Okay so I went to this place yesterday, to buy business cards for today. The business cards I wanted were only $36 dollars for 500 flat colored business cards. And that’s exactly what I got. The lady in the front (she go by the name Cherry) must have assumed I was sweet for it because she just start charging me random fees for no apparent reason as if I’m incapable of knowing what she is doing is insane. She charged me $10.50 for a graphic tee which is reasonable & $77.00 for flat business cards: one side black &the other side white. On top of the that they store advertises “same day printing” this lady sized me up and charged me an EXTRA $10 for a rush fee. First of all I’m a business woman myself. I paid her to avoid confrontation. Oh yeah and I paid an EXTEA $15 for her to make a logo and I asked for no logo. In the morning I’m just going to request a refund. I gave that lady $87.00 and I just wanted to remain calm. I NEED those cards but I can honestly do it myself: I was just trying to save time. She just out did herself yesterday…she REALLY did. Attached is what I was charged $87 for. The top is a one sided a business card and that’s ALL it say. She thought it was okay to charge my account $77 for that (debit too). Thr bottom is the logo for the $10 shirt. The whole ordeal look so musty. It’s not professional AT ALL. It’s actually pathetic and that’s an understatement. Also, the guy beneath me who replied to my comments are LYING! I am a business owner myself...If you seek professionalism and honesty: this IS NOT the place to go. The fact that he would get on here and LIE says so much about the integrity of this establishment. Staples offer better quality, professionalism, and honesty.
Went to get some paperwork faxed. COMPLETELY IGNORED. Except for a young gentleman who finally attended me. Im never coming here again. One comes to a business place to be treated with the upmost respect and professionalism but not all places are created equal.
A total life-saver. I needed documents by 5pm and this place came through when I ran out of printer ink. Nearby CVS and RiteAid wish they could have as good of service as Best Graphics. I was nicely greeted and helped through the whole process. Thank you!

Did not like this place! Went there to get two school letters notarized and the lady charged me $12 because she notarized the paper in two spots. Never have I ever gotten the same paper notarized twice and Ive been to many notaries. Anything for a damn buck! Then they have riddles of the day up and when I asked what the answer was she ignored me I would think giving you $12 for a piece of paper I could at least get some respect or the damn answer.
I do not understand how businesses like this exist. I went in to drop off a package, as this is a UPS access point and the employees completely ignored me after I said Hello, I have a package to drop off for UPS. I even made direct eye contact with two of them. One employee had on headphones and just turned right back to his computer and the other ducked into the restroom. I walked out unattended and walked to another access point. On top of that, they had no AC on a very hot day.
Great service! I walked in and Badiyah greeted me with a warm smile and great service. She was able to solve my problem, which other printing stores were not able to solve. Great service, and she explains all she is doing.
I always use this business when I need to make copies, send a fax, or get important documents notarized. In my experience, the prices are reasonable and the staff is respectful and professional. I will continue to patronize this business. FIVE stars.
I dont know the young ladys name but I think shes new ,very professional and responsive I told her Id have a lot of questions she didnt mind at all keep up the good work sis 👍🏿
The owner/staff are so friendly and helpful... this is a great spot to fax, get copies, use the computer, notarize documents. Prices are fair, location is clean and the energy is neutral!

Terrible service. I couldn’t open my email from them computer that I paid 3 dollars for 5 minutes and I asked to printed on the counter and I paid another 6 dollars for the service. Better go to midtown, staples or fedex
They make you pay extra for computer time if you want to print something. The charge is $2 extra. I dont care about the $2, but it was like 3 min of work that I personally did. A little insulting.Also, the computers start page has a bunch of ads on it. I paid to look at ads. Unprofessional.
DO NOT go in here looking your best because the brownskin lady in the front, with the short wig, &the Caribbean accent WILL overcharge you.
The prices in this mom & pop printing shop are ridiculous. $4.25 for a scan of one document. I had a previous experience in which she tried to charge me for an extra page that printed which wasnt mine.
They more expensive than STAPLES, you may want to reconsider from what I can understand. Prices vary with the weather

Love this place. Good prices and great staff. The best part is there is finally a good copy and print center north of Columbia University.

It cost $3.27 to send out one fax. Find a Staples. Its cheaper. The staff here seem like they dont want to work.

2021-12-20The person at the desk was polite and professional. She greeted me and let me know that there would be a wait of a couple minutes for the service I needed. Once my turn came, she served me patiently, and I was on my way very quickly. Great experience!

Staff has always been friendly, professional, and very creative with developing my business logo, brochures, flyers, and currently working on a new front street sign. 2021-09-29Best Graphics Press is a great local, accessible multi service provider in the community. It’s affordable and convenient for me as well as others in the neighborhood. I first met Ms. Badiyah a year ago and she was a great help to me. She assisted me with filling out a five page form and humbly declined to accept my payment/tip for her great help. 2021-08-30Best Graphics Press prepared an obituary for a family member. The staff was professional, great customer service and helpful with ensuring it was completed as the family requested. The prices were more reasonable than the funeral home. If you use their services, you will not be disappointed.

2021-08-20The prices on the menu don’t match the prices you will be charged depending on who’s working at the front desk. Although the store advertises “same day printing” you may or may not be charged a rush fee…..the service was DISGUSTING and the prices were unreasonable. Not the ones on the menu, the ones the lady made up. She should consider that Google DOES have a review section in the future. $77 for 500 single sided (no gloss business cards) …no lie and she charged my card with a straight face like the BBB don’t exist. She was even the one that told me to take a picture of the menu 🤦🏽♀️…she thought I was little slow or something

2021-10-04This place is just what I needed, plenty of computers, friendly staff, and of course great service. The prices are really awesome. Such a welcome change from Staples or UPS where they charge an arm and a leg to just login two sheets of paper. Well done, guys!

2021-09-29If you have any type of disability physically mental etc. This place is literally not for you at all! If you aren’t tech savvy find another place to print etc! She will literally do nothing to help you at all. Until time will just run out on you! From 145 and Amsterdam days never get any help from this lady! Support black business, huh right. I wish the library wasn’t so crowded at times but if have no choice bypass this place by all mines. I don’t even recall her name after all these years but if you are from the neighborhood she’s the lady with dreads behind the counter.Edit Added : You only come to defend no apology or anything when you know your computer has download this or that just print. The gentleman told you straight up he couldn’t see if you can help him and just stood there.You been doing long before Covid-19 not first or last time you have neglected someone in the community.It’s not about money it’s the principle of everything. You do not HELP!!! When something you can do set computer to print.

2021-09-08They came through when I needed to get my EIN verification letter faxed to me from the IRS. The called dropped after I gave the IRS lady BG’s fax number. Thankfully BG received the fax and kept all information confidential until I was able to retrieve it. Thanks BG! You all always come through for me. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
