Store was empty of products. I hope that they had a great season and not that they are closing down. Everyone was polite but busy with the few customers in the store. Its hard to find workers to talk to in stores. I gave it three stars because of low inventory but had other great option like gift cards that were great.
Best buy is the absolute worst in MY opinion. I bought a tv which came a week late once I got it it was broken cracked screen now Im fraustrated I call customer service all they can do is offer a boat load of excuses and apologies for not being able to come back and unload this hunk of junk ugh long story short I bought the TV at the end of August its now the 21st of September and IM STILL WAITING FOR MY REPLACEMENT TV TO COME
Absolutely hate best buy. Had ordered an ipad for Xmas, was supposed to pick it up on Xmas Eve in store. But then got my order cancelled randomly days after purchase and 2 days before Xmas. When I contacted customer support they informed me that they didnt have stock to fulfill before Xmas. Scumbag move by bestbuy. I went to B&H photo and got it faster without any hassle.
This is the worsts experience I ever had in my life I been waiting for my delivery scents Monday Best Buy keep rescheduling on me and I have to call them to find out my appointment haves to be rescheduled I took off of work 3days for this I am completely unhappy and this all started from the sales guy didn’t put in my Monday schedule day smh today is Thursday and I still don’t have my order I been on hold waiting for some answers for 46min now smh
Its ok... Well some time has passed since my last review. November 2021 I had to order a new TV. So i placed my order online. And for 4 days. I received emails and text messages. That stated my TV was loaded onto a delivery van and was being shipped. Granted i understand delivery takes time. But its truly unprofessional for Best buy to state 2 day shipping. And the package just sits for days. Finally i had to visit the actual store. To see if i could pick up my TV. During my visit i discovered that the online store and physical store are 2 different stores. Total waste of time places this order online.
I love going to Best Buy any day! I am guessing because of the pandemic and less traffic from customers that product production is low. Everything I wanted to purchase that day had to be ordered. The Ipad and the Samsung phone all have to be ordered. But I was able to get some wireless head phones to try out.
My issues with best buy this year have to do with the lack of knowledge that some of the associates have but not all of them bacause the ones that dont know something at least ding a way to help but others simply dont. On black Friday I purchased online a tablet, an external hard drive and a laptop (hp envy 360 i7 Intel processor with 12 gigs of ram 512 gigs hard drive) they had half of my order ready in the Bronx terminal store but the laptop was not available and the website says that there are some available in the fordham RD location. I go to the fordham RD store to get my laptop and they tell me that the order is being verified but I already have half of my order and my card was already charged, once in the store they tell that I need to call the best buy customer service number from the back of my card (I have a best buy card) and they placed me on hold for 45 minutes to speak with a supervisor because the person on the line was not understanding what was happening after speaking to the supervisor and not going anywhere I canceled my order. Once on the store I was convinced the another laptop did exactly the same that I needed compared to the one from the canceled order. Once I got the laptop I tested it and it did no do any of the things I told the associate I needed for the laptop to do so I returned the laptop (one canceled order and now a laptop return) I go back to the store that is closer to me to return the laptop and there another associate was trying to help on getting another laptop but she was to able to answer any of the questions I had about the laptop and the things that I needed. Then another associate that had help me in the past came through and was able to help as best as he could but was not very knowledgeable on what I needed and called someone that supposedly knew what I wanted and sold and extra hard because the laptop they were trying to sell did not have the amount of storage that I needed and was told that it was user friendly upgradable I took the new hard drive and the new laptop home and when trying the upgrade it was literally imposible to do. I could take it anymore and went to a 3rd best buy store to get one they had in stock that could finally do what I needed. One I got the new laptop and returned the other one this new had a damaged screen and I did mentioned to the associate at the third store that the box was dented and the sticker looked like it was removed and put back again. Now I have to go back to that particular store where they have more available and see if it works. Is a long review but I needed to get this out of my chest.
Now that it is all said and done. Best buy customer service here is unprofessional, and lacks empathy in helping their customers. Mainly the appliance manager at this particular store(He needs to be retrained..You can show him this too). Please understand that if you are in a manager position then act like you have a sense of how to assistant someone properly. There should be NO reason why I had to stand in the store on the phone with corporate because you didnt want or do your job to assist us. Your team was on their phone and did everything but what they are paid to do. He didnt even know if i was a mystery shopper.You looked me in my face and told me Google corporate ,so I did and here we are. Thanks to your lack of professionalism, I got it done myself and now after 3 months of battling this place ...The appliance was finally delivered. To the Best buy corp...please send your contact info to this store so that they can practice how to contact you in their time of need or make sure the wifi is functional so when the customers have to report your staff,it is a little smoother. Luckily ,I gave the 1 star for the positve professional courtesy corporate gave. HAPPY Holidays!!
