Horrible LIARS and disrespectful scammers. Ordered and PAID FOR 2 sets of furniture in OCTOBER. We were told that it would take three months for furniture to arrive. It’s June and NO ONE had a clue when furniture will be here. And yeah - they basically forced us to pay in cash (perhaps so we don’t dispute charges or have any sort of ‘buyer protection’). Lying scammers ..
Hands down one of the best experiences Ive had with a furniture store!The owner Dmitri, personally drove 4 hours away and set up my couches by himself. He actually knows his products very well as my couch came with the wrong legs, and he straightened it out with the manufacturer and express mailed me the parts literally 2 days later. He even offered to come back 4 hours out to drill the holes and install them himself. Overall, each step of the way he communicated with me from information about my couches, to when he would arrive. This customer service is truly A1!
Had the worst experience. I bought a sofa from them a year ago. Brought broken, common to replace. been changing for a year now. the seller Galina is a big liar, every time she promises to help and does not do it. I dont recommend buying anything from them. Very disappointed 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
This furniture store is the best place I have ever bought furniture from. Dmitri kept me updated from the time I ordered it my couch until I received it. This is a class act company! We love our new couch and the service from Bellissi Furniture is second to none!
Horrible old russian lady named Galina is a very good lier. Lies and lies about getting your furniture that you paid for and then starts dodging your calls. Stay away and find another place honestly!!!
I live in Colorado and found Bellissi Furniture online. They had really great prices and wonderful customer service. Dmitry is the best! We ordered the Mavis Glass Table and chairs. I was really nervous about ordering a glass table online, but Dmitry kept on top of the entire delivery process. The table came in perfect condition and the chairs were perfect! I will be ordering more furniture from Bellissi in the future.
Terrible , just terrible. We are waiting for delivery since august. Staff is constantly lying about delivery dates , don’t expect these people to give you your refund. 4 months past , no table no refund. 1 start is a good rating for this business , never buy from them , use legit companies instead. They practically stole money from us. People work so hard to make extra dollars , these schemers should not be in business.So disrespectful, both ladies traveled on the time machine from 1990’s. Dishonest … I said I don’t want to create problems for them by calling my bank , she said “you all so smart”. OMG !!! What a shame … I said refund me the money , she said , “No you have to come in person “ — obviously no refund will be issued. She took cash for small table last time we came , now she is trying to deduct it from our refund .REFUND US OUR MONEY , 300 dollars will not make you rich. Learn how to be honest with your customers and keep your table …To be continued….
Our daughter wanted a loft / bunk bed for her birthday, and we found a particular one we liked, but couldn’t find it anywhere local to NC that would be in stock in time. We found the exact bed in stock at Bellissi, but were a bit hesitant to order it online and have it shipped due to its size. After speaking with Dmitry on the phone to get a shipping quote, we decided to go ahead and order. The bed arrived within a week and the freight company they use was friendly and even helped us to unbox and inspect the bed to make sure all parts were there. There was one piece which had a small crack appearing to be a manufacturer defect — although small, we were worried that because it was a structural member of the top bunk, that it would crack over time and eventually break through completely. Dmitry was extremely responsive to this issue and worked with the manufacturer to get a replacement part out to us. It was a pleasure doing business with Bellissi, and I would happily order from them again!

