The bacon cheese burger is delicious, huge, and juicy. I love the onion rings. And the service was perfect.
Quick friendly service! I had pancakes, home fries, bacon, coffee, orange juice. My friend had an omelette with a salad and apple juice. It all came out to about $30. Coffee was good. Id recommend this place to locals and anyone attending Lehman since its super close!
I so love this place. Been going here for about 10 yrs, never a bad moment. The People are fun and friendly. The food is good, my fav is the Cream Of Chicken soup that is only avail on the weekends.

I ordered from this restaurant 3-4 times a night, every time no problem. Except one time, I ordered a Bedford cheesesteak, and got a Philly cheese steaked instead. Not only did I get the wrong order, but the sandwich was uneatable because of how wrapped the paper was stuck to the sandwich. The fries were also soggy. I called in to complain that I got the wrong order. The man on the phone tells me to go to the restaurant and show him. Ill show him by not giving him my business ever again.
The service and price is wonderful but the food is just ok.

Will never again .... I ordered 2 platters for delivery ...one chicken Parm with french fries and the other chicken frachese with spaghetti ... The Parm platter the chicken was extra dry that it was difficult to cut let alone be edible .. they just covered it up with a thick layer of cheese , the chicken franchese was so bland ... No flavor just butter ... A lot of it... I mean alot ... Just straight up butter noodles.. it was so pale not even one spec of seasoning.. None !!! Ive tried this place before and wasnt pleased .. but decided to give another chance 🤷. I regret that decision ... I paid 44 bucks for these meals ...52 with tip ...just for them to go to the trash ... For these prices we should be served quality !
Don’t like the place anymore I have been giving them a chance to see if service is better but it’s not like it use to be the waiter Katrina is the only one serving there she is very slow not to friendly it seems forced when she says hello never will I go there again

Its a nice small place, definitely enjoyed the aura. The food was also good, definitely as expected.Only issue was I felt ignored as I had to constantly ask for water (sometimes I never got the water) and getting the check was also a pain. The wait time to order as get the food was considerable as well.So I guess you need to come in with time to burn.

I usually give great reviews but today, there was a bird inside of our outdoor dining space, the bird was flying on top of us and didnt want to leave. When we mentioned it to the staff they brushed it off, while we had to eat with a bird.

Be careful there, if you complain about the cook, he comes out of the kitchen and stares at you. I figure Ill just stay away from that place before something worse happens. Kinda scary. I gave them a second chance, because before I had criticized their bathroom which was horrible. It was cleaned up. Then I noticed that certain waiters will not put my order in correctly. This was repeated too often. Why go to a place that cant get an order right and an angry cook. Go across the street to Nationals. They are not 24 hours though.
We ordered almost $150 worth of food the food was so cold I need to head a terrible smell. We try to complain to the managers and the server but they were just very disrespectful full two hours. They said they Cannot change the food and when we try to told them give us a discount they wouldn’t provide us any discount. They threaten us that they will call police. I would highly encourage anybody to come to this restaurant please think twice before you even make a plan to come here because their foot is so bad specially at night time even though there’s 24 hours.
Ive been going to this diner on and off for about 25 years now. Usually Im there late-night. My friend Tony has been working there for about 40 years. I have zero complaints and nothing but good food and good memories.

Lousy service towards the end. Was very surprised b/c I never expected or experienced this before with this cafe which was always my favorite since its right by Lehman college. I was here on a first date last week with my new boyfriend and was embarrassed by the treatment there. After we finished our food no one bothered to bring or even ask us about the check. So we stayed another three hours waiting and talking until we decided to go to them and pay so we could get out of there. It wasnt even busy at that time of the evening-smh. And when we got up to pay the short Mexican guy @the cash register had an attitude with my guy & looked @me kinda mean too like we did something wrong. Unfriendly and disrespectful service. So we will not be coming here again anytime. Will save our money & time and go elsewhere where our business will be appreciated and where we can get better and more professional hospitality.
The server and the manager was very rude even though we ordered $150 worth of food. The food that we ordered it was cold and it was so bad we couldn’t able to eat it and then we asked for a discount they did not even give any discount they told us to not to come anymore they threaten us to call police. They had no respect for us they thought that we are low class people. I have never had this kind of bad food in my life. I would never recommend anybody to come here just because the fact that there’s food is terrible and their customer service is the worst. Please think twice before you come!!!