Worst best buy Ive been too in the 5 boroughs. There was no body to help in 2 different sections. I ended up having to ask security to send some one to the section I needed. Then I went to buy a open box item and was charged for a item that was more expensive. I only noticed when I looked the item up online. They had to cancel it and go get the right label to charge me the right price. Worst. I was in the store for a extra 35 minutes. Worst worst worst, they need to hire more people and train them better.
This was my go to store when I used to live in NYC, but I am not a fan of the geek squad department. Came in recently to buy a surround system for my moms TV and the sales agents were very knowledgeable on what would go well with the TV and our needs. We ended up getting a system that was more expensive than what we initially wanted, but it was absolutely worth it!
I know its important that everyone works right now(COVID-19), and I am no rocket surgeon but its my opinion that vampires should not be in charge of Curbside Pickup. I placed an order for Curbside Pickup, they labeled it as picked up without me ever having touch the store. In the future I am going to just leave, and perform a charge back.
Disappointed and disgusted with customer service, I paid for an extended warranty for a Nintendo switch and unfortunately could not get the help I needed in a replacement. I was just handed a paper and told to call this Number to get a replacement. Why pay for a service if you can’t even come into store for help. Manger Mario was rude and after asking to speak to his manager Archie which was no help at all. Bestbuy needs to train there employees to have just Common courtesy for their customers. Will not be coming back
Customer service needs alot more improvement, staff hanging out and on their phones is unacceptable. I literally walk for about 10 minutes more or less before I found someone that would Help Me, I asked him to help me find an Modem/wireless router with certain specifications and according to him the item was not in stock. I asked him to help me find another brand with those specifications and he said that the store did not have any in stock, told me to order it online. I looked through the shelves and of course I found the modem I was looking for. Its a shame that most stores in the Bronx have suck terrible customer service.
Employees so rude when we ask for help they alway talking on the phone they get mad if you bother them like we asking for something for free they are very rude i went to buy something I had to wait like for an hour for help and when they finally come to help they have an attitude I was going to buy it so I had a few questions about the difference between two things her answer was you want it or not if you what go to the front and pay for it I asked for the manager they had me waiting for him for more than an hour never show up
Customer service experiences here is bad. I went there to buy a AC & TV. the gentleman in the front going to ask me for my I.D to be able to used the go karts to take my items to my car.( My I.D. has my personal information)Bruh I just spent alot of money, no one asked me for help. They all standing around looking at me. While Im checking out taking these items to my car. Its a totally different places when you to a best buy in the City. Everyone is so friendly.
Bought a open box computer the guy said it comes with no keyboard but everything else is in there. I went home there was a keyboard but no wires how am I suppose to use it? He should of check before he gave it to me. So I took it returned it and got my $617.00 back. Warning to all! Don’t buy open box items if so check before you purchase it. Also the male cashier was not helpful he lack energy and did not want to be there. For me this was a waste of time.
The store itself is just fine. Theres a clear organization and display to everything to make sure what youre looking for is present and viewable. Its also a clean location that manages the flow of customers well. The staff is terrible. Theyre either never around, hiding away, talking among each other, or just out right ignoring customers. Even when you approach them with help youre met with an attitude and a sucking of the teeth; highly unprofessional.If it werent for the terrible staff then this would be a great location. As is, its only a great spot to pick up your online orders.
I went yesterday to purchase a laptop . There werent enough staff available to assist. The employee that was available wasnt very helpful. He made me he feel he didnt want to be there. His energy didnt want me to buy anything. The laptop I was looking for wasnt in stock.
Could be cleaner and a bit more organized. I understand that theyre trying to make their lines a a lot more practical in such trying times, however, they are a mess at this location. Especially on weekends. Id definitely avoid weekend visits until thats rectified.Other than that, their floor reps dont assist you unless you track one down, which could take quite a while.Geek squad was great though.