We bought a coffee table from Bellissi, purchased it online. Took awhile to get it due to the container offload problems that the countries are seeing these days. But Bellissi did get it in and shipped it to us, out by Seattle. The table is gorgeous and all are happy. Dmitry at Bellissi is excellent. We will not hesitate to purchase more unique furnishings from Bellissi.
Bellissi Furniture Gallery is a fantastic place to do business with. My buying experience was extremely positive. Dmitry worked very hard to get me the items that I wanted for my home office. Supply chains were disrupted because of COVID, but Dmitry continued to stay in touch with me and found a way to deliver everything I asked for. Merchandise was in excellent condition and professionally delivered and installed. Highly recommend!
My rating has nothing to do with the furniture, but the staff at the store. We finally decided to pay a premium for great living room furniture. We came into the store and shelled out 8k. We asked about discounts and promotions that were in their radio commercial and were told they can accommodate with pillows. We took that offer, The couch, and love seat were supposed to be delivered 2 months later, but with covid, they warned it could take up to 4. We anticipated that it could take longer and it did. They however do not do any customer service calls, it is now up to you to protect your deposit and call them to figure out when you get your furniture. We eventually got our furniture 6 months after, in hinds sight not that big a deal. They did however forget the pillows, but considering the amount of money we shelled out for the furniture, we did not think it would be a problem and decided not to withhold any amount from the total. Big Mistake! I recommend if you do not get everything you should estimate how much a good amount to make sure it is in their interest to deliver. This is when both my husband and I started calling and hearing all sorts of excuses, some were truly pathetic. The store is not too far from us so we stopped by a few times and were given the wrong pillows, with the excuse oh wait I thought you were someone else. Every time we called we had to give our receipt number, in the store we saw her write it down. My husband even texted a picture to the mobile phone of the lady that works there to avoid her losing it. This went on for over a month where eventually an outbreak in the store was needed to get things moving. This lady finally said to avoid any more frustration she would send her assistant to get them and deliver them on Monday. Monday of course came and went, another trip to the store where the assistant started with attitude that she had to drive around, the reason she did not call is that she does not use her personal cell phone to contact customers. At this point, I am not sure how she was planning to get a hold of me in the first place. Then the lady hands me pillows that are completely wrong for my couch and when confronted starts telling me and involving other store patrons that she has style taste. Among telling me that I am ungrateful and should accept whatever she thinks is best. The worst customer service I have ever seen. In conclusion, the furniture is high quality, but if you are looking to avoid getting frustrated when paying premium look elsewhere. If you are willing to be lied to and have a lot of spare time to chase them then this is the store for you.Since this is the only way for me to respond to the reply that was posted by the business to my review I am going to add it here.First I would like to add that I am impressed with the way the answer is written if only the people working there were able to communicate this professionally. To clarify some of the key points the furniture arrived on 6/6 and pillows were eventually picked up on 8/16, guess thats 1-2 weeks in furniture delivery terms. There have been at least 20 calls made, text messages sent and 5 store visits in the 2+ months between the time furniture arrived and pillows were eventually picked up. Sad to see how that was overlooked in the response. Also, its no surprise that the owner forgot the initial purchase and how this free gift was part of the negotiations to keep the price where it was. The so-called options that were referred to in response were not offered, instead, the owner got out of line highlighting that this is her fashion sense and it should be accepted as such. Politeness over the 2 months did not work, the owner was very apologetic, but it felt like she just ignored the request as soon as the phone was hung up or I left the store. As soon as there was some screaming the process moved rapidly which is not the customer service expected from a high-end furniture store charging a premium.
I can not buy contemporary furniture where I live. So I looked online to find stores that could deliver. Many places have horrible reviews about broken furniture, delayed furniture etc. I found the items I wanted at BellissiI contacted them about a dining room table and chairs that I wanted to purchase, but not until they had all the pieces. They stayed in touch with me weekly to update, and in about a month, they had everything.I then had them charge my card, and white glove delivery occurred within 3 weeks. The delivery person worked with me on a schedule. The table and 8 chairs arrived in perfect condition.I would highly recommend these folks as they make a real effort to provide a wonderful buying experience at a reasonable price.
So we initially ordered a couch on July 10, 2020. We received it on Aug 7, 2020. I was okay with the delay because it was COVID and furniture stores just opened. On Sept 4, 2020 we decided to get bedroom furniture and ordered a dresser, bed and mattress. They told us it would be two months so we waited. Two months came and the date was extended another month. We went back and there were more excuses about the company. At some point they gave us a loaner bed but not with our original mattress that we ordered that was suppose to be in the store. They claimed they wanted everything to come together. At this point we decided on a new set because they delayed that another two months. We chose the new set on Jan 11, 2021. We only got our bed and mattress an no dresser on January 29, 2021. More back and forth with the dresser and at this point we were moving so we asked them to hold it until we moved in April. April comes and we get a delivery date. Of course the dresser was never delivered. The new excuse is the truck broke down then the driver had COVID. Let me be clear that I originally literally lived around the corner from this place. I shouldve been the first delivery. The dresser doesn’t come until May 6, 2021. When they deliver it, there’s no mirror. It apparently broke and no one told us anything. So now is the back and forth with the Gala about the mirror delivery dates. Mirror was supposed to be delivered June 16, 2021. Of course no communication and they are “short staffed.” I now live two blocks away (Still very close). They can come to my house first to install a mirror. By the way they came the next day late in the a afternoon. This was entirely too long for furniture to be delivered. At some point we spoke to Dmitri but he wasnt much help as Gala was out. My biggest issue with this place is the lack of communication. We had to reach out dozens of times for follow-ups because Gala would not call us and give an update. Every phone call she tried to rush us off. We also came to the store a handful of times and the same thing, trying to rush us out of the store by saying anything. The furniture is very nice but service is terrible.
We worked with Dima at Bellissi Furniture Gallery. We live out of state which made it more difficult since you can’t see or feel the furniture in person. But Dima made it all seem like a breeze as he provided excellent customer service. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He constantly communicated with us and gave us updates. We will be purchasing more furniture in the near future from Dima :). We highly recommend Dima and Bellissi Gallery!

