I’m writing you guys to be fair. My mom has been buying from them for thirty years never had an issue. I personally bought a house full of furniture from them without any issue worth mentioning. I have sent them some of my colleagues very happy with product and service.

I purchase a bedroom set and paid cash $1050.00 after 2 months the headboard crack to the point where it mets the side plank hookup. There the bed is hanging by a string. I went to the store and spoke Lila she made copies of my receipt and stated that she will call me monday and will order a headboard. She never call me. I call the store and Lila said that her boss can order a headboard from the company but that i have to pay for it. My partner has osteoporosis which she will easly fracture if the bed fells. This store has cheap furniture. They just show you a book to order from. Mrs Lila refuse to give us the bosses name. We are taking him to court.what a disgrist taking money from the poor.

Would not recommend, poor customer service, you pay for delivery services yet they won’t give you an exact for sure delivery dateI was told it was coming one day and ended up having to stay in the house waiting for them for three days straight ,when it finally came it was super late into the day( I don’t live far from this location literally a 15min drive from this store )And they had me wait this longThe store is super crowded with display furniture barely any walking room

Bought sofa. Full bed . And mattress. Got amazing prices. Everything was delivered together. No damages. No scratches. No headache. Drivers were friendly. They deserved the tip i gave them. Manager was excellent and patient. We took very long to decide what to buy but he helped us a lot. I will go back and buy for sure. I will buy the a dinette next. Dont forget to meet there talking parrot when u go.

Fellow locals in the area please please avoid shopping here. There are plenty other reliable, trustworthy and honest Furniture Places in our area- this is not it.I purchased a large sand/beige 4 door wardrobe for over $700.. When it arrived they gave me two separate wardrobes that were dark chocolate brown.I let them know before building it that the delivery was incorrect. The owner argued with me, yelled at me, told me what they sold me originally was out of stock, and that I could just put the wardrobes I have received next to each other and it would look similar... ? Seriously? This is how the owners treat their customers who spend nearly $1K. I even found the cheap substitute that I received and they selling it for about $150 each— thats $400 in credit they owe me— once again the owner is not at fault to help me with this either.6 months laters -these two cheap small wardrobes are falling apart and not to mention do not match the color scheme in my home. When my lease is up- I plan on purchasing the original product else where. What a shame and these guys have been in business for Years scamming so many people!!STOP SUPPORTING THESE THIEVES!

Very irresponsible people they don’t even let you know when they are coming , I had to keep calling them so much to bring my furniture that I had already paid in full . Never again awful experience.