I went to this location yesterday to look for a electric razor. Is this location is going out of business?? So many empty shelves and the store looked like it was closing for good.Couldn’t find anyone on the floor to ask a question or find out how much the item cost. I had to go to the cashier to get a price.
I always have a good experience. If I purchase an item and I come back to return it for an actual reason theyre always pleasant and courteous. No matter the color of your skin . Its a wonderful and pleasant environment and well stocked. Ive been going to this particular BB and their stuck with me , lol.... Thank you for all the years of great hospitality😁.
Where to start? Couldnt Find any associates to help at all. Best Buy is pretty Easy to navigate. However the Shelves had all the wrong Items in all the wrong places. The online store pick up lines ,and the Regular customer lines where crossed over.. I can literally keep going but,, im not.. this was the issue I had, and its a shame, because this Particular Best Buy a Year ago was on point.
Nice clean store. VERY SAD DVD and Blu Ray selection. Why entice me to buy a big screen TV and Blu Ray player if youre not going to have the supporting software. Not all of us stream you know. And too many straight to Video movies. Not many classics or recent flicks to suit my taste. I hate having to pre order movies to ensure I get to have them. And not selling CDs but selling vynil is just downright silly to me. At least Target carries a small selection of new stuff there. I prefer having a CD over a download any day.
Not sure if its the store or the warehouse weve ordered two bose speakers and the description it says it comes with a cover and it doesnt. When we called bose they say all speakers of that model are sent with the cover so who is doing the false advertising and whos just flat out taking them out the box for resale hmmm.
Went here today and went to pay at the customer service window since there were no cashiers in the checkout area. I asked customer service representative Alicia about the product since I was not familiar with it and couldn’t find a sales associate for assistance. She immediately called someone to help me. Kiki was so informative and actually directed me to another product that better suited my needs. I would definitely visit here again. With that said, be careful coming here to return your item. Alicia was the only person behind the counter and the line was incredibly long.
Dont get your Apple Products serviced here.I scheduled 2 weeks ahead of time from Apples website, took a $20 Uber, only for them to tell me on arrival they do not and wont ever have the service part in stock. They told me to go to the Apple store. What a joke and waste of time!
Its a little okay here. No complaints as of yet. They usually help with your problems ,but if they cant? Theyll work it out with ya. Stock is so so. Be sure to check inventory before arriving on the app they have. Helped me a lot to see if the item I needed was in stock before heading over there. Lines are long sometimes ,but overall its a good place to shop when they have what you need.
Place is like Zombieland in there. Workers are rinse and offer no assistance at all. I walked around for about 10 minutes without help until I walked up to the counter only to be told it’s not there area. Unbelievable. Worthless staff and store. I had to drive to Micro Center in Yonkers. Way much better service
I ordered Resident Evil 8 Deluxe Edition packed with a free Steelbook Case for store pick-up. They said your order was ready for pick. I went all the way there by public transportation and when I picked it up, it was missing the free Steelbook case that was supposed to be placed together. No one knew what happened to it and they couldnt even replace it because they were all out of stock. After having problems before with Bestbuy and their store-pickup I think Ill choose to have it delivered from now on.
Normally you cant go wrong with Best Buy, the week before I picked up an Xbox Series X from the 86 & Lex location with no problem at all. However at the Exterior St location I cant say the same. I went to pick up a PS5, order pickup, and I guess the assumption is that everyone drives here, because I was just given the box with nothing to conceal it. I asked why dont they have large any bags, and I was told they havent had large bags since November! (My visit March 19th). A scarce system that is $500 retail and is being flipped for at least double the retail price, and you dont have large bags since November?!?. Walking out of there I felt like I was in a spy drama, Im looking around me and over my shoulder, to see if anyone suspects the obvious in my hands, smh. 👎🏽
I buy most of my electronics from Best Buy. I am an oldie once loving Radio Shack, and The Wiz. Best Buy has a lot to offer online but not so much in the stores, which unfortunately is what many consumers prefer. It is better so see an item and be able to touch it and talk with a salesperson before paying for it. But depending on what neighborhood youre in, good luck with finding a salesperson to help you. Theyre in the store, but like many stores, they are buzzing about not minding customers.There was a time years ago when you walked into a store you were bombarded by sales associates willing to assist you. I have left the store a few times because either the few associates were busy, or because there was a groupnof them chatting away with each other ignoring customers.If you have no customer you have no business. Let that be your motto.
