I bought a Groupon to get a Brazilian wax from this place. Their high rating reviews on Groupon is what made it a trustworthy purchase. However when I called to make the waxing appointment the lady told me she was sick and wasnt able to schedule me an appointment. Which is understandable.When my friend called right after to make the same appointment without telling her that she has a Groupon voucher, this lady didnt hesitate to make an appointment and cater to her needs.I called again to see what type of shenanigans she will come up with this time. She told me she can only schedule me a regular price waxing and to use my Groupon voucher next time..... 😒🙄🧐This business is sketchy and unprofessional. If this business doesnt like or prefer Groupon customers, why put your business on Groupon. Makes no sense. Just the scheduling experience to get a waxing from here was unpleasant enough for me to cancel my Groupon voucher. Beware.

My favorite place to get waxed!!! I now live in Chicago but whenever I’m in NY I make it a point to come here to get my waxing needs met! She’s so lovely! And yes, it’s a one woman operation so it’s appointment only (via text! She’s usually in the midst of waxing so she can’t answer the phone, but really speedy replies via text) - and she’s worth it!!

10/10 fast and efficient service. Waxing was so quick and the pain was bearable. Save your coin instead of going to European wax center !!

I love coming here! I get a great clean waxing. She NEVER double dips! Always wears gloves & wears a mask. Super friendly, Prices are fair.

Doesnt want to honor a voucher my girlfriend purchased from groupon because we cancelled due to covid reasons. We spoke nicely on the phone and she accused us of cancelling multiple times. When she said she wasnt going to honor the voucher anymore, my girlfriend asked if she could come in for the reimbursement - only to be hung up on immediately. Totally unprofessional, do NOT give this place your business. You would think as a small business owner, theyd do whatever they can in their power to retain LOYAL customers whove given 5 STAR reviews in the past. Would not give this place any chance at all.

Literally their prices are amazing and her work is amazing. I have been to places where the prices are cheap but the work is rough. Definitely recommend
