Claudette and Massimiliano have become like a second family to me and my husband. I first met Claudette and Massimiliano when I was interviewing for a part-time job while attending graduate school. Their warmth and their passion for what they do was immediately apparent. Aside from being amazingly gifted musicians, Claudette and Massimiliano care deeply about passing on their gift and passion for music and music education to their students. In my time working for them, I saw so many families and students grow and mature as musicians but also as people; coming back year after year, continuing to refine their skills and develop their confidence. So several years later, when I had a child of my own, of course Claudette and Massimiliano were the first people I thought of when pursuing music education for my son. My little guy started lessons when he was just shy of 2 ½ years old. Now, on the verge of turning 4, my son is fully immersed in his music lessons. He has been taking private musical aurora lessons for about a year and a half and it is amazing to see his progress and his interest in music develop. His ability to hear rhythms and read solfege notes is amazing. It is also noteworthy that most of his lessons this year have been offered remotely, yet his level of engagement and interest only seems to be growing in spite of learning through a virtual platform. It is without hesitation, and with great confidence, that I can say that Belle Arti is a great place to start and grow your musical journey. Although I had the privilege of having Claudette and Massimiliano in my life prior to my son starting music lessons, it really does not matter who you are; you will be treated like family from your very first visit. Belle Arti is a family I am very proud to be a part of and I am so happy and appreciative to have Claudette and Massimiliano in my sons life.

The Belle Arti Center for the Arts has been a great experience for my children and myself. Our oldest son started guitar lessons when he was 4 and now he is a Freshman in University who went out and bought some new sheet music so he can play in his dorm room. That makes me proud as a parent that he is doing it on his own and above and beyond the lessons he took. His younger brother has been taking piano lessons for about 6 years. He was hesitant at first but flourished with Maxs personable and one on one attention. He appreciates listening and playing all different kinds of songs and genres. I cant say enough about Belli Arti and the professionalism from all the teachers. Max and Claudette couldnt be more attentive and caring.I would highly recommend Belle Arti if you are looking for lessons.

Our daughter Lauren has been taking a variety of music lessons at Belle Arti for over ten years. She began her lessons at five years old in Music Aurora, a very creative and enjoyable program which introduces preschoolers to many facets of music. Over the years Lauren has taken piano, music theory, and voice lessons with a number of talented professionals. For the past six years Lauren has had the privilege of studying piano under Massimiliano Facchini. Max is an extraordinary teacher who has the unique ability to impart wisdom to his students with patience and grace. He undoubtedly brings out the best in each of his students, while also being a role model with incredible skill, discipline, and kindness.Even in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Belle Arti has continued to provide unparalleled instruction to its students. We are so grateful for the exceptional musical education Belle Arti has consistently given our daughter.

My son has been attending Belle Arti Center for the Arts for the past 9 years. He started in the Musical Aurora class at the age of 4.5 where he was introduced to a wide variety of instruments as well as basic elements of music. After a year or so, we moved on to piano lessons and with the foundation he had received from the Musical Aurora class he was able to make a smooth transition to the instrument. Belle Arti also provides their students the opportunity to participate in two recitals annually. These recitals give the student an opportunity to master a musical piece and experience how to perform before an audience. When the time came for my son to audition for band at his public school, he was one of the most prepared students they had. The band director gave him the saxophone as his band instrument and without any difficulty he was able to learn this new instrument. When we saw how interested our son was in his band instrument we signed him up for saxophone lessons at Belle Arti as well. Furthermore, this band experience would open the door for our son to receive a scholarship to a prestigious summer music camp in the area, USDAN. Finally, every year we have our son participate in the NYSSMA exam for both instruments. We feel fortunate to live here in Queens and have Belle Arti Center for the Arts to develop our son’s musical abilities.

Music classes can be expensive but are worth it for the little ones. Belle Arti really fostered a love of music in my child. Our son is very high energy and did an intro class for the Musical Aurora program when he was 2 years old. He greatly enjoyed it but Belle Arti honestly assessed him and asked us to hold off on enrolling until he could sit down on his own a bit longer to last a majority of class. They were concerned about his ability to appreciate music and learn rather than just the dollar. That is important to me. For months, every time we passed the school, he asked to go back. About a year later, we were able to sign him up and he raved about his weekly classes. He (and us as parents) especially loved the programs introduction of a variety of instruments to him. He adored learning about different instruments, their sounds and how to approach each one. The teachers do really care about the students and want to see them succeed both in the music classroom and outside of it.

Our childrens musical journey started at Belle Arti almost 13 years ago and it was one of the best decisions we have made for their development and education. It was in the Musical Aurora program that they were introduced to different types of music and instruments, in a fun and nurturing environment. They have since both gone on to study piano; also taking voice and composition lessons. This school not only fosters the love for music but instills the importance of discipline. This work ethic carries into their daily life and has helped them achieve acceptance into top high schools in Manhattan and to win music competitions. They have also been able to share this talent by performing at nursing homes and cancer treatment centers. This gift of music instruction that they received at Belle Arti is invaluable.

Our daughter, Jillian, has been at Belle Arti since she was 3. She started out at Musical Aurora, a wonderful program that teaches music theory in a way that very young children understand and enjoy. When she was 5, she was encouraged to pick an instrument to study. She chose the piano and has received excellent instruction in it ever since. A few years later, she was encouraged to take voice lessons. She was lucky enough to be assigned to Ms. Lorraine who is teaching her to sing opera. It is exciting to watch and listen to. Jillian is almost 12 now. Her newest endeavor at Belle Arti is Composition. Her musical education at Belle Arti has been invaluable and we look forward to many more years here.

Belle Arti Center for the Arts is a nurturing place, a wonderful place for children to learn music and to enhance their intelligence. My daughter has been learning music at Belle Arti for 8 years. Her first class was Musical Aurora program, a very unique method for children to discover music, she learned counting, rhythm and music through movement, and the teachers are very caring. Then she starts her violin lessons with Ms. Varga, she is an excellent teacher who is very good with children. Ms. Varga helps children discover music in every child. We love our weekly lessons and especially the annual winter and spring concerts. Children get to learn to prepare for a concert and perform on stage. Belle Arti became our family - my child form friendships at Belle Arti with other music students. As my child is going to high school next year, I realized music has given her a healthy way to express her emotions at these stressful times, and it helps build her stamina that helps her everyday tasks.