My experience with Bellissi Furniture Gallery is one of the best Ive ever had. Great customer service. Dymitri worked with me to help me get exactly what I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I was looking for a chest to match my bedroom set, which had been discontinued. I was so lucky to find it at Bellissi and couldnt be happier with the service that was provided. The chest was sent to me out of state and was delivered without any damage. Their customers service is wonderful. They make you feel like family. They welcome you with open arms and their main focus is to make sure you leave out happy. They dont take no for a answer and will work with you the best they can. They delivery is perfect. Furniture comes perfectly wrapped with great helpers who are willing to make sure that it fits to your satisfaction. I have been to bobs furniture and Jennifer convertibles and by far this place is better than both. I started with just 1 living room set and now I have a living room set and 2 bed room sets. This store deserves a A+.
It has been 2 years since I bought furniture from Bellissi and I am sooo happy with my decision. When moving into my new apartment 2 years ago I was looking for a nice furniture place. I have been to so many places and I was so happy to come across Bellissi furniture. The quality and variety of stuff in their store is like the best ! It was so hard for me to pick something right away because EVERYTHING there is just amazing ! Very modern pieces which I love. They have really good taste in furniture. I ended up buying a bedroom set, living room set and a kitchen set all from Bellissi. A few months ago I had a little situation with my bed, the headboard comes with lights and the button broke so I wasn’t able to turn the lights on and after calling and speaking to Dmitry he was glad to fix the issue. It has been 2 years and he said he would fix the problem free of charge. This is what u call good customer service ! Definitely recommend this place and if I ever need any other kind of furniture I will only be coming here.
Bellissi Furniture Gallery is top notch great amazing selection at very affordable prices.The entire experience was great. Dima was very helpful and while I didnt realized my order would take 4 weeks to deliver, he stayed right on top of where my items were and when I could expect them. The delivery guys were very professional and very friendly. They put the furniture exactly where I wanted it and put non scratch pads on the bottom without being asked. Just an over all great experience.If you looking for best furniture and unbelievable VIP customer service this is the perfect place. Will definitely shop again!
I looked at a coupe of other places before I made my purchase of a sofa bed for my guest room. I thought salesperson Galina was very helpful and polite, price was very competitive, service was quick, delivery was on time, with good communication. I definitely would give these guys a try before I get my furniture anywhere else. I would definitely recommend this place, it was a quick and EZ deal and I like that. Soon I am coming back to shop more stuff ... They they can order whatever you are looking for via a catalog. Only thing I wish for, is that they would have a bigger show room to see more merchandise on a spot, otherwise I have no other suggestions.

It has taken me a while to write this review - but I figure the last compliment on my furniture I had to do it!! I purchased a buffet, dining table, cocktail table and bedroom dresser from Bellissi and every piece is a standout!! It is different I can guarantee that I will not be going to someones home and seeing the same pieces. I get plenty of praise on these pieces. I had one issue with the dining room table and I told Dmitry about it and he was so accommodating - I felt as though I was a VIP customer and I saw that he treated every customer that walked through the door the same way too. I highly recommend Bellissi - furniture, customer service and delivery were EXCEPTIONAL!! I will be taking my sister there soon to do her home shopping too!!!!

This is the best spot to buy furnitures. They have very very good quality items. They were very friendly and they know how to satisfy their customers. I purchased a dining room set which Im very happy with. My sales person was very helpful. Overall the store has beautiful furniture and a welcoming atmosphere. I would recommend your furniture gallery to friends and family.
On June 7, 2015, I purchased what I thought was a nice sofa and loveseat, on sale for $1,415.37. I also bought a dining set for $598.00. The furniture was delivered quite late, by ONE man and a van--no helpers! The furniture was scrunched into the van. The delivery man complained constantly, and asked for help as he moved the furniture into my apartment building on the 4th floor. It was quite late when he finished assembling the furniture, to include the dining set. At the end of the night, he shoved the sofa back against the wall, in the living room. A month later, I noticed that the sofa had begun to separate near the left leg. With help, I moved the sofa out from the wall, and turned it on its side, to see the legs. Four of the inside legs were broken (and made of plastic). The leg on the left side of the sofa had separated because the long screw that was holding it came loose. Fortunately, I have a friend that may be able to repair it for me. Both of us agree that the $1,415.00 that I spent on the furniture was not well spent! I thought that I was buying a nice piece of furniture, not a piece of junk! It has been over a year, so I dont have any leverage to complain with. I have also learned that I should do a better job of inspecting the furniture assemblers job, before he leaves, as it looks like the four inside legs had been broken off when he moved the sofa against the wall.

