like OXO are sold out. Many things they have on display dont have in stock. They don’t carry toilet paper. I wouldn’t waste time going to this location.

2022-03-22I used to love this store but I guess they plan to eventually close it because the store is an empty husk of what it once was. So much empty space, barely anything on the shelves. For example all the beauty isle shelves are now HALF the height they use to be. I came in to look for a nice teapot and there wasnt a single one!! So disappointing! The online store has much higher selection so I guess the best I can do is order for pick up in store or just order direct delivery online. So sad, this used to be my favorite store to just browse through :(

2018-05-06Like this location alot, smaller than other locations but you can still find your kitchen and bathroom needs. I needed a soup bowl and while they do have the size I was looking for, they didnt have the price I was looking for. Will wait to get 20% off coupon and come back. Overall, you will find what you need, at a price. But yet, I keep coming back.
