Ben and his team were present, understanding, prompt, informed, and professional.I highly recommend this law firm if you have concerns regarding matrimony and/or family court. In my case, Ben has been critical to meeting my needs in both areas.Ben is fair and will advocate for your needs and what is in your best interest. I most appreciated that I was greeted by name everytime I called and I felt that the team was well aware of my case at all times. 2022-01-27Getting divorced is one of the most stressful things you can go through in life. Having Ben Haber and his team by my side made it so much more comfortable. Ben is so smart and knowledgeable but more than that he is kind and calm. He reminded me every step of the way that I would be okay and gave possible outcomes in advance so I would feel prepared. Even though he is a gentle person, he is an absolute beast in Court and can more than hold his own. He dominated at our appearances and I’m sure my ex wished he were sitting next to Ben instead of his own lawyer. He is the opposite of the clichéd slimy lawyer. He would discuss possible additional costs and fees and strategize with me on how to avoid them while still reaching the best possible outcome. He kept me apprised of fees and I never felt taken advantage of. I feel that I got the best possible representation and I recommend him to everyone. I would be remiss if I didn’t also add that his staff are brilliant and so helpful. Jayne and Katie are friendly and sweet and know their stuff. If I had to do it all again I would use Ben Haber’s office without hesitation.

2022-01-28Benjamin Haber is highly qualified lawyer operating within the Family Court system. Benjamin went beyond my expectations and helped reunite me and my son during a very difficult family court case. Frankly most other lawyers would have quit on me. Benjamin stuck with me and fought along side me like he was fighting for his own son. This Family Court system is not easy to navigate and quite frankly difficult to understand most of the time for normal people like me. He walked me through the process step by step and guided me to a successful outcome. I thank the Good Lord for providing me with a very capable and caring lawyer to fight for me and my son.

2022-01-27Divorce and child custody issues are some of the worst times in most peoples lives but Ben and his staff are really helping me through it. 2021-07-16Ben Haber is an excellent Lawyer. He is extremely knowledgeable; always prepared and very conscientious. I am so pleased that I chose him to represent me in my very difficult divorce. I couldn’t have been more pleased with his His legal assistants Katie and Jane who were wonderful smart extremely friendly and very hands on. I can’t express how fortunate I was to have him as my attorney. My ex husband endlessly tried to delay the divorce ,using every delay tactic there was ,Ben Haber stayed the course he knew exactly what and when to do it . In the end We won and Justice was served!! 2021-07-02I cant tell you what Ben & Katie have done for me.my life has been hard for 16 years and found a way to resolve every problem I had it hasnt really hit me yet that Im free of it all and I never have to see family court again. oh I never thought I can afford a lawyer but I was because Ben was affordable I paid $2,300 and for what I got I would have twic.e that. If your really this definitely at least call him. Thank you Ben & Katie for everything

2016-09-22Ben Haber and his staff patiently and thoroughly guided me through the difficult process. Ben has a brilliant legal mind and always found unique ways to deal with all of my issues. He responds in a timely manner and always devoted as much time as I needed, I never felt rushed by him. 2016-09-07I retained Ben a few years ago to handle my divorce and custody matter. He delivered on just about every account he said he would and still to this day represents me. My outcomes were far better than I could have ever expected. His fees are low compared to other family attorneys. Ben knows the ins and outs of family law and is quite devoted to it as well helping his clients understand it too. He is experienced, intelligent and confident. His assistant Jane is kind and compassionate. At the end of the day, litigation is not a joyous experience by any stretch but when life changing decisions lay in the hands of our judicial system, there is no other attorney I want by my side other than Ben. For anyone considering retaining Ben, it is imperative to follow his advice for the best results. He gets an A+ from me!

2018-12-31Mr. Haber is a consumate professional. Courteous. Kind. But a staunch legal representative. My elderly mother needed a legal voice regarding marital issues she was facing .He educated all the talking heads on her rights and how things would go from that point forward .I dont think her husband has recovered yet from that shock lol. - Thank you Benjamin Haber. I would highly recommend him if your looking for an attorney that you can trust and that is affordable .
