BentoBox customer The Simple Grill in Smyrna TN did not know how to do a refund. We never took food, because it was over 90 min from order to pick up. Restaurant told us to contact BentoBox. I had to tell BentoBox to teach business owner how to process a refund, and call me back. BentoBox never called me back as promised, and even dropped call on my follow-up. Had to perform a charge back. Subpar support. I understand the restaurant is their customer, but its our experience.

You better stay away from this company. They contact you only when they want your money.I currently am using Orderspoon to take online orders for my business and they charge $100/month. I contacted Bentobox and asked about pricing. Corey responded and said $248/month that covers hosting, customer support, website design....such things.There are a lot of hidden fees they did not explain. I tried to cancel my account when I found out but of course they ignored me.I had to call American Express and try to dispute that transaction. Hope I will get my money back.

Don’t even know where to start. Overpromised under delivered. Nobody takes responsibility for anything. After months and months of nothing but bounced back and forth promise after promise to no one answering calls or e mails. Being charged for months that website wasn’t even live, updates of menu needed never made, promised free months than deactivates website THE WORST customer service every contact I had is moved in the company so you never have a point of contact. You’d seriously be better with no website than dealing with this millennial run trash of a company . I waited months to write this review due to promise of fixing the issues but months later still no avail.

My only regret is that I didnt invent this company myself! We started with Bento two years ago and weve never looked back. I could really settle in and write an essay on how essential our Bento site has become for us but suffice it to say that were completely satisfied with our site as a digital marketing hub for our business and as well as the online ordering portal. We used to use Caviar and Grubhub for delivery and now that were 100% dine-out weve been able to use Bento for all our online ordering (as well as their integration with DoorDash Direct) which has cut our delivery/takeout fees by more than 75%! Great great support from their team and Im really looking forward to seeing what they do next!
