If I could have given zero stars I would have. I purchased items online for pick up in the store. I received an email that my order was ready for pick up. I went into the store to pick up my items. The order was fulfilled wrong. I explain to the girl behind the counter. Nobody understood what I was talking about so I pull up my order confirmation. I also go onto the website to show them what I purchased. Online it states a 5 pack of mini hand santizers for $1.49. I ordered quantity 10 so ultimately I should have been receiving 50 mini hand sanitizers. 10 packs of 5 hand sanitizer. I ask to.speak to a supervisor who tells me that this is a misprint. The sanitizers are 1.49 each. I said I understand but that I wouldnt know about the misprinted items since I could still go online and place the same order. She said I definitely wouldnt be able to, so I proceeded to place the same order while.I stood there. Before I placed the order I asked if the manager if she could.place the order and she said couldnt because the items werent able to be shipped. By the way the order.I placed awhile standing there was being shipped to.my home. I also.asked her if she would.place a new order for me she said that only nj had them so I asked if she could.call them to get me the item and she said they wouldnt do.it. The manager took my printed order and left the register area. I asked the girl at the counter what was happening and she said you just have to wait. I asked what I was waiting for since nobody including th manager said.anything. I was left standing at the register waiting for.an hour and 15 minutes after being insulted and spoken to as though I was an animal. I think that if this is the way Bed Bath and Beyond wants to be represented.I understand why all the stores.are closing. Im sure.i am not the first person to be spoken to.like this by these people but I will not stand for.it. I will never return to this store.
It is new location in Staten Island as i guess! Good store full of things related to its name, but i couldnt find drain strainer the reason i went for. I asked a person who works there, he tried to help but still couldnt find it. I bought another thing and check out process took 5 to 7 minutes because only one registry was open. Social distancing was applied as well as mask mandates
I purchased a vacuum on line to be delivered to my home. It was a gift for Christmas. I received the package and it was rattling. I removed the wrapping and the box was damaged, the merchandise not wrapped, there was no manual. I was so upset! I returned it to the store on Richmond ave, where it was shipped from. I had no problem with getting my money back. It was very upsetting to purchase on line and to received merchandise that was a return from someone else. I can not believe that the store would ship something like that!
Store is false advertising.. saw a body massager on the shelf for $39.99 went to the register turns out it was $119.00. i mentioned it to the man who was helping me and he went to get the manager .. the manager said to me this product is not $39.99 i confronted her how it was on a shelf where there was a $39.99 price tag. she said “well you are not getting it for $39.99 but we will accommodate you and give you 20% off if you dont already have a coupon” I ALREADY HAD A COUPON ... she said “well it is one or the other” she was VERY VERY rude and should be not be anywhere in retail .... they should really put the right products in the right places with the correct prices. i do not recommend this store to ANYONE with their false advertising.. will never go back here again
This Store is a good place for shopping of Home and Kitchen items,especially bedding ,and most of the home items.This Company is regularly sending 20% Discount coupons to returning customers, which makes the price very good.The Shampoo and related products, I didnt find in Richmond Avenue store.
Very LOW RATING. This store is bad and horrible, the website is out dated. I went to the store because it said what I want is there. Let me tell you attitude is horrible MANAGER did nothing to help!! I paid shipping for them to bring it to the store. ITS YOUR PROBLEM that you dont have it!! when it clearly says in stock on the website. The employees and the manager were very rude, they were yelling and very inconsiderate. ITS a SHAME i buy all my needs from there, BUT NOT ANYMORE. ridiculous how I pay for your mistakes.
This location is less than impressive. They dont have a Harmon like the Veterans Rd. location (which i highly reccomend). Their customer service was really good, i was asked by a handful of employees if i needed help. The store iteself was a bit of a mess and overcrowded, then again it is right before Christmas. Overall okay but the other location is much better in my book.
I love this store but the customer service is horrible. Diane should not work in sales !!!! She is extremely condescending and rude. Ive worked in retail for over 10 years so I understand how stressful it can be. But she was extremely gracious to the gentleman behind us with a similar price issue. To tell me that I didnt see a sign that was clearly there was out of line and uncalled for.She offered a few options to solve the gentlemans pricing issue once she figures out what we think we saw. She proved that she was capable of dealing with customers properly but i guess our skin color wasnt to her liking. That was the only difference between the gentleman and my husband and I Ive heard about people experiencing discrimination in this store and its never happened to me until today. Because i worked in retail for so long i go out of my way to be kind to sales associates because i know what they go through and how hard it can be. Because of diane i will never step foot in that location ever again!!!
If you seen one bed bath & beyond, you pretty much have seen them all. The only downside to this particular one is that they dont carry cosmetics, sundries, etc. its nice enough though and the people who work there are helpful, just doesnt have all the bells and whistles of some of the largest stores like the one in Tottenville.
Service at this store is fantastic. For the most part, employees are very helpful and will patiently assist you with whatever you need. Only complaints are that the store is a bit dirty at times and it may be hard to find what youre looking for, but just ask for help and you will get what you need.
I buy my tassimo coffee there and they NEVER have the one I like in stock. Ive asked when they get deliveries and they still dont have it.Please order more Gevalia signature crema. I dont get it, either carry it or get out of the coffee business. I havent had coffee for a week.
A substantial downside of this particular location is that it is smaller store than, say, the other one on Staten Island by Outerbridge Crossing, hence smaller selection. Other than that, it is fine, especially if it is more conveniently located. Just try to do your homework and check availability on their website.

2021-12-28Had to run here for some quick last minute gifts for the holidays. Some pluses about the place pretty empty in the morning hours but im sure that picks up as the day goes on. All the staff seemed really knowledgeable and i had a few questions on some where things might be located that i was looking for and it seemed like someone Was always close to help me. You dont see this at a-lot of other big box stores gives it a neighborhood feel. Where in New York so you Need a mask while shopping.

2022-03-14The store is super neat and presentable. You dont get harrassed while browsing isles of pretty expensive things.The sheets here for a bed is one of my favorite things to get here.My fiance made the bed with new sheets and it felt like I was sleeping on clouds.The parking lot is small. It usually not so busy. And everyone was wearing a mask and gloves when I went there.

2020-07-15Its a good bed bath and beyond store. Usually not crowded. Things are clean and easy to find. Amazing return policy. Friendly staff. Also the prices are good, download the bb%b app. Every month they send you a 20% coupon via app.

2022-01-03Believe me, I understand name brand. When I walk in a place, I notice prices. Place is clean, but very pricey. It was kind of empty. I have to be rich to shop there. I walked out after I seen 400 dollar mattress topping, 200 dollars pillows etc. I could get more and quality for less. I ran out.

2021-10-30The store is super clean but has a Lil cluttered layout. Their as is section is kinda awesome. Love the selection of home goods. Some stuff is overpriced but with the deals and coupons you wont have receipt regrets as you leave.

2022-01-04Bed, Bath & Beyond’s other location in Tottenville was a much better store! I went to the Richmond Ave. location to buy show towels and could not find any! I asked a manager where I could find them and he told me they no longer carry show towels in the store! I find this absolutely ridiculous!