Its nice, could be cleaned a little more because COVID. This is also a PSA for customers. Stop trying to steal from this store. Why is it that every time I went, the alarm goes off and TSA is running rampant, through the store. Buy your stuff. your money is also going into property taxes for this store in our neighborhood. I enjoy shopping in my neighborhood where I live, because it helps stimulate us economically.

There are four people in front of me right now in customers services. There are two representatives helping the same customers. I have been here for 40 minutes on the line. No one has come to help them. This not good customer services. There are seven customers behind me. It is closing time. There should be a better system.
I got my laptop and Bluetooth speaker in sale before Christmas last year. I ordered online and it was ready within 15 mins both times. I enjoyed my experience each time I came here. I hope it continues to get even better. And Im always greeted and told have a nice day in a friendly tone.
Honestly they have really good deals on the flatscreen TVs , but Jesus Christ, the customer service sucks. If Im an employee here & I see someone is not sure of what to get, my job is to walk up to them and ask them how I can be of any help. I will show that customer choices, walk them around so I make them confident. Helping them make the purchase. But no, they just pass by you like youre nobody.
Worst customer service ever! There are like 2 reps overworked and nowhere to be seen. Then, as I gave up trying to get some electronics unlocked, I decided to get them online instead. However, I still needed to get an item, and while I was looking for the check out cashier, I asked a rep and she was extremely rude. Honestly, I will not go to this store ever again, online or Manhattan stores are better options.
This Best Buy location is great. They have all sorts of electronic devices such as the latest cellphones from Samsung, LG, Apple and Google. They have appliances, cookware, coffee machines, computers, laptops, tablets, smart watches and fitness devices. They have entertainment systems like receivers, sound bars, TVs, game consoles and much more for the same or better prices then the competition. The staff is friendly and plentiful.
Worst experience ever that I had going to a Best Buy. I’ve literally went inside a war zone when I got there workers were arguing with clients left and right one of the manager there is very rude and unprofessional. Best Buy ya gotta do better and this is someone who used to work in retail and customer service knowing how difficult people can be, but this store was really one of the worst experience, oh and if you are trying to return something don’t even think about coming here.
Went in to get two phones, but they didnt have phone cases for them anywhere, so I had to return them, they didnt give me any issues, always clean, but empty, well the games are always empty, but people are great.6/28/2021. Come in for order pick up, text said ready for pick up now, at 10am, I Come in at 1220pm. Being wait for 20mins. And the cashiers on her phone maken a personal appointment. She call downstairs to find my package. They found it. Great.
They do not answer their phones! This is frustrating considering the circumstances we are in right now. It says your call will be answered in the next 3 mins yet here I am on hold for over 20 mins! The generic Best Buy number is useless also as they just direct your query to the store of purchase. Never again will I purchase from Best Buy.
We went to Best Buy on December 20th it was a Spanish lady deal who was kind of rude anyway she see we was waiting on the young lady to help us so the young lady was supposed to help us first but instead of helping us first she went and helped the Spanish lady first the young lady ring up the lady stuff first she ring up my daughter iPhone second we stood there patiently could have made a big deal about it because that was racist you supposed to be helping us first because the Spanish lady came in and she Spanish like you you figure out I got to help her first because she Spanish go big corporations need to do something going to your store and see whats going on go undercover I would like to see people picket at other stores like Best Buy Target a lot of places not just Starbucks I think a lot of stores need to be closed I know its not the owners of the stores or the corporation but I blame them to when you hire people racist people oh you let other people hire racist people and you dont check on your store Im seeing how the customers are being treated or reading the comments if you hire different diversity maybe a lot of this wouldnt be going on because they will be ashamed to do it in front of other people and they will know a little better some wood sometime I wonder the people who own these corporations or another Donald Trump and they are very slow in the store they dont get the order right and you cant find somebody they talked about white people are racist Spanish people are just as racist I know black people racist an Asian most of your work is a Spanish where are the other people dont say it because its the Bronx because Harlem a lot of diversity
I think this gotta be the worst bestbuy in NYC! Very disorganized and frustrating! Theres no where to park. You park inside you gotta pay $4 dollars even for just 5 minutes. You buy something online or on the bestbuy app, they send you an email saying your order is ready for pickup and when you go to pick it up they cant find it and its nobodys fault. Then you would have to come back another day and pay for parking again. I will just never buy from bestbuy again. Ill just buy from Amazon or eBay. Same price or even cheaper and free delivery to my home. Thanks bestbuy for your business but you will never see me again!
