Been buying my granite and tiles here since I started owning homes. Angelo is great at helping you choose your tiles and his guy on the floor Luca is really helpful as well.
Very nice. Angelo was so nice. I went to Kohler and saw a medicine cabinet and it was $768 dollars. He got it for me for less alot less. I got everything from them tiles. He supports the community and should support him to keep given.. I love the stores and all the workers.Thanks Benson Tile.

Awesome people they had exactly what I was looking for. I needed to do a tile bathroom repair and the tile was discontinued. I had one tile with me and one of the people behind the counter knew exactly where they had a half a box left over. Thank you Benson tile you saved me and my costumer a lot of headache.

Bought tiles from store they way over priced me still went back for more tile got a price told me they had to be shipped from florida. So they would be even more money.. Went to another tile shop asked how much they sell the same tile was have the cost benson sold it it me for.. Then asked if they had it in stock cause i needed more.. And they have plenty.. Was told its a popular item.. So they keep stock.. So i gave all my busines to them. Doing 1000 sa ft of flooring in process of doing bathroom.. Benson nust gives u the run around
Be cautious placing orders.. the salesman will push to buy extra and claim you can return unopened boxes. But they will refuse the return saying they are all special orders. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with such dishonest practices.
Christina and John were so helpful . Christina is very patient and incredibly nice. I went to a few stores in the area and Benson Tile made me feel completely at home . They both walked me through the process and educated me on stone and limestone . Thanks Again for all your help .Highly Recommend
Wery good place to find a very large variety of mosaic and ceramic tiles Angelo Limitone is very friendly and can help you to make the right decision on picking the right tiles for your project . I recommend this store to everybody

2022-06-07Highly recommend Christina and Angelo. First and foremost their stock of tiles are beautiful. Great energy in the store and wide variety of selections. I decided to go with Calacatta tile (white with hints of gold). Our business always receives compliments on the Italian Benson tiles. See attached photos. Its been about 1 year with these tiles and they still shine/gloss the same way they appeared in the store when we initially selected them. I just purchased more of these same tiles, for another project. Worth every dime! You pay for what you get and these tiles will not disappoint. Our office receives many compliments on the tiles. Best part is fast delivery!

2020-10-20We initially ordered 1 box of Quarry tile to repair the patio but shortly realized that the whole patio needed to be replaced. The owner Angelo was great, he credited my deposit to the new order of tiles and gave me a good price. Owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.

2021-04-23A big shout out to JOHN SENDONE at Benson Interior. He helped us plan and design the most gorgeous master bathroom that could truly be in Architectural Digest and for a fraction of the cost if it came from there.John took time to sit with us and plan out the bathroom from the bottom up. He assisted us with magnificent porcelain tiles, lighting, exhaust fan, placement of switches, custom made shower door and so much more... The floating vanity is lighted and spacious. The faucet, shower head, handheld shower, towel bar, grab bar and toilet paper holder in matte gold add to the elegance. The lighted medicine chest has and an anti-fog button. The completed bathroom is timeless and beyond our wildest expectation!This is not the first time John has helped us. He also held our hand through Super Storm Sandy and all from that time still looks great.We cannot thank him enough for all he has done!!!The selection at Benson is amazing. They have everything. The quality and prices are the best. Benson interior is dependable and all our materials were delivered on time.We receive so many compliments from all and we cant wait to show off this latest bathroom in our house. Our family and friends who shopped there all feel the same way. It is so nice to be treated so royally when you go there. It beats going to overcrowded home improvement places.See John or any of their amazing staff. You will be impressed!

2020-11-11I am currently working on a bathroom renovation for my home and I came across Benson Tile because I needed a tile trim and had to place an order for a customized grout. The attention to detail and customer service is exceptional. They go above and beyond and have a large selection to choose from. I highly recommend this establishment and will definitely continue to keep coming here going forward.

2020-10-22I’ve been looking for a specific tile to match what I already have I’ve been to so may stores throughout Queens and Long Island And I have to say All the staff and Angelo were absolutely wonderful, kind, and patient. They went out of their way to help me find a good match. And their price was better than any or the other stores I went to

2017-11-10Would love to give them ten stars. Angelo and his brother are the best. There treatment of customers is like no other. I went tile shopping and visited many stores and can say I will not go anywhere else again. There prices were very reasonable and they went out of there way to help me with all of my needs. I can say I went in for prices and walk-out with a business relationship in which I will be buying all of my bathroom and kitchen needs from them moving forward. 5 star business in my opinion and experience as customer!!!

2018-07-28My mom and I walked into this store today. We were looking to buy, on the spot, mosaic accent tiles for our ongoing bathroom renovation. We decided to go to this store because it is not too far from our home. Upon entry, we were not acknowledged by any of the, around 5, store associates. About 3 of them were assisting one customer. We walked around for a while.... all while not being acknowledged by anyone in the store. I am sorry to say, but I cannot come to any other conclusion but that we were ignored because of the color of our skin- we are brown skinned, West Indian. Everyone else in the store was white. We eventually left the store, disappointed and shocked that business owners in this part of Queens, a very multicultural neighborhood, still behave in this manner.Would give 0 stars if possible.Anyway, their loss. We were able to purchase our accent mosaic tile at another store in College Point, where they had manners, decency, and a better tile selection!

2020-06-09I love this place. They are very professional & knowledgeable. The quality of tiles is the best I’ve seen. Their grand selection of tiles was overwhelming to choose from, but after explaining the look I was going for, they helped me make my decision easy.
