I had a full facelift two years ago by Dr. Kim and people still cant believe Im in my late 60s. It looks so natural and Im told I look like Im in my 50s! Doing facials and microdermabrasion for maintenance. BELLAVA IS THE BEST!

I have gone to Bellava for a few different things and each time the staff was warm and personable and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Kathy is extremely honest and attentive. She made the time to sit with me and answer all of my questions and she is extremely responsive and returns phone calls promptly. Dr. Kim was also very personable and answered all of my questions honestly and completely. Overall, my experience was incredibly positive. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and relatable. I would highly recommend Bellava.

Absolutely the most amazing facial I have ever had in my entire life. I got the hydrafacial & Natalie was so knowledgeable and professional yet also personable! She did a great consult at the beginning to see what my needs for my skin were and got a general base of what she was working with. The time and effort put into the facial was unlike any other. It didn’t feel rushed for even a second. In fact she actually put in a few extra minutes to make sure everything was done thoroughly which was beyond appreciated! From the extractions, to the treatments to the massage at the end, it was a literal 20/10 for me. I couldn’t go without leaving a review because it was just beyond phenomenal! You’ve got a gem on your staff Bellava! Thank you Natalie! 100% will be returning and referring everyone i know!

I’m so glad I followed a friends recommendation to use “Bellava”. The attention that I received from the staff and Dr. kim was very reasssuring and I felt like I was in good hands. Their attention to detail is evidence of the experience of the practice as a whole. Follow up visits were thorough and Kathy the surgical coordinator was very informative and attentive to my questions about my recovery.

I was looking for doctors that I could trust and I am so happy that I found Dr. Kim and Dr. D’ Alessio. From the first time I set foot in the office, everyone was so welcoming, kind, and attentive. Semira is the best! She pays attention to detail and makes you feel super comfortable. I Have had the BEST experiences at Bellava from day one going in for my consultation the reception desk was very attentive when I first arrived, then I met with Dr Kim in his office first and I felt extremely comfortable with him he was so easy to talk to so down to earth very calm and kind characteristics that are always important to me when I am looking for a Dr of course also seeing their work and knowing their background is also huge but proof was in his photos. For me feeling I am dealing with a genuine person and liking who they are mean everything and that was definitely the case with Dr. Kim, then we go to the examination room where we consulted what was bothering me and thats when i met Erica who was basically the icing on the cake! She was sweet kind down to earth patient and for sure looking out for my best interest, she helped me achieve my dream surgery! Best spa I’ve been to in Westchester, by far. I’ve been going here for a couple of years now and recently began full body laser hair removal - I couldn’t ask for more as far as professionalism and comfort, plus the treatments themselves are effective, using modern, top of the line equipment; they just introduced a new laser which is incredible - I’m super sensitive to the pain because of some of my health issues and this laser I barely feel. Couldn’t be more grateful for that! The staff is knowledgeable as well, they always return your phone call and are accommodating of schedule changes. My laser tech, Samira, is experienced and it shows that she knows what she’s doing - I never have to worry or wonder, as I can feel confident that I am in good hands. If I refer someone to a spa, especially for laser, this is where I send them.
This place is absolutely amazing. Erica is kind and accommodating. The support staff is friendly and supportive. Dr. Kim is calm, clear, concise, and compassionate during your consultation and that continues on the day of the procedure. Paula! Best nurse ever! She focuses on your dignity and comfort. She is an awesome nurse and person. The anesthesiologist, Dr. K, is the bomb. He is thorough and cautious with any health history. He keeps you comfortable during the procedure and while in recovery. Hands down the best place for all your cosmetic dreams to become realities.
I am so happy i found Dr.Kim! I needed to replace my implants and it took me a while to find a place and a doctor that I had confidence in. 2022-05-22Bellava is great place to have your surgery. The staff and nurses are very friendly & nice. I had my surgery there 4 weeks ago and Im loving my results already. Dr. Kim is a very good doctor. He answered all my questions and did a great job with my tummy tuck. Kathy, as well was very helpful. Any concerns before and after my surgery she got right back to me. Kathy helped put me at ease. I highly recommend Bellava to anyone thats considering surgery.

2022-06-16Getting treatments at Bellava has been a great experience. The rooms are clean, staff is pleasant, overall 10 out of 10! Im definitely recommending Bellava to other people. Being a fairly private person...I truly appreciated the privacy I was given. Laying on a cozy reclining chair/ bed covered with a white blanket and given a water bottle I felt pampered. We all deserve taking care of ourselves once in a while! Big thumbs up!!!

2022-07-18I was referred to Dr. Kim during my medspa facial consultation for a chemical peel. I underwent a breast reduction surgery in 4/2022. My experiences with Dr. Kim and his professional staff were satisfactory. My questions and needs were attended to in a very timely, and considerate manner. Dr. Kim was readily available to address my concerns, and most importantly, he was caring and understanding. You don’t find these qualities in many surgeons. This was especially apparent during my post-operative period and the months following. Thank you Dr. Kim and staff!!!

2022-04-01I went in for a procedure and the entire staff was absolutely amazing! Dr. Kim and the anesthesiologist were beyond professional and understanding. I was so nervous and they were very so supportive. I have never been to a facility that had such patience with their patients. Amazing experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left and even the check in call from Kathy offering unlimited support for questions and concerns post my procedure. I am going back again for a 2nd procedure and would recommend Bellava to anyone looking for plastic surgery.

2022-03-02I truly can not say enough good things about my ENTIRE experience at Bellava MedAesthetics & Spa; from booking my consultation apt. straight through surgery & beyond.I had intended to meet with a handful of surgeons to discuss my options to fix my “postpartum body” and found out at my first visit at Bellava w Dr Kim that I actually had an umbilical hernia with severe diastasis recti. I expected the consult to be awkward because I’d be talking about & showing the parts of my body that had unraveled after kids (which were the areas of my body I was the most self conscious about); but Dr Chang Soo Kim was a complete professional and made me feel 100% comfortable right from the start. Beyond his education & experience; he’s realistic, genuine, easy to talk to, straight forward with a good bedside manner and is beyond talented in his craft! I never ended up talking to another doctor because everything in my gut told me I had already found the right one!! I am two weeks postop from having a “mommy makeover” and I don’t have a single complaint. I’m thrilled with how the surgery went, how I continue to recover more everyday & the results even just a few days out are a testament to the worthiness of this surgery / journey…. I can’t believe it’s only going to get better from here!I also want to speak to the obvious dedication of Kathy Geisler who is the manager & surgical coordinator. I would have be lost without the help, guidance, million questions answered, reassurance and everything else she has provided along the way!!! She’s been a critical part of making me feel informed and in control of achieving the best results in the safest manner and I couldn’t imagine having had this journey without her as a resource! A SINCERE THANKS to Dr Kim, Kathy, Nick, and everyone on staff who has made this such a positive life experience!

2022-04-25I’ve seen both Dr. Kim for Botox and Sabena for hydrafacials and can say Bellava is all around a great experience. Dr. Kim had a very natural approach to Botox and was extremely knowledgeable. Sabena did an awesome job with my hydrafacials. I came in for some acne concerns and can say my skin is already showing signs of improvement and I’ve done just two facials with her.