Best Buy in Ithaca New York a pretty decent day TV is extremely pricey but they will work with you when I dont like if you come there and have a sale you have 3 days to get the money up that dont make sense they should let the still come like 3 weeks before in give people time to get the money up and buy the product fasteners like they dont want you to believe by a 70 inch TV unless you walking around with three four thousand dollars in your pocket and you dont even get to surround sound system free but the employees is pretty decent you can pretty much find a lot of movies that you like old movies they still have them crabby price and they need to put them on sale like Lord of the Ring come on you still charging 2024 99 Ford get a break put that in the 599 been that people by there and get that out the way
Walked in at 1140AM and wanted to purchase $200.00 headphones. No one would help me. I was redirected to three different people, none of which had keys to open the headphone case. After walking around the store and looking for someone with the keys for over 15 minutes, I walked out of the store. Ill either take my business to a different company or order them online, thus perpetuating store closures and loss of jobs. Shouldnt have to deal with so much trouble to spend $200.00.
My experience here at Best Buy was terrible. I ended up stuck with a messed up Product because of 15 day return policy. I purchased a console and within a month the console wasn’t acting properly. As a customer I’m not impressed with their service as I was only offered to repair my system and I paid warranty. As a customer I’d prefer my shopping experience with other competitors for better service.
Staff is usually short in this store but they try to make the best out of the situation by helping each other in each department. Certain employees also set proper expectations of the allotted time it would take to speak to someone which is great doesnt mean were left just in space waiting for a representative. Certain employees walk up to you and ask if their is anything they can help you with.
I purchased online, to pick up at the Exterior St. Bronx location. I reviewed store hours which indicates store closes at 8pm. Got into a Uber and got there at 7:19p in which was the exactly the same time I received the email that stated to come pick up. I’m coming up to the door and security is saying that they close at 7pm. Website and email states 8pm. I plead that I’m there to pick up it’s been paid for, come back tomorrow at 10am security says. What a bunch of Bull. I will not shop at this location!
I love Best Buy stores. This location is my favorite. Had in mind to purchase a few items, and ended buying more than expected. The staff is professional, well trained and helpful. I was fascinated by their customer service skills. Perfectly located inside a mall. Excellent shopping environment. Overall clean and well lit. Quality merchandise, great prices, amazing service. Love their interior design and floor layout. Would highly recommend.
So, I went to buy extensions for security cameras. I did have the pictures of what wire I’m gonna get, but I asked that lady who works on that section to confirm it. She replied this thing Best Buy don’t sell you need to order online. I wonder why do they have someone in a section who has no interest of helping customers. However, I did see that wire in the rack but they didn’t have enough as I needed. So I had to get it from another Best Buy.
I purchased a Samsung-50-class-nu6900-series 6 -led-4k-uhd-smart-tizen TV and it had some issues once I started to use the tv. I tried to return it after I explained the issues the Tv was having. I was told by a manager and a worker that my tv had water damage and that they would not exchange the the tv for another one. The same way I received the tv was the way I returned it. They made me take my tv home. The customer experience at this store was so poor that I’ll never come back to this store. Best Buy needs to do better and treat there customers with respect and courtesy. Don’t waste your time or money by shopping here. Walmart and other companies have way better customer service and prices.
Theres always an extensive variety of products for everyone. A wide assortment of electronic items to satisfy your needs and your entertainment pleasures. One reason is its easy to use. Another reason is voice record Voice control voice control is basically alexa if the buttons are too complex for you which i highly doubt you can connect to alexa alexa can be put in and taken out its your choice. An additional reason is its Size its a great size for apartments, it saves lots of counter space and is big enough for a regular size dinner plate. I highly recommend a consumer with kids, a consumer who doesnt know how to cook, a consumer who doesnt want something that takes up mad space, and a consumer whos kind of lazy and doesnt wanna press buttons on their microwave. Its easy to use, Its a small size, Good for people with apartments, and assemble. Things users should know before getting the microwave is Alexa can be removed from the microwave. Its your choice If left plug all day and night can cause heat problems and also be specific when using Alexa and Child lock for safety purposes. You wont know unless you try so give it a go.