This is the 4th time I have made a purchase from Bellissi Furniture on McDonald Ave, in Brooklyn .. each time I was shopping and found what I was looking for online I then searched for the best price .. my search always ended up at the same website .. Belissi .. Most times saving $100s of dollars, and although I live in Long Island .. I received free shipping and free set up. And I didnt even have to go there ..all done on the phone or online.I can not say enough positive things about this business .. dont trust me see for yourself spend some time looking at products and prices online .... then you will realize as I did that you can save yourself a lot of time and money by just going to their website right away .. the selection is huge ..the prices are great ( I dont know how they do it ) and the customer service is outstanding !!Thanks .. signed .. False promises and broke it 4 times when it comes to delivery date, waited 2 months already. Horrible experience with the staff as well with their nonchalant attitude when it comes to request for information. Furthermore, the only thing that they tell you is to get a refund and even that is an issue. Been waiting 2 weeks for refund already and it still did not come back to the card I used. When called, they said they said they dont remember what happened. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME.

The worst service and poor quality !!! Rubbish furniture waste of money and time !!!I was at the store in March 2021 and paid full amount for the bedroom set. I was told that I will get delivery within 2 weeks. Finally I got my set in August, 2021 (5 months) and all set was defective. I called to Galina and asked to take it back. She said that her son Dmitriy will take care of it. After my conversation over the phone with Dmitriy I decided to have only official communications and have sent thousands emails with proof of defective furniture and asked to got my money back. So, it was loooong story how I got my money back ... and what I had to go through ... ..I have no idea how those unprofessional, disrespectful, abysmal irresponsible folks may run any business !!!Worst service and poor quality !!! Garbage furniture waste of money and time !!!I was in the store in March 2021 and paid the full amount for the bedroom set. I was told that I would receive delivery within 2 weeks. The furniture was ordered in October 2020 (3 beds and a childrens desk), the furniture was brought in and finally assembled in December 2020. On July 24, 2021, the writing desk took shape like a house of cards! it was horror and fear! just a miracle the child got off with bruises and abrasions!I am not a furniture collector, and only after an accident I began to understand and realized - firstly, very fragile fasteners for this table, and secondly, high childrens furniture MUST be fixed to the wall! Of course, nothing was fixed to the wall! For everything that happened in the store, they blamed us rudely, with the statement that they used the table for a year (which, in fact, only 7 months), and no refund for the table or replacement, there can be no question that they did us a favor that they came, when it happened and took the table out to the trash! Although this is a matter of jurisdiction! be careful with this store, its staff and furniture assemblers!The cost of the table is $ 450, I consider it a trifle for the store, especially in comparison with the situation that happened through their fault, but we were told that nothing more would even be sold to us from the store! so I do not recommend this store for ordering furniture! I attach a photo of the desk so that your future customers can clearly see what can be with your furniture!
First of all, like many reviews here, I want to draw your attention to a service that is, well, simply absent. In this junk warehouse, you will not only find trash and dead furniture, but they will also tell you who you are. The feeling was that I was not a client, but a handyman. Well, okay, in connection with the move, beds were urgently needed. Of course, they werent taken quickly, but thats half the trouble. The beds did not stand even for three months, the support leg fell off from the first, after the bed was gone, and after another two weeks it had to be thrown into the trash. Since Furnitour Galeries refused to repair or replace beds, relying on an incomprehensible explanation of Covid and the fact that I did not use it as intended😄If you are looking for refurbished used furniture, this is the right place for you. We were lucky to be the customers of this store!In October 2020, we chose furniture: beds and a desk, left a deposit. They began to wait for delivery ...Either the mattresses did not come, the table was not included, then something came wrong ...So 2-3 weeks passed.Finally, in the second half of November, everything was delivered, assembly began, and we paid in full. But !Our floors are uneven (and where are they on the ruler ?!), something of the fasteners is missing, some leg needs to be forged ... well come after the weekend! ...Wait, wait!I called Galya (probably a senior salesman). Wait, they will come!We wait…I called Dima (probably the director). Ill come myself, Ill see everything, well do it in the best possible way!)We wait!..Dima does not answer anymore, the beginning of December, I call Galya. Please come as soon as possible, from December 8 we are leaving for a week. Drive calmly and rest, you will come, we will come right away!Upon arrival, I make a few more calls ... Gala: “be patient! For waiting, I will give you a xAAArosh present for the New Year! Indeed, the gift took place: on New Years Eve: we HOWEVER assembled the furniture: removed the cardboard boxes from under the bed legs (under the mattress of one of them the plywood base creaks), set up a desk.Six months have passed. And I don’t want to waste energy talking with you !!! )DO NOT SPEND !!!Now we know that the table with the upper part (I do not know what it is called) must be fixed to the wall.Only when it fell apart did we see that the upper part was held on by several wooden studs no more than 2 centimeters long.Should have used some kind of corners and for attaching the side panels ..., between themselves these parts should be fastened together with metal or wooden slats. Etc.Yes! I tried to tell Dima that the assembly was wrong. He replied that he should have spoken about it right away.Are we carpenters, carpenters, furniture makers!?!?!?We learned all the subtleties when the thunder struck, and then we trusted P R O F E S S I ON N A L A M !!!I will not give them a single star and I will tell everyone to bypass this store!
I ordered a sofa. A very nice girl Galya said wait next week. Exactly a month has passed. Im calling ... Galya: here, next week, on Thursday, delivery to you😅. Thank you for returning the deposit.

