The Bellport outlets are a hidden gem. They offed a variety of stores open to the public at discounted prices. The home depot in this outlet is the outlet stare for home depot so you can usually find very good deals discounted. In my opinion the best and most underrated store in the Bellport outlets is Vanity Fair. They are a discounted store for clothes like you would find at Bobs or Kohls. They carry Lee, wrangler, and a variety of others. You can get everything except for shoes here. My girlfriend loved this store as well for dresses, work clothes, under garments, and jackets. As well as seasonal things like swimwear and hats and gloves depending on the season. Enjoy a nice shopping experience without the lines of other outlets.
Surprisingly great. The place looks like a ghost town during the week, but it makes for a pretty nice shopping experience for those who are or arent on a budget. The antique shop there also has some pretty cool finds. Then you finish up your experience by getting a slice or gyro at the pizza shop a few doors down. And its right by Home Depot if the hubby doesnt want to shop with you. :)
Gap outlet is the only anchor store I saw worth going to. There’s a famous foot wear store here too. Otherwise in my opinion, this place is just barely surviving. There are lots of empty store fronts in this outlet. My guess is everyone is shopping st a nearby competitor located further east. If you are curious then you’ll definitely confirm that this place is about to close down because there is hardly any foot traffic showing up here.
This outlet is not what it was. Not as many stores and a little worse for wear. That being said I have to say I really like this mall. Easy to park, a decent selection of stores and friendly people. I particularly like Kitchen Collection. They have a friendly , knowledge staff. I love to cook and they have everything ! Try this mall, it may surprised you. And the pizza place is excellent.
Ive been going to this outlet my whole life and while stores that I really liked being there like Nike have closed, it still has a lot of good stores lined up that can get a lot of shopping done at once. It was a good back to school shopping outlet for a solid decade for my family
Its a very nice shopping center. It would be really great good for the community if it had more stores open. A BEST grocery store, or something like it, a good discount store would be a good idea. Stores that people use and would draw customers. It needs more publicity. There are virtually no stores in the area.
Not many stores left. This review will be dead when the stores all close. Bass outlets is ok. Nice stuff. Staff was friendly. Michele was real helpful. I want when there were 80% off deals. Clothes are very nice. I like their shoe selections. Vanity fair is clean and prices are fairly cheap. I usually get carpenter Jeans. Home depot at the end, and the pizzeria is very good
GAP and Vanity Fair(Lee Wrangler) are the two main anchor stores with a couple other stores in the mix including an antiques store. Never any big crowds several empty storefronts. Prior to the Riverhead outlets this was the place to go. And even had other stores across the highway which were eventually demolished and they put a (horrible) BJs on. But thats progress...
Nice selection of stores to shop. Gap, Kitchen Collection, Famous Footwear, Bass Shoes, Home Depot, Vanity Fair, etc. Used to be much bigger, but sadly other stores closed over the years. Staff are friends & helpful. Good variety of things to buy. BJs Wholesale Club nearby too. Nice local place to shop.
Only down side is all of the empty spaces. I worked at VF outlet when they first opened and every space was full. Seems pretty quiet now. The stores they have are pretty good and the prices are very fair. Hope they start putting more stores in. it would be such a waste for this side to end up like the other side (got knocked down and they built a BJs) *fingers crossed*
This place has struggled to survive for years, but there are a couple of places that are worth a stop, Vanity Fair outlet (worth the trip), and a discount kitchen supply store that has a very good selection of products at quite decent prices. There is also a Home Depot adjacent to the shopping center, and it is usually less crowded than the one in Patchogue.
I love this under utilized shopping outlet. None of the crowds like at other outlet malls on Long Island. Vanity Fair store is large and filled with all sizes with style for all. A variety of other stores are there as well. Home Depot, Bali,Bonwit teller etc. The pizzeria there served a real good pie Id go again because I enjoy no crazy crowds & plenty of parking. FYI because its not huge like the other outlets there is room for more stores.
The bellport outlet is very small, there is a vanity Fair store which sells clothing for men, woman and children and they have excellent prices. There is Carters, a bridal store, a shoe store, a kitchen store, the Gap kids store, Hanes store and a few other stores. I think there is a home Depot there also. Nice little outlet.
I absolutely LOVE Milanos Pizza! I get a slice with extra cheese. The crust is thin and crunchy and the sauce delish! And of course the ONLY good salad slice pizza on Long Island..is made here! They always have the nicest and friendly, happy people working and its always a treat to eat at Milanos Pizza! I Most Highly recommend this place...it took me a while to write a review because Id love to keep this place all to myself with no lines...but theyre always busy and for good reason.
I like vf,kitchen collection, gap, and the antique collectible store but this place is empty almost every single space is empty, its in the middle of nowhere and theres nothing really to eat over there. Even though the home depot is next door thats not giving it business but i do like that home depot. It used to be busy and now its not i wonder how much longer this place will be there.

2022-03-03Sadly its more like a ghost town these days. Only thing worthwhile is Milano Pizza on the westmost corner near Home Depot. Sesame seed crust pizza is awesome. Their deep dish ziti slice is excellent. Love love love their rice ball and eggplant parm.

2021-11-25If you want pizza or Home Depot, it might be worth a trip. Through no fault of its own, many of the centers storefronts were closed because of the pandemic. Your time might be well spent going to one of the two Tanger outlets on the island.

2021-11-11A shell of its former self. Sad to see what a decade has done to this place. They used to have a pretty decent assortment of stores and I would sometimes visit them over Riverhead if I did not want to drive all the way out east. But today there is only a handful of stores. None of them are designer and are basically common stores you would find at any local mall. With the expansion of Tanger Deer Park and Tanger Riverhead there is no real reason to visit Bellport, unless you live close to it and dont want to drive for a larger selection of factory outlets. Maybe one day they will attract more tenants. But until then this place is a skip on the outlet mall circuit.

2021-08-24The outlet is just diminished. Only a handful of stores open. Used to love going there with all the stores open. So sad. 😔😔😢

2021-07-12I know COVID hurt a lot of stores, but I was shocked at the empty storefronts in what was a thriving center. I was especially shocked that Vanity Fair had disappeared. It was still on Google Maps, so we drove around thinking that it had moved, but I called the mall office and discovered that it was indeed gone and that Google would not remove the icon. That is just bad practice.I hope the mall can recover.

2020-10-27While many are surprised to learn that the Bellport Outlets are still around, I visit here quite often! There are still a handful of useful and discounted stores in the complex. Gap, Bass (shoes), a kitchen items store, pizzeria, Home Depot, Carter’s (baby clothes), my favorite: Vanity Fair (clothing, men&woman’s).... among others. It is quite sad to see so many open rental spaces, but like I said, there is still a lot left. It’s the perfect place to pop in to get a few essentials without worrying about the crowds of other Outlet centers.
