Bernadettes Cleaning Service does a great job for my father. She is very responsive, punctual and cooperative. We are always glad to see her!

2022-05-11Bernadette has been cleaning for me on a bi-weekly basis for 7 months now & Im very pleased with her service. From the very beginning, she has been very responsive and an excellent communicator -- if youre in the market for a cleaning service, you probably already know that you can spend hours filling out detailed descriptions of your home and what you want done and never even hear back when you request a quote! Bernadette got back to me quickly, came in person to assess the work, and provided a fair quote in a timely fashion. She confirms every cleaning, and does what she says she will do - and shes super pleasant to interact with, too. The perfect mix of professional work with a personal touch. So appreciative of her help in keeping my home clean so that I can enjoy the little spare time I have! (Plus I love to support a small, local business!)

2022-05-10We have used Bernadette for over two years now and she has always been wonderful. Even during Covid, she would come and clean our house with all of the safety precautions (we would not be present). She goes out of her way to work with your schedule and she has never had to cancel. Highly recommend her work.

2022-05-09Bernadette has been cleaning our house for several years, and she always does a great job. We have two big, shedding dogs, so shes a lifesaver helping us keep the dust and fur under control. Always very responsive.

2022-03-05Bernadette does a great job cleaning our split-level home. She is always on time, thorough and most importantly, trustworthy. Its so great coming home at the end of the day getting that fresh clean feeling. We would highly recommend BigBCleaning.

2022-05-10Bernadette is professional, reliable, responsive and cheerful. It’s such a pleasure to come home from work to a clean house. She does the level of cleaning that we requested and is trustworthy and careful (with prior cleaning services, we had damage caused by cleaning products or carelessness and have never had any issues like that with Bernadette).

2022-05-09I have to say, I was really looking forward to writing a great review but unfortunately this is not that. I contracted for a deep clean and really receive a standard cleaning. I wont go into details except to say she didnt deliver all she said and there was a whole room not clean. Fans were not clean and a swiffer is to maintain a floor, not a deep clean. She did offer to return and complete parts she didnt finish but I was so disappointed that she didnt even apologize but argued her point. When I give my hard earned money for a service, I expect it to be delivered.I see the response of the owner and a whole 3 bedroom house includes the family room, even if turned into a dog room. My whole house was apart of the contract. It is also why I had you come on Friday when they wouldnt be there.How else do you clean under bed and other furniture besides using a swiffer, you move them or properly clean under them. I use whats called a mop. You didnt even completely clean under bed, even with swiffer. There was still dust under the bed.I dont want to go back and forth. You know what you did and didnt do. I sent photos and you said you never saw a white ceiling fan and told me you cleaned the two upstairs. I have two whiteceiling fans, the one upstairs you said you cleans and in the kitchen, which you said you didnt see. When I pointed that out thats when you said youll come back.You came to do a job and didnt do your best and still never apologized. You came on the review defending yourself with lies and yet still never apologized. That says a lot about you. Had your customer service been different I would have written a better review.

2020-11-17Bernadette does a wonderful job cleaning our house. She is efficient, friendly, and very professional. She will do anything we ask, within reason! Even washed our basement steps. :-)

2019-11-15We have a distribution center for medical supplies and Bernadette cleans the facility once a week for us. She has been cleaning, vacuuming, taking care of the restrooms & dusting for us for going on four years now.