2022-06-13Walking into this store for the first time was really exciting as this was the first time I’ve ever purchased any furniture for myself. We were met by people who are ACTUALLY happy to be there helping others choose amazing and affordable furniture. Gala was the amazing woman who helped us not only with her tasteful opinions but also gave us an amazing deal. Our entire apartment is now furnished with only Bellissi Furniture and we couldn’t be happier. Oh and the best part: we literally got our furniture delivered in ONE WEEK! Thank you to the staff here. We are definitely coming back here in the future and I recommend everybody to come here!!!!!

They provided fast delivery service, with expert installations, and friendly workers. I received timely correspondence in advance of the delivery, and we were able to coordinate times that worked best for both of us.I would highly recommend Bellissi for anyones furniture needs. 2022-06-20I placed an order online. I did not receive any email confirmation or other communication and had to call a few times to follow up. I dealt directly with Dimitry who was very responsive and informative. You could tell he was doing his best to provide excellent service. My order was delivered in 3 weeks in perfect condition. Im so happy to have been able to give my business to a local small business rather than a big chain store. Overall, I am very pleased and would definitely buy from here again. Thank you so much!

2022-06-095 stars all the way!! So my review is a bit delayed but better late than never. I went here before I moved to Florida from NY and needed all furniture delivered to Miami. They did it all. Not only did I get an amazing price for top quality but the delivery fee was amazing. It was super reasonable. They came, set everything up and cleaned everything after. Now I should mention my couch was built improperly, but as soon as I told Dima, he got repair men over to my new house in Miami and fixed it right away. He also called and reassured me that if he can’t fix it he would get me a brand new unit asap no extra charge. Thankfully the repair guy fixed it really quickly and 8 months later and It’s still amazing. There was also a bit of a delay for my table but given the COVID delays everywhere in the US it wasn’t bad at all. Only a few weeks later. Don’t bother with anywhere else. This is the best place with the most beautiful pieces. Also got bedroom set and a bunch of other pieces from here.

2022-02-03I bought a table in the spring of 2021. I had seen the table on other sites, but the price was a lot better for the exact same thing on the Bellisi site. Of course with Covid affecting production, shipping and delivery, there was a delay, and then more delays. Every time I would call to follow up, however, Demetri was very responsive and he even reached out to me a couple of times to give me updates, so I felt like I could trust that my table would arrive as soon as possible. It ended up taking almost a year, but instead of being upset for the delay that could not have been prevented, I am grateful that in this day of automation, a real person was there to assure me I was going to get what I had paid for. The table arrived last week, and it is everything I thought it would be and fits perfectly in my home. Thank you Demetri!

2022-01-15Be aware, don’t trust these people and this lady Galina. She is a liar.I had been waiting for a delivery of my ordered furniture for already a year, when she finally told me that manufacture of this furniture is discontinued. But yet she was giving me empty promises and telling fairytales every week, assuring that my table set and other items were being “packaging” and would be delivered to me soon. But I never got them. And also in the process she was talking with me in the neglect way as I annoyed her, asking questions about my order. I bought a new house last year and was so excited to furnish it with new furniture, but this woman completely ruined my mood because she not only left me without new furniture, but also wasted my time lying me and holding my money.Avoid this place and save your nervous!
