Best is still BEST. I used to wear a suit every day but stopped when COVID hit. I’m going to my first post-pandemic wedding. I pulled out my favorite suit and it obviously needed cleaning, but a corner of a shoulder had what looked like a white stain. I had tried getting rid of it but I only made matters worse. I pointed it out when I dropped it off at the Loudenville location. I picked it up today and it looked great. Stain, or whatever it was, totally gone.I also appreciated that they still have a sneeze guard up and cashless payment. Kudos for keeping things clean-healthy-safe.

I had 2 pairs of jeans 👖hemmed. The young lady @ register told me the bill would be $21. Each. Well I went to pick them up about 45 minutes later she informed me that they were $24. Each. I mean from $17. Each to. $21. & then $24. Glad to have the jeans 👖back in a timely manner. I dont appreciate being ripped off 😤 come on folks its no brain science ,,,,,,,,,

I recommend downloading the app. It’s great. Within two minutes I received emails from two area managers. I dropped off a winter jacket to be cleaned, and it was my first time using their services. Not only was the woman friendly she also explained they have pick up and drop off service. My jacket was ready a day later, and when picking up there was a different woman who was also pleasant and said thanks for using the app. Very easy in all aspects. The app makes it very convenient.

I went there to get my shirt dry cleaned. I needed it for an event urgently. Thankfully they did one say services. I was informed that I would have the shirt back by 5:00 pm the following day. They exceeded my expectations because I received it at 3:00. I felt at home. Third energy was high. I recommend them.

I needed a quick turnaround on a piece even though my timing wasn’t great. The young lady who took the order said she would do her best to get it done asap and I was texted the next day that it happened. She was honest and gracious and true to her word. The piece came back well-cleaned and ahead of schedule. Thank you!

I dropped off shoes for cleaning that took me 1 month (3 week delay) to get them back and they don’t even look cleaned properly. No one ever followed up on where my shoes went, almost like they forgot about them. Despite getting good service one year ago, I am very disappointed by their service this time.

Best Cleaners of Loudonville misplaced one of my sweaters. Ok I understand this happens from time to time. I called the Loudonville location and asked what their policy was regarding lost items of clothing. I was told a manager would be calling me later that day. I never heard from anyone. I proceeded to call FIVE more times and was told each time a manager would get back to me. To this day I have never heard from a manager. Terrible business practice. I DO NOT recommend Best Cleaners under any circumstances.

I moved here two years ago and used them for dry cleaning. They would only accept cash and gave me a really hard time. It wasnt even posted anywhere. So I complained and had to come back with a card. The person that waited on me so was rude and I complained.I gave them another try this past week. I dropped a linen suit and shirt for cleaning. The person who waited on me today was even more rude. Asked for my phone number and when I gave it told me I was wrong so it didnt come up. Who do you think has the more potential to be wrong me, who knows my number or the person typing it in? She was rude. Asked for my last name with an attitude and I told her. Rude again. I cant believe how rude the employees are allowed to be here. I was there on 11/23/21 around 12:30ish so you can find out which employee it was. So Rude.

I dropped off a jacket on November 8th and was told it would return on the 10th. I went to pick it up on the 13th. When I arrived the woman working explained to me that the jacket was there but the hood had been separated and was not in the shop. She told me it would be there on monday. I said that was fine and would return. I went back on Wednesday to be told that not the jacket and hood were not in. The woman working made a phone call and I was told I would receive a call back from someone else. A few minutes after leaving the store I did receive a phone call. I was told the jacket was being held as they have been working on the hood. The person I spoke to told me they had been trying to call me. I never received a single phone call. She told me the jacket would be available the following Monday the 22nd. I went in on the 24th to finally pickup my coat. When I arrived they took the coat out and it was missing the fur lining for the hood. They checked in the computer and discovered it was in a completely different store. They got in touch with that shop to have it brought to my shop. When I was finally able to pick up the coat on November 29th I was told that it was going to be about $60. I questioned the amount and the woman told me it had to be worked by a specialist and they should have called me. I explained that I had never received a call or authorized that. After she made a phone call she was able to lower the price significantly which I greatly appreciated. Lizzie and Tosh on the shop were both very helpful, pleasant and easy to deal with. All around though this was a very disappointing experience
