Horrible customer service! Bad food! I called for a delivery and the lady that answer the phone kept talking to me and customers at the same time. She had a very heavy accent making it very hard to understand her. When I asked her to repeat herself she gave me a super nasty attitude and started yelling at me like if by screaming it I was going to understand her. Finally she put on the phone another person that was able to take my information. Food came more than an hr later and not only was it undercooked but it was also cold, fries were saggy and I found a freaking hair on the food! I gave it one star but in reality it doesnt deserve any!
Food is great when you go and get it... After waiting an hour I gave up and went down the street to another resteraunt. I must mention that this place is less that a mile from me and couldn’t get me my meal in under a hour
I had a fantastic experience in this place. We loved the excellent ambience and the food. The staff members are super personal. I am glad we finally managed to visit this restaurant.
Food is amazing..... I must say its very fresh each time I ordered.... I what I love most is that they give me always free soda and lots of sauce😂🙌🏾
The guy just stopped by lol so we ordered and Im glad we did because the lady on the phone was very nice also the food was awesome some of the best around here Ive had and to top it off... They gave me a whole bag of sauces!!! Now what Chinese place does that??!! I am def going to order from there again!
Internet states that the restaurant closes at 11:30 pm. I show up several minutes before closing and was told by one of employees that the restaurant already closed. I asked if they were selling anything because I drove so far, she shrugged her shoulders as if she did not care and said oh well. Will not be returning because of the poor customer service and false advertisement.
DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE: I ordered a simple chicken broccoli and fried rice and a order of fried platain, what got nasty food, that you can tell that someone else had rejected and they just wanted to foward to us. the platain were soggy, have eaten, the food was messy, it looked like left overs. When i called to politely complain about the food, they were rude and horribly disrespectful... after calling telling them i wanted my money back, and that i didnt appreciate the rudeness, and having them hang up the phone on me several times, i rate this by far the WORST, KITCHEN EVER...
I have to wait 1 hour or more for the food to be brought to you and they speak badly to you😐
I like the food it was okay. There was a little bit of a language barrier. But thats to be expected. The delivery service was fast.

Bad food, I really do not recommend it and I would not buy here again, I bought some supposed breaded jumbo shrimp and the truth is it hurts, because they are only small shrimp with a lot of mass that they serve and taste nothing, also the fried chicken was very Refried and dry, the rice has no flavor or color or anything good. I really think that 2 stars is a lot.
They never answer and if you are not hungry for them you better die

2022-03-22I WAS STARING AT THEM MAKING MY FOODAND ONE OF THEM DROPPED MY EGGROLLHE WAS GUNNA PICK IT UP WITH TONGS BUT I CAUGHT HIM MID ACTIONAS HE NOTICES ME WATCHING, HE REVOKES HIS ACTIONS AND KICKS THE EGGROLL UNDER THE PREP TABLELITERALLY NOT EVEN 5 MINUTES LATER A GIRL WAS CUTTING MY PORK RIB TIPS AND DROPPED A PIECESHE PICKED IT UP WITH TONGS AND NOTICES MEWITH THE PIECE STILL IN HER TONGS SHE THROWS IT OUT AND CONTINUES USING THE TONGS AS IF NOTHING EVER HAPPENEDI ASSURE YOU IF I WASNT LOOKING THEY WOULDVE SERVED MY THAT EGGROLL N RIBTIPIF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME ITS YOUR LOSSWOULD GIVE 0 STARSfood was mediocre at best tho 🤔🤔

2022-03-03All I can say is cold food in the middle of the day... Oh! Did I say they took an 1 hr 58 minutes to deliver my food?? Then expected me to pay for it... Cold!! He said, Next time I make nice for you! I said, There will be no next time, I want my money back!! FOH!!

2021-03-24I made an order over the phone at this place and supposedly they said it would take 30-45min for my food to be delivered, but it literally took them almost 2 whole hours and Im calling them like 5xs to ask about my order, the guy who picks up the phone there kept telling me my food was on its way so I started arguing with him on the last call to cancel my order and refund my money since I paid otp as well, he was being difficult about it so I decided to go over to the place in person, and thats when they complied about giving me my money back. Dont order from here! They have very poor customer service! I absolutely do not recommend! Would give them 0 stars if I could.

2020-09-20This Chinese food restaurant never disappoints. Their food is so good and I dont get that yuck feeling after some Chinese food places. They always listen to our requests. My husband likes his food super spicy and a lot of places think hes kidding and dont do it, this place does. We appreciate that.

2021-03-23Horrible service I called at 12 for my food I’m still waiting for it and it’s 1:30pm. The lady in the phone rushes you on the phone doesn’t even allow you to speak. I feel like my food should be free and if I’m waiting past 2 i want my refund.

2016-09-02I was a little scared to order food from here because of the bad reviews. But I decided to go in and order food anyways. The guy that took my order was very polite and it only took about 10 mins for the food to be ready. As I was leaving the guy said that I could have a can of soda for free and thank me for coming in. The food was pretty good by the way.
