Arif at Besmatch was amazing! He helped me sell a 1br co-op apartment in Peekskill, NY. He created a contract with me that I was comfortable with that also encouraged buyers agents to pursue this listing. He was able to get several bids on the property very quickly and got me over asking price. When the management board failed to approve the buyer he was quick to reach out to the board, discuss their criteria, and quickly found me another buyer. He recommended a lawyer for me who had a very reasonable rate and did great work. There were lots of hoops to jump through with this co-op sale, but Arif was competent and comfortable in navigating all of the issues.Thank you Arif!

I am truly grateful for the training that I received at Besmatch Real Estate. I had a closing scheduled 2 weeks ago, but due to the spread of covid19, my sellers attorney’s & office staff was effected and unable to attend closing. Thanks to the skilled training I received from my Coach and Broker at Besmatch, instead of rescheduling the closing, I was able to provide my seller an alternate attorney to close the transaction on time. I was a recent customer that dealt with Francis Anasu on the potential sale of 561 Walton Avenue, here in the Bronx. My investment crew and I submitted an offer on the property, and everything was moving forward smoothly. The only real sticking point during the negotiations was whether or not the house could be delivered vacant, which Francis assured us it could. Fast forward a week, we now have an accepted offer, and pay to have an inspection completed only to find out several weeks later that the property will not be delivered vacant and that Francis has been misrepresenting the property to not only myself, but to a few previous buyers.I have texts, emails, a deal sheet and a sworn affidavit from the attorneys stating that Francis represented that this property would be delivered vacant. Last week, I tried to reach out to Francis on both email and calls, to simply ask him to refund me the $800 inspection fee and I will cease pushing this matter any further. I tell you this, so that you know what type of work Francis has been doing and to avoid using him or Besmatch at all costs.
I worked with Christopher Baksh and Sergio Garcia in selling my home in Throgs Neck. I thought I could only get 625k but they ended up getting me 700k on the sale. I looked at their track record on the listing appointment and noticed most of their listings sold over the asking. I would highly recommend them to get your home sold if your looking for the most amount of money. Now their helping my family and I purchase in westchester.

I was interested in a property brokered by this agency. The realtor is the most unprofessional person Ive dealt with. After reading the reviews I see it has happened to a lot of people. The realtor is puts a third person on the call as a representative of the seller but then ends up getting information from you to actually get a mortgage through them.The realtor Daniel Olivo, made an appointment to show me a place and then calls 4 hours later to tell me he had an emergency.Daniel Olivo even offered half of his fees to get this deal through. And still insist on putting the bank representative George Ockovic, who got mad in a call, because he will be able to overlook anything that was wrong with my credit history.Every call is a different answer, and a different story. I bet the reply will be sorry to hear of your experience, hope you give us another chance.

In six months my place was only shown one time by Mark Giles. A lot good talk convinced me to go with him to sell my property, however now that six months have gone by I am looking for a more reliable realtor. He never called or emailed me unless I first reached out to ask for an update. I will make sure none of my friends or family members ever use Besmatch realtors. Such a waste of my six months.
I was referred to Noel Cohen by a co-worker of mine about 2 years ago. My experience with the staff has always been outstanding to say in the least. Sharene was a very different experience from my previous realtors. She was available and attentive to answer all my questions. She guided us to and through the home buying process. She immediately set up appointments for showings that interested us as well as hunting down other potential properties including finding us a rental apartment when we absolutely had to move within a month. Perhaps for sellers this agency is performing up to par. However, I have dealt with two of their realtors in regards to purchasing and they are literally the worst.They actually lie to the potential buyers to maximize their earnings. I assume they do it to get larger sellers fee, but its almost as if they place all properties in bidding wars. Poor experience (and absolutely no sale) with any of their realtors. Im glad to see they treat the sellers better though.

If I could give this realtor -1 I would. This real estate and realtors are the worst and they’re cons.They promised me and my family a house, begged them for 2 weeks for the contract and we finally get the contract and send it back they backed out of the deal and gave it to someone else. They want you to take there loan officer and go about it how they want so they can make all the profit of it! I will never do business with these clowns ever again. I’ll be calling the city on the business to close this realtor down.

I am very disappointed, I had a interview for a apartment the broker was to come with me in which he did not. Then to top if off my inspection for the apartment was today and i was told her has to go pick up his car. And he dont have all day to wait for no one all day.Ok so why did i pay you you did nothing for me. I am very unhappy.

Evasive and deceptive. Purchasing properties under addresses as names ? Property ownership registered to other like named properties ? NOT TRANSPARENT. What is there to hide & WHY ?If I were to conduct any business with a person or company, conducting such practices, Id rather go elsewhere. Property has value, conduct business elsewhere...in the light.
Charged an illegal price for the application fee (more than 20 dollars is not legally allowed) then the lease i was supposed to be signing was extremely exploitative.

I was put on hold for 10 mins and then disconnected. I called back and tried to explain to the female who answered the phone (Tamara) what happened and when I asked to repeat her name her exact words were Tamara yup Tamara loud and rude. If they cant answer the phone professional how can they be trusted with your home or property.
Biggest scam ever . Karen smith what a joke . Requested to see an apartment , she didn’t even come meet me . Had the super show me after I waited an hour to see it . The application is fake . The place to drop off the application and money doesn’t exist , I went and even called and received the run around . The apartment is on a different website under a different location this whole thing is a joke unfortunately don’t waste your time or money .
Not happy - did not like the crooked ways of the mr Haero Matos who claims to be working here...he demanded money out of me and my husband ...for a rental property in east meadow which I DID NOT COME TO KNOW ABOUT THROUGH HIM ...I had seen the property in a local Indian store ...which had nothing mentioned about ANY realtor at all it was an add provided by the “OWNER” of the property himself ... be careful while dealing with this company ..

2022-02-08Buying my first home was a very informative process. Erika King and Tristan Dillon-McCallum were both super helpful, patient, kind and personable. They really worked with our budget and explained how property taxes works in Westchester, since we were moving from Brooklyn. They were always readily available and on top of their game. Once we put our offer in, the team really managed and walked us through the rest of the process. They kept in contact with the bank and provided routine updates and proposed deadlines. Erika also found us a Black home inspector and a Black real estate attorney, which was very important to us. She even found us a home that was being sold by a black family, who also had an all black supporting staff. I mean the BLACK DRIP was everywhere!!!! I highly recommend, especially if you are transitioning for the 5 boroughs to Westchester.

2022-01-24Omari was awesome to work with! He was constantly advocating on behalf of his client and responsive at all times. He continued to follow up when the seller side dragged their feet and personally visit the property on several occasions to make sure it was proper condition for his buyer.