Overall good food. A few of the waiters (few as in 1) attitude/demeanor is funky, in which i never tip him yet Ill tip everyone. Other than that its worth getting your food from.
Ordered an omelette with spinach, swiss cheese, and tomatoes. I asked for extra cheese and tomatoes and they said it would be $27, amazed by the price decided that i didnt want any extras. I ended up paying $23 and what i received was an insult, there was more spinach on my plate then egg itself, it was jus a plate full of spinach, no cheese and the tiniest bit of tomatoes possible. Over priced, it doesn’t taste good, and you guys made a joke out of my order, never ordering from there again or allowing anyone around me to order, and the guy on the phone was very rude and sarcastic.
I love the service. My muffin was made in the kitchen but not with real blueberries. That was a little disappointing but the coffee was delicious and staff was super friendly.
Has the best food in the Bronx, and a wonderful atmosphere. If you need good breakfast at anytime or a wonderful meal this place is for you. The wait staff is excellent. Once my friend ordered strawberry pancakes, and they ran out so the chef went to the fruit market and got a whole bunch so the customer could enjoy their meal. We tipped extra that day. The owners are always around and very friendly. Please support this establishment.
Service was extremely unpleasant. The Manager was extremely rude and belligerent. Attitude from time of seating , overwhelmed by so much customers he brings under cooked food to the table & When told about the food manager gets mad and gets overly dramatic. Manager states “ he doesn’t care how I feel about his service it’s him and that’s it!” Will never step foot in the establishment again. Customer service is key and I didn’t feel one bit appreciated.
Ok soooo this spot when you first google it says cafe and restaurant but it was a nice place for peace & quiet and good food. FYI there is not a full service bar but the sangria was amazing and they have beers. The stuff clams ( stuffed with real crab meat had my mouth watering) they were good. Everything was on point down to the service and if you wanna hit and outdoor bar there was on across the street lol. Definitely will be coming back.
GREAT food! Reasonably priced. Try their burger platters AND turkey burger platters. Milkshakes are good. Close to transportation, both buses & trains. My family has been patronizing this restaurant over 25 yrs. They NEVER disappoint. They have local delivery, as well as delivery via Uber eats!
Ordered delivery from Uber eats and tried their stuffed salmon. Absolutely amazing. Highly recommend.

I ordered off Uber eats. The chicken Alfredo is so nasty. It has no taste. No , nothing ! taste like water. I was surprised. Never tasted a chicken Alfredo like that in my life. There had to been a mistake or something . I also ordered spaghetti parm i got chicken cutlet and fries. I will never order from them again. Bad first impression. Oh and the hubby said the chicken noodle soup was good but that it ! Out of the whole order. NEVER AGAIN. 😢🥴
I was served a cup of coffee and this cup has lipstick on it.(the waitress were polite) but you are putting your health in risk.

I personally love the Bedford cafe. I go here every once in a while.The food always tastes good and they have never messed up my order. Ive never had a problem with the staff or anything. I had a chicken ceasar wrap the other day and it was great! The place is an okay size however you cant expect for the restaurant to be too big because it is in the bronx. I do wish the bathrooms would be a little nicer however everything else is great!
Horrible. The cashier asked me to pay priorto eating. Big mistake. When I was done eating, someone came to take my plate when I was still enjoying my beverage, the waitress came over for the FIRST time in 26 min. She didnt ask if I enjoyed my food, would like to order anything else (upsell) or even refreshed my water. She rudely asked me to moveto either the bar or another table because there was a party of four. Greedy and rude. I was on my cellphone. Once, people pay you heard them out like cattle not mention that I was the only Black woman in the restaurant. Two single older white males were also dining alone and neither were approached with the same request. I received absolutely no hospitality or customer service. I was there 25-30 min and not a soul helped me order more food or drink or checked the quality of the offerings. This was my first experience and last. They will not receive another cent of my money. I ordered the California omelette and the avocado was a cooked lifeless mushy texture. The food was under-seasoned. The toast was slightly burnt but edible. Drinking water was the best part of the meal which was rudely interrupted.For $9, and the humiliation of being selected to leave your dining area for a larger party, its not worth the trouble or money. Inform your customer that there will be a wait rather than rushing existing patrons out. When I entered I was told to sit wherever I was comfortable, since it was not crowded then. Had management provided proper customer service with a waitress to escort me to my table and take my order, the problem couldve been prevented. Although the service is quick, the service and quality are abhorrent. I will not waste my time with this place again and you should think twice before dining too.
Ordered chicken quesadilla which came with rice and beans, a side order of waffle fries, and tres leches. i thought the quesadillas would be good because it was made by Mexicans. Disgusting. DISGUSTING. The rice wasn’t cooked, it was so hard. Waffle fries were stale!!! Tres leches was disgusting as well. It was drenched in milk. The cake alone tasted old. Everything was terrible. I do not recommend at all.
It was crowded but they move fast. Great food!!! I had the breakfast- eggs, bacon and sausage (pork). They give good portions. Try the French fries with American cheese, so good.
Bedford cafe is my go to spot for good food. I been living here since 2012 and this diner always tries to do it right. They are consistent and the quality of good is really good. I would def recommend a friend. Shout out to Tony you best bud.
Overpriced trash!I ordered chicken tenders with fries and a combo platter for 2 which comes with buffalo wings (dry and old) baked potato (dry and burnt) mozzarella sticks (bathed in oil) chicken tenders (burnt and dry) and onion rings (they were alright). Dude 32 dollars for this trash. I wouldnt even eat this if I was high. I ruined date night trying these guys out smfh.