I have a conversation with one of the technician named Tianna and when we finish talking I was knowledgeable about the merchandise that I was planning to buy. She was very informative and she extended herself to me for future inquiries. It was one of the most enjoyable experience Ive had in a long time.
This place is the worst. Customer service is non existent here. Went in to repair my Sony sound bar that I have four years of warranty on. Had an appointment at 5. Arrived at 4:50 and check in. Stood till about 5:30 and noticed people with appointments at 5:20 we’re being helped. Complained about it and said my appointment was at 5 to which the reply was “you weren’t here”. He never called by appointment nor by any order just I wasn’t there. He gets someone else to help cause at this point he feels like I’m bothering him. The new agent starts looking for replacement of my speakers to which another agent whispers something to. Then I was told they couldn’t do anything because my speakers sounded good. He played a song for about 10 seconds because he can’t bother the people around but my speakers were good for the 10 seconds.i kept telling him they go bad after a while but no. Nothing can be done about my faulty speakers which I have warranty for. Never going back again.
Best Buy at the Bronx Terminal is on the Upper level. This particular location at the time of writing my review looks very dismal, inventory on the shelves looks ok.Staff or sales associates help was none existing, so pretty much I had to pull out my phone and answer my own question.Will I shop there, only if I had to or in a pinch and I didnt feel like going back into the city...Will I recommend someone to that location.. I will tell them the same thing I have written in this post. Only if you had or your in pinch.Wish I can say more.. but being honest!!!Happy shopping guys.!!!!!
While it is one of the biggest ones I have been too. But as big as it was it was also poorly stocked asked one of the employees about something I was looking for and specifically asked by name and stock number and he keep trying to sell me something that had noting to do with what I was looking for . Please note I went on there website to find this and was told the had a box full on there site reason going there I did not get because he could not check his stock and funny thing I requested it for pickup I just wanted an extra one
Went in there to get an exchange for my tcl roku tv that went black after only 18 months of purchasing it.had geek squad come to repair it and unfortunately they couldnt repair it as the light in the tv was damage and couldnt be fixed so I was offered an even exchange to pickup a new tv of the same brand or something else with equal value or if more pay the difference plus pay for new protection plan.it went smoothly,stayed in line for maybe 15 minutes but the sales guy from geek squad was very helpful,got a new better tv with only a $50 difference and paid for 3 year protection on the new tv which was recommended by the team members.that took only 10 minutes and I was out of there.overall experience with best buy in person and via costumer service has been excellent.if you are on a budget and want a smart tv I wouldnt recommend the tcl roku as it will black out on you before or after two years,the screen is very delicate too and cracks easily so if you plan on hanging it be extra careful.its a very nice tv when it comes to picture quality but if you dont buy the coverage for it you will be spending another $400+ soon .its not worth it.this has been my second tcl that didnt last so research accordingly.
I purchased a TV online for in store pickup and was went in about two hours later, I was told my item was not ready yet and id have to wait for them to find my item in the back which was totally okay, i sat around for about an hour and a half waiting for them to Find my item. I ended up having to cancel my order because i was out of time to wait. I understand that i didnt receive confirmation that my item was ready for pick up, but the employee that was sent to find my item was not even in the back looking. I just think they could have done a much better job with the situation. Shouldnt the inventory system tell them exactly where my item is located in the back?? Kinda shitty service if you ask me.
Good selections on TVs and sales are always to be found. The saleperson who helped me was friendly and very helpful. I was pleased to see that the store allowed her to keep her young child in the stroller at work with her. Im sure that allows a parent/employee to relax about their childs well being, thus allowing them to be more productive at work. I would support any business that allows mothers to be near their children. Kudos to Best Buy!!
I had the worst experience in best buy on Saturday i ordered a refrigerator and the delivery guy had an attitude,didnt want to take my old refrigerator out and left the new one in the hallway. I highly recommend all shoppers if you order a TV or any appliances you should shop at PC Richards they have better delivery service and they take your old refrigerator out.
Assistance is slow to nonexistent. Reps have little to no knowledge. Goodluck finding anyone to help you in departments. Lack of courtesy and professionalism. Once in a while you will find someone who not only cares about the service they provide but make sure you are picking up what you came for. If you find someone like that make sure you thank them. The store is clean and when there isnt Dominican music being played it is a decent experience. Finally do not trust their online availability. Once in store push them to double check stock because they are lazy.
