I had the best experience. I flew all the way from Texas. Breana helped me and she was so sweet and very helpful. I had this one dress in mind for months but when I tried it on its condition wasnt the best which I was very upset about. Breana went above and beyond and found me a dress that I absolutely fell in love with better than the one I flew in for. Kudos to Breana I cant wait to wear my dress on my wedding day.
Terrible terrible experience with this showroom. I wanted a specific dress and after confirming it was in store, flew from California to NY to try it on (because no returns allowed). After booking my flight, I was informed that they actually didnt have the dress. I thus took a chance and ordered the dress, which was supposed to be delivered for my engagement photos within 2 weeks to a month. I kept following up but the manager kept delaying and was super rude and entitled- keep in mind that I dropped several thousands $$$ on one of their dresses. I finally got the dress after more than THREE MONTHS, not to mention the horrible customer service experience. If you decide to buy from them, make sure you have a CONTRACT for Delivery. Ive looked at consignment websites and seen that some of their dresses are for sale because they were delivered after the wedding date!
My dream dress! Long overdue but if you want a berta, you need to come to NYC to get one. Huge selections, I found my dress after one day of fitting.
The staffs are nice and helpful, they helped me a lot throughout the day and they were not pushy at all! I finally bought my gown here and I’m in love with it! Only one little thing happened at the end, the final price I paid was higher than she mentioned in the fitting room, it would be even nicer to double check the price before telling the client. Other than that, everything’s perfect :)
Found the dress of my dreams at Berta with the help of the wonderful staff! They were able to pull the dresses I originally came in to see as well as provide amazing recommendations for other options.You can snag a really great deal with the showroom samples, or order your exact dress of choice from the entire catalog.Breyanna is the sweetest and was really quick to help research and expedite an order for my upcoming wedding. The dresses are somehow even more beautiful in person, so I highly recommend checking the showroom out!

2022-08-09Had the best experience at Berta NYC! I came in looking for a second party/wedding dress and was not disappointed! They had so many different options I knew I would find something that day. I worked with Breyanna and she was AMAZING! She took the time to go through all the dresses with me and made sure my experience was great. While trying on the dresses she even took pictures for me so I can look back at them and send them to my sister to see. 10/10 highly recommend working with Breyanna and Berta NYC!

2022-08-15I visited Berta Showroom in New York City early this month and I cannot find the right words to describe the entire experience of picking out my wedding dresses. I took my mom and my 11-year-old daughter with me and they treated us like queens.I had all these dresses picked in advance from hours of browsing through Berta collections and they had no problems allowing me to try on every single dress I wanted; and of course I could go back to try the final picks to be 100% sure. After Covid my short memory fails a lot and I forgot the name of the girl who helped me directly but she is a beautiful top-model like blonde that I’ve seen on Berta NYC Instagram and she was helpful, kind and patience with me. My daughter was filming me to create a video with all the dresses and I was worried about the time but they actually encouraged her to do it and even help her. The place is beautiful. Perfect for your social media pictures. It’s very comfy for your entourage and the service is sooo personalized and caring that I cannot give them less than a 10+ for all they are and for all they do for you as a customer.Special thanks to Megan that was in communication with me for several weeks prior my appointment. During the appointment she continued helping me and even now she keeps helping me as I wait for my dresses and I have last minute special requests (a choker and a robe!! Lol). Megan you’re an amazing asset for Berta NYC. Thank you for all youve done for me.

2021-11-04The Berta NYC store is beautiful when you walk in. Not only because of the gowns, but the showroom itself is wide, open, and has lots of natural lighting. I really appreciated that they only have one appointment at the time, because it took a lot of pressure off of perusing the dresses. This was my first officially dress shopping appointment and it did not disappoint. Jackie was so helpful and kind and really helped me try on a variety of dresses. I could tell that she really wanted to make sure I was trying on dresses I loved and could really see myself wearing at my wedding. She has such good suggestions and if you are going into Berta, try to make sure she is available to help you out.Awesome store, awesome staff!

2022-03-08Jewel Lynne customized my veil for me! She created my dream veil down to the very last detail! Very responsive and it was at my house within two days of shipping! She gave me strict instructions on how to store my veil since my wedding is a few months out and it was easy to follow. Will 100% be going to her for alterations once my dress arrives from Berta NYC!!!

2019-08-02I went to Bertas sample sale and found my dream wedding dress! Lindsey helped me at my appointment and was beyond amazing. She was so sweet, patient and honest. She even helped me FaceTime family members who couldnt be there. I highly recommend Berta dresses and especially Lindsey! I cant wait to wear my dress next year for my special day. Thanks again!

2021-02-21Liana was just amazing!! She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help me get a dress that Ive been eyeing for awhile. I dont live in NYC. Over phone and email she was able to correspond and give me an accurate description and pictures of my dress. I was able to purchase the dress without ever stepping into the store with absolutely no regret AND it arrived to my house in less than a week!! Liana was my original contact when I purchased my wedding dress as well. Lindsay was there to help. Both ladies are just great! They were very helpful to offer recommendations on tailoring and where to go to for accessories to match a Berta.Liana was just so helpful with me in my first experience with my wedding dress, I had to come back! Definately find Liana when you go to Berta!

2021-11-27I booked my appointment with Berta months in advance and I have family members flying in from across the country to be with me for my appointments. They canceled my appointment less than two weeks in advance with no apologies. The woman who called was extremely rude and I don’t wish this experience on any other bride. They’re unreliable and I’m glad I dodged a bullet sooner rather than later.

2019-07-21Went there for my wedding dress and found the dress of my dreams! They only take 1 appointment at a time and have a huge show room so it feels so glamorous. I love love love love my dress. I could not be more excited. If you love Berta, go here!