Ive been coming here for years. Im a local. I never had any problems as the other people have complained in there post. My food is always perfect and the staff is super friendly. The problem with this area is people dont want to tip that might be the reason behind the rudeness. If so I dont blame them
Just ordered breakfast from them tube order was presented very well, the delivery was prompt and the delivery person was courteous and professional.. Ive dealt with this cafe years back living on Villa Avenue but moved away years ago for over 17 years..I moved back in the area in Norwood heights and am pleasantly pleased to see they still provide good service and food... Customer service is not so great. I ordered an omelette and they delivered fried eggs and cheese with no vegetables. I called to speak with management and he was rude on the phone and stated that he will not take the blame for the error they made in my order. I was very disappointed in the way he handled the situation and he never even apologized. Order at your own risk because I have also experienced food poisoning because the rice and beans that come with the guacamole is spoiled most of the time and when you tell the about it they dont even apologize they just say ooo. Business definitely needs reevaluation.

A neighborhood diner in the Bedford Park area of The Bronx. Family oriented and very courteous staff. Excellent coffee! Affordable prices. Family owned business. Street parking is available. Alternate sides metered parking except for Sundays and Wednesdays.
I special ordered a quesadilla of onions, mushroom and broccoli. It isnt on the menu, but they happily obliged.It was EXCELLENT!!!

Check the person that is answering your phone bruuuh....I asked “may I have burrito for delivery”? (This is at 1:55AM)...the male person that answered the phone said “naaah bro, call a mexican restaurant, I’m too busy for this” Baaammm and hanged up on me, no warning, no excuses....but that guy just made you lose a customer and probably a lifetime client but it’s all good....enjoy!