Went there for an online pick up order after Thanksgiving day and it was a mad house. Endless lines and not so much organized until this girl came up and asked if there was anybody picking up online orders so I went there it was fast. Other than that I am glad I bought online cause people looked exhausted and I dont blame them.
Went to buy an electric shaver and i encounter that they dont keep up on price tagging their products!! What is this? A way to make you buy a more expensive but price tagged product??!! Expensive shavers ALL have tag prices!! Anyway i found what i was looking for.lucky for me.nice store may i add?
Management is poor. One of the worst best buy experiences I have had. Staff does notunderstand the product line and I had to return an item minutes after purchase due to it. You will have better luck going to a downtown Bestbuy atleast the details will be correct. Also this best buy is located on a plaza not a mall and the 2 things are completely different (made apparent by my visit here) Very Very unprofessional

THIS STORE IS TRASH. THIS STORE IS GARBAGE. I rather drive 1 hour to another Best Buy than go to this one. I bought a product a while ago I returned it once I noticed it was damaged. THEY HAVE NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. BARELY ANY PEOPLE THERE TO HELP. It’s like they are short staff. I bought a 55” TV a while ago I get home and the TV IS CRACKED. IM NEVER GOING TO THIS BEST BUY AGAIN. It’s ridiculous, this Best Buy is a whole joke. Even the supervisors are a joke. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR.
If I could give this Best Buy a Zero star , I absolutely would! The products at Best Buy stores are all the same, so what differs your shopping experience from one store to another would be the Customer Service/ Staff and this location, is the absolute WORST!! Beginning with the Manager at the “Online Pick Up” counter. So apparently, if they mess up your order, and you cannot access your merchandise, it’s your fault, and they do nothing to assist you! Obviously if you have made the trip You go there because that’s the store where you can get your item on the same day. With that being said, I had to re order my item at the store because “They” messed it up and to top it off the manager says I had to wait 45 minutes for it to go through the system. ARE YOU KIDDING ME ??? Never Again!!
UPDATED: This Best Buy is a hit or miss thanks to some of the staff. Not many of them are actively seeking to assist potential customers, in fact, some will try to avoid eye contact for the purpose of evading you. The selection here is great, but not everything here can just be grabbed and taken to a cash register. (computers and tablets for example require the assistance of an employee)
I had a horrible experience at best buy with management Jessica and Randy . once I requested corporates number she refused to give me there full names for my call and dismissed my concerns as she walked away from me in mid conversation she was very rude. I had to give one star but I wish I can give 10 negative stars as I am an avid shopper to many stores and wouldve never expected to be treated in such a way by a big brand store like best buy. I wont discredit best buy totaly because the cashier Tried her best to address my concern with professionalism but was unable to due to lack of care from her supervisor Randy and then jessica. I shop frequently in the other manhatan and jersey locations and have always had amazing service. In conclusion if u do shop best buy dont come to this one find another location u will be happier.
Didnt like the sales man pushing expensive products on me from the time I said what I needed when he found out I came basic and ready to pay basic he gave me the wrong item and I brand it home confident it was what I needed because thats how he sold it to me I told him the times I have a curved TV he sold me a rack for a straight TV.
A bit too loud in the store with the sound bars (even in the other side of the store it was hard to hear employees) but I was given prompt help when looking for an item and comparing brands. They really push the insurance at the sales counter though, youd think they get a bonus for everyone who purchases it.
Had the worst experience ever in this best buy today. I just bought a macbook and the disrespect and attitude by the lady that was standing by the entrance and then ran to the pick up section when i waited on line. If i could give this lady zero stars i would. Awful experience. I will probably never shop at this best buy ever again.

I was showed wonderful laptops for my price range as well as for the purpose I was using it for! 2022-04-27Love this place, staff was super friendly. Asked me if I needed help. I like to take my time to see my best options and the manager was so patient with me and my 4 kids. He definitely knew his stuff and what he didnt know he went out of his way to look for the details or prices for the items. Prices for the electronics were actually very affordable. They also had alot of open box clearances super affordable prices. And if their store doesnt carry it they have no problem looking for you in another Best buy store just ask. Didnt catch the managers name but he has dark curly hair with blond tips. Very cool guy.

2022-04-21Ive always had excellent encounters in BestBuy. The trick is to be sure toy disk with someone knowledgeable. This encounter was no different. The gentleman didnt try to upsell me, was informative. It helps to know at least know a little about what your looking for.
