Well deserved 5 stars to the new Best Buy on 230 th ST.great store and more importantly great costumer serviceI definitely felt welcomed .they have a lot of inventory and good competitive prices .I went there to replace my switch controllers under warranty and Kathrine made the whole process go smooth I was able to get the replacement in the mail less than a week later .I will definitely support them going forward .
Great stock of what they carry even though store is not as big as say mall locations. This location works for my needs.

The workers check on you alot, which is what i like, comforting from the workers! this used to be a forever 21, but im surprised they turned into a best buy. Me and my dad was just looking at the tvs and the gaming stuff. They had the controller I wanted! (Cosmic red ps5 controller) We might come back, but overall its nice for just opening!

Small, but nice Best Buy. There are a lot of products to find here. The staff are friendly and go the extra mile to help you with what you need. Coming here to buy electronics will guarantee you a good experience!
The customer service is horrible, there was a guy who watched videos instead of serving customers.
So yesterday I went to pickup a order I made. I went to use the bathroom, and when I was waiting one of the employees sees me and says the bathroom is employees only. Like really? Only ended up picking up my order because I needed it.
After they dropped my computer at the front by accident, computer technician Michael was really kind patient and helpful to make sure everything was OK. Knowledgable and friendly staff.

The customer service was horrible I walked in to asked where the dash cams were, was informed there were no dash cams by a salesperson who apparently doesnt know her job because she pointed me to several aisles where they were no dash cams.

This Riverdale store is amazing! They have the best customer service. When you go to the store, ask for Veejay. He is the best. He has patience, intelligence and will answer every questions. They also have parking indoor parking. I will definitely go again.

I bought two apple watch series 7 for Christmas when my children opened them in a box came an apple watch series 6, I came to change it and manager Antonio Rivera told me that he couldnt help me and called me a thief when he told me that one changed it and he didnt want to help me. Thank God I made a video of my son opening the gift and that apple watch comes out of THE box. Who are the thieves, they, be very careful, open their packages before leaving that store, xk later, that manager does nothing and washes his hands.

2021-07-31We had really great experience coming to this Best Buy! Because they just opened it wasn’t crowded and all the associates were ready to help us. Derek - the associate who helped us knew about the discounts that were available and he also helped us to pick color for our new MacBook.They have 13”MacBook Air in stock (no other Best Buy in NYC had it in stock at the time we were looking for it).Btw the geek squad here is fantastic. Nicolette and Katherine were top notch. These girls knew exactly what to do when we walked in with our old MacBook.This is definitely our new favorite Best Buy to go to!

2022-04-21I just came in your store 1:00pm left 1:25pm 4/21/22 and left with no Customer service or assistance. I walked around looking for assistance and nobody helped or acknowledge me shopping for a $2k OLED TV and other stuff. I hope this store get their love for customers back in track.I used to work for Best Buy Mobile East Hanover, NJ and we used to be on point in properly greeting guest and asked gently if they needed our assistance or they needed more time and assured them that we were available when they needed us.

2022-05-15Love this location.... and the sales guy name Jean is the best of the best. All my purchases frm TVs to speakers, he has been the one to suggest the best and guide me thru the selections without being pushy. He just makes sure I leave with what I need. Will always come back to this location.

2022-06-18I went in on Saturday to buy a new tv. As we’re waiting to be helped I told my 9 yr old daughter to ask if we could use the bathroom so I could change my baby. I was told the bathroom was not for customers. My son was crying because he needed to be changed and yet they still did not let us use the bathroom.All the workers were in the front of the store talking and never even came to help us with the tvs.

2022-01-07This location Best Buy #1261 is AWESOME! I had no idea how to buy a new labtop and Derek Advisor help me pick the perfect one for me. He had all the answers I need it went beyond his job roll and even thank his Manger. If you go there Look for Derek Advisor he really Good. Clean store not that much people go there but the whole Staff is helpful. Thank Derek for your help.