The attitudes of the staff( day and night) is disgusting. You have to deal with Tony nasty attitude at night and then you have Sergio and the other short Mexican guy with attitudes in the day time. What I noticed is that, those nasty disrespectful staff are only behaving that way towards people of color(blacks). Their attitudes are very unwelcoming, they act like you are bothering them, they act like their annoyed that you came into the restaurant, they act like they don’t see you standing there waiting to order, they talk in their language(Spanish) not knowing that you understand all the racist comments their making about you. I was the next one to order, the little short Mexican guy see me in the front of the line, he asks “whose next” while looking over my shoulder. The cook in back is being warned so he’s looking directly at you while he in a closed off space in the back, making your food so now you don’t know if their spitting in the food or putting something in it. I stopped calling because they memorized my number so I noticed that they wouldn’t pick up the phone for me and when they chose to answer, they would put me on hold for 20 mins or more. One time I waited outside and I called just to see if they were really busy and guess what..they were not. If you go to sit down in the back, they will act like they don’t see you sitting there. I’ve spoken to the son of the owner( Mike) on several occasions and I wonder if he ever spoke to any of them or is he just pretending to be paying attention because nothing has changed. Every time I go there, a black persons is upset and complaining about how they were treated. I shouldn’t feel like I can’t go into a restaurant that’s in my community where I live and have been living for years. This is 2019, not 1920s, if they are racist and don’t want black people in the restaurant then go somewhere else or post a sign stating “ no colored allowed”. They will come across the wrong person one day. People deserve respect! The saddest part of it all is that their black too, just conquered by different people. Signs of racism st Bedford Park Diner and the food is excessively expensive for a community of the low to middle class. I now go to Kingsbridge Cafe next to the supermarket and across from the animal hospital, it’s cheaper but they also have a few nasty people in there too( Mexicans). Guess they have a problem with people of color. Be mad at trump, not us🙄. People need to stand up and speak up, this has to stop. I will report to 311 and use every resource I can to bring attention to this Diner since they think their untouchable and they can treat people any type of way. If I send an undercover agent in there, Bedford park will be shut down and several law suites. Racism and Discrimination at its highest coming from the staff. Horrible!
Ordered from Uber Eats and Seamless.The food is excellent.Avocado burger goes a long way.The penne a la vodka is great.I liked the pineapple juice and the lemonade.I did order strawberry shortcake in a storm but I did not like the presentation.My juice was poorly packaged and I lost half my item.Decent delivery time.I live nearby and will check it out some time soon.
I had the bruch speacial that included coffee and a mamosa. My california omlett was good, the home fries, were not so good. They had no flavor, and i could not eat it. Left it on my plate.The mamosa was perfect. The service was very good and Pricing reasonable.
Im from the gun hill road area and ordered linguini bolognese 12am and instead of pasta i recieved .....hairy pasta. A long piece of hair to thank me for all the money i spent seriously didnt even touch the salad and i urge anyone to avoid unless you want food with unsanitary COVID hair in your meal they should be ashamed

I have ordered food from this restaurant through a 3rd party site (Doordash to be exact). I have waited almost an hour to receive my food that’s i still have not received which is why i am currently writting this review. I have called the restaurant exactly 4 times to see if they have received my order, if it was ever made, or if the delivery driver picked it up yet. NOBODY has answered the phone, they just allow it to ring until it goes to a full voicemail box. What kind of business is this?! It’s 2:25AM the diner isn’t busy, it isn’t rush hour. Why the phone is not being answered at 24 HOUR DINER is beyond my comprehension!
I went here today after many years and i ask them to cook my favorite dish and trust me it was just like 30 yrs. ago yes my friends thats how long it had been,same delicious taste and a very friendly and corteous personnel,i recommend this place to anyone.

The cafe is one of the best i ever been too. This is the only cafe I got to and hands down the best cafe ever. Their chocolate croissant , cheese puffs, conchas are he best. You should try their oatmeal too. You should also try the pancakes muffins. When I go there I usually order a tosted croissant with cream cheese. One of my favorite ones. They did desserts. Awesome cakes.we buy one for most celebration in our family.plus this cafe is like 3 blocks away from me.
Went into the diner to order for myself and someone else. Told the man that I needed two orders. Gave first order and he walks away to take the order from another person. I had not even finished. When we order delivery something is alway wrong with the order. They are close to our house but we will now be going with other options that may be further away but those places dont make as many mistakes.
Received food cold and overcooked. My bottled ice tea was hot but the waitress then asked me if I wanted a cup of ice. The waitress was obvisiously annoyed when we asked for our order to be fixed. Despite all of this we still left a fair tip and she didnt even thank us. Wont be returning.

Once upon a time this was my go-to diner in the BX. But over the past year and change, the service has gotten worse and worse. It started small with missing small pieces of the order.. Mayo on the side here, bacon added there.. To completely ruining orders.. For instance, a couple of months ago I ordered a chicken salad club with bacon... They sent me a TUNA salad club with bacon!! Now, I am a big proponent of bacon on just about everything.. But on tuna, it just doesnt work.. Now, they are charging additional fees, after the fact, for things that every person in America would assume were free.. Like lettuce and tomato on a sandwich!!!! I get a message from my bank that an additional $1 has been charged for lettuce and tomato... Really guys?!?! We are at that point??Yeah, you can keep your food, I have Webster and Nickys Cafes numbers anyway. Never again.. #youjustlostaloyalcustomerover1dollar

I ordered scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese, Turkey sausage links and o.j. The eggs came; they were watery, bland, and no cheese. I notified the waiter; he returned with them overcooked and a wed of cheese was on top. Im certain that I got the stomach problems that followed from there.

