John Scheffler came for an evaluation on our leaking roof today. From scheduling the apt to him coming within a week, and showed up on time- seamless business. John was knowledgeable and friendly. Hands down 5 star company.
We hired Besroi to do the siding on the front of our house. We had one issue with something they had done and they came back and corrected it, the following week. Overall they were pleasant to work with, and the gutter crew who came out was really top notch - friendly, kept up informed, etc. The work they did was high quality and we have already called them back for an estimate on another project since we appreciated the quality of the work and the good service when something went wrong.

Had an estimate scheduled for 5:30pm. Got a call around 2pm saying they were in our neighborhood. No one was home to talk with them, or show them the concern we have with our gutters. They called again and said they would not honor the 5:30pm scheduled estimate time. We even said we could be home by 5pm and the employee said, Not to be rude, but Ive been up since 5am doing this. Not sure why they scheduled the estimate for 5:30pm.: So we told him to leave, and that we wont be doing business with this company, that was already hard to coordinate and deal with. We had made our appointment over two weeks prior. And purposely scheduled after work so we could be home. Very disappointing.
Our new roof a beautiful!! This company took the time to come inside with my two busy toddlers and explain the types of roofs and the process. They are always in contact and keep us in loop. Brian has gone out of his way to speak with our insurance to straighten out questions. The crew came and they were so fast stripping and replacing the entire roof. They are patiently working with us on payment. I am so proud to have such a nice home improvement that we kept their sign out for forever. This company was facebook recommended to us through several friends-- and with good reason! Thank you Besroi!

Besroi is the roofing experience you want and deserve. After high winds wrecked my roof, Besroi was recommended on fb to us. After calling and setting up an appointment with Brian, it became clear that we had made the right choice. Brian made sure to explain everything to us not from his vendor standpoint, but keeping our view as the customer at the for front. That man put my mind at ease during the entire process.After selecting our roof, the guys over at Besroi came out as soon as possible. The entire process of tear down and new installation only took about one and a quarter days. I was impressed. They made sure to keep the place safe and clean as they did so. Professionalism was apparent in everything they did. They also made sure we knew everything about the shingles we were selecting. The new roof looks spectacular and really compliments our house well.We were dealing with the insurance company dragging their feet when about a week after the installation, Brian called me. He wasnt calling me to hastle us about the payment, he was solely calling us to make sure his guys did good, and that us the customer was happy.I cant recommend these guys enough. The whole experience was on a new level of customer service that will definitely stick with me an my family. Brian and the people at Besroi are top notch!!
Needed a new roof and new roof sheeting. I had water damage and mold. They came on time, were professional, and did everything they said they would. The cost was cheaper than most other bids. Highly recommend!!

Besroi sided our house this past summer. We couldnt be happier with the results. Rick was lead on our project and went above and beyond. Weve received so many nice comments from neighbors. They were the most economical option as well. A few hiccups in communication and the project went a little long, the folks at besroi went out of their way to make good on those issues. we would recommend besroi for any work and will be using them again soon for our next project.

Roof teardown and new roof put on very quickly. They were couteous and friendly. Roof recently withstood 70 MPH winds and storm. Highly recommend Besroi. Reasonable too
Okay. Today was a predicted windy day but the crew that did the work 3 houses from mine did not take any extra care with project debris. There are pieces of felt paper in the yard of the 2 houses downwind from where they worked -- both senior citizens who wont be able to deal with the mess left in their yards. (Both of those yards really need to be raked to clean up the pieces of felt paper.) And neighbors across the street were picking up larger pieces and shingle wrappers that landed in their yard.When my husband went to talk to the crew, they made a minor effort but didnt do enough...The work on the house may be fine... the crew got in and out in one day... but its now supposed to rain tonight and several houses are going to have soggy felt paper embedded in our yards... Im not impressed.

Had them take a look at my tear off, said they’d grab satellite for the quote. Turned out they couldn’t get the image. Said they’d come back for measurements. Never did. I called the office, they were no help.

2022-01-06Besroi roofing and siding is one of the best and most reliable companies in the area. Very prompt to show up when called for an issue and just as prompt on getting the issue/issues fixed as soon as possible. Everyone who works there is very experienced in a broad variety of of trades as well as very respectful. I highly recommend them as the company to call if you have any issues with roofing, siding, windows, doors, trim, gutters or even something as silly as replacing a vent cap that blew off in a wind storm. Theyre great both in the office and in the field!

2022-07-19I contracted with Besroi in October of 2021. They did not call to make appointment to do job. I called numerus times, but received no return call until March of 2022. They showed up but could not do roof as garage needed structural repair. They did not tell me this when they gave me contract in October. So Frank came out and gave me a estimate/contract for structural repair in March. And I called and I waited for a call back which never came. I finally called another company in June and my roof and repairs were done in July..Besroi has no customer service, perhaps if the job would have been larger they would have given me the attention I deserved.To be ignored, told lies and treated like second class. I cant give them more than one star and that is for Melissa and Jessica in the office who where professional and wonderful and very nice.