I called and ordered new England clam chowder for lunch. When i received it , it basically tasted like onion soup. It was NASTY. The after taste was even worse. I called and asked to speak with a manager (i was left on hold for 6 minutes)who took a new order for me, a chicken quesadilla and had it delivered. I received that and that chicken was pale, unseasoned, the rice was undercooked with a little crunch to it. Needless to say I had a terrible lunch and was hungry.
What a selection of great diner food. Portions were large. Friendly neighborhood place near transit. Enjoyed visiting with other patrons. They also have carry out.
Service was lousy. Not the cleanest. Had to wait for a table to be cleaned but the staff barely wiped the table. I had to ask for a cloth to finish wiping up the food that was left behind. I couldve stayed home. Next time I will....

Canceled the order after 2 min of placement through uber and they stated order was already made and they waiting on delivery.. ETA was for 2:04 and my food was prepped and done in 5min at 1:35. So my food is just sitting there until whoever decides to deliver..... uhm nooo, horrible
Cozy feel with all your standard New York diner selections. Right across from the Bedford park 4 train this is my go-to spot for brunch or very late night eats. Its 24hrs which is amazing to have in the Bronx!I like to order the pasta and sausage dish or eggs n potatoes. The coffee is pretty good too...Only bad thing Ill say is dont order the Italian food as its too salty and they were skimpy on the sauce. The cooks arent Italian so its my fault for ordering an eggplant parmesan. Diners are meant for breakfast , burgers and fries or cold club sandwiches and wraps. Everything else will always be risky.
Normally I order from here while at work, my job is only 5 minutes away. One day I ordered something very simple a soup and an iced coffee from this restaurant. After a HOUR of waiting on my delivery I eventually had to call to find out where and what was taking so long for such a small order at such a short distance away. On the phone, one of the staff had told me they had a lot of deliveries going out that my order had already left and should get to me soon. I explained to the staff it shouldnt take so long being that my job is right up the block and it was a very small order as well as informing them that if my order arrived too late or too cold I wouldnt pay for it. I waited for my order over a HOUR & A HALF, & by the time it got to me the soup was cold and the iced coffee I ordered was NO LONGER ICED because it MELTED before it got to me. I didnt pay for it and I sent the order back, FAST FORWARD to Today 12/19/17, I decided to give them another try but when I called to order the guy picked up and told me they were no longer delivering to me because I didnt take Cold and a Late delivery from last week.... this is my last straw here, I wontBe buying from here EVER AGAIN..the food isnt always good neither, wont be missing out, skipping here.
For a cafe Bedford does a okay job, I mean the coffee menu is really simple. Its more like a dinner then a cafe. Food is okay. Service is fast. But what kills is the loud three different music and tv going at the same time making customers crazy.

This place treats their customers like family, unless youre broke, then theyll probably call the cops on you. But seriously, I love omelets.Came here often for breakfast, usually ordered the Two Eggs Omelet or the bacon with home style fries. It comes with a serving of toast as well. Taste just like home cooking and it really hits the spot, especially in the morning when Im the hungriest.The interior is very cozy, a typical diner look with your cushioned chairs between tables and a bar looking area with high rise turn chairs.Service is often quick, food is prepared and cooked in around 10 minutes.If you need something to eat, just swing by, grab a bite, relax and enjoy the day, unless youre late to school or work, just ask for it to go.
Early morning between ER and medical appointments, I stopped. Gasping for air. As floor was being lestoled style mop..like straight undiluted...I sat furthest table from mopped.Though later when eating my floor area was mopped. Pinesol puke!!! Guess 24/7 it us bound to need cleaned. But products are to be diluted.Owner/manager had tellingly loud conversation with local men...yelling back conversation. Ok in private home. But a restaurant..manners consideration.glad all are friends..it is relaxed..but loud. Some if us want to focus on food...texts email life...Same old nasty died flavorless omelette..like burnt scramble d egg Patty..with canned mushrooms. Foul. Same horrid local hashed brown..but with greasy peppers onions added...plenty of you have no taste in food..just want filling...needs mega salt. Salt is a cooked in item..potatoes still are bland with slat on top..like a potato screw up as too much mustard makes a mustard sandwich...do it correctly up front. Toast cheap lardcdugar grease butter flavor..and disk if corn syrup jelly. There was a constant stream if people in our restrooms..but only a handful of customers.Bill added up.Gruff but efficient service.Gave me a place to eat after ER without going back to Manhattan..just to turn around for a first am appointment.I will forever equate pinesol Lysol with this diner .still choking and breathing it out if my lungs a week later...skip this diner...
Good selection on menu, not expensive. Food is hot and ready to eat. I have never done take out so i cant speak to that. Great Menu selection.
So i ordered chicken quesadilla and I found a very weird piece of chicken a part of the chicken that don’t even look like u supposed to eat, it made me want to throw up so bad and the chicken already tasted funny
First time ordring from here last time called for delivery at 8:30 didnt get my breakfast till 9:50am I called them they respond was the guy left 5mnt ago ok where did he go to the mexico smh not happy very rude who answer the phone.as I was writing my comment Flor bell rings guess who breakfast I check the food was. I went here this morning with a group of friends half got there before the rest...long story short the guy that started taking the orders refused to take the rest of our orders because we did not speak Spanish or look Spanish to him mind you we all are indeed Spanish.he was rude and I will never go back there

I went with my family and a toddler, we had looked at the kids menu and figured out what to order. For the kids menu item (all $7.99), we asked the waiter if we can substitute the soda with milk. The waiter said hell check with the owner/manager. Then he came back and said theres no substitute. Hello?! Everyone diner that been to lets you substitute and especially for a full price kids menu item. So we walked across the street. And they had a similar menu but the waiter let us substitute the ‘soda’ with milk. My advice, go across the street.
Food is good but I expected more food for the price. Ordered a large orange juice and got the carton juice.
I used to come to this Diner years ago and I am disappointed today a egg lettuce and turkey bacon on a roll with a Tropicana orange juice $9 for one egg and two slice paper thin tomatoes to top it off the lettuce were soggy and the Turkey bacon did not have a fresh taste this will be my last visit..

2020-12-30It was a very enjoyable experience. My meal was delicious and warm, the only thing I would say is I asked for some water and the water tasted very off. Other than that the service was good and the food I liked very much. I want to try other dishes I think I will return here. Outdoor dining was warm and comfortable.

2022-04-05They like to serve old food passed 3 days cause we got soup here and It was dark when chicken noodle soup suppose to be light. They food is ok seem old most of the time or taken from the trash like why there lettuces on my tostones or fries when it shouldnt be any. If you going order make sure it has to be something they cook the same day such as eggs. They deliver end at 11 or 1130 for 24hr spot. I understand safety but who wants to eat after 12 and dont get delivery.they have good customer service.

2019-05-18Very nice place to eat. The environment is clean and there are nice comfortable seats. The place is well decorated and it looks great.The food tasted very good and the price was very reasonable and it wont break ones pocket.My only complaint would be the service I received that day because they gave me the wrong food, but we are all humans and mistake happens. So I will still give it a five stars.Overall it is a great place and very affordable. You can come here for a date, breakfast, lunch and dinner and you wont be disappointed.

2022-04-18I don’t enjoy having my meals with roaches!!! Plus our server was also the manager and he saw the roach clear as day just eye balling everyone down! He then denied seeing it once we asked for something off our check. Needless to say he didn’t get a tip!

2018-05-03Nice cozy place lots of choices to eat,I had the steak and fries and I love it my plate was enough for two but I didnt share thats how good it is was... prices are not that expensive just good enough to spend a few dollars..and I almost forgot to mention the dessert choices,cake ,shakes and more I had the flan its delicious... very friendly and I believe if you receive your clientele with a HELLO and welcome your business grow and people come back....i am very please with everything here at Bedford Cafe..bon appetite

2021-03-17I want to start off by saying I order from here several times and the food has always been alright. This morning we ordered omelets and the spinach omelets must I say were horrifying. It had more spinach then eggs and barely any feta cheese in it. To top that off our bacon was made horrible and was barely cooked. I am very disappointed.

2017-01-16I had ordered 2 honey dipped chicken from the restaurant as a delivery and got regular over cooked chicken with no type of honey added to the chicken. The food was disgustingly dry. When called to explain my dis satisfaction of the quality of the food, she said the chicken is frozen and she doesnt know why it was not honey dipped. This was the supervisor I was talking to. She would address me as sir and had to correct her. She then asked for my address to have the delivery guy bring back the food. I asked for my money back because the food was disgusting, but she said no then hung up the phone. When I tried to call back they did not pick up the phone. I advise do not eat from this place. Bad customer service and you will not enjoy the food.
