I just placed an order for our first backyard playset. Durim was exceptional to work with! From my first email, which was returned in less than an hour, to a great in-store experience, he was a knowledgeable and helpful guide. I look forward to receiving our set and will be returning to Best in Backyards when its time to do our back deck!

My husband and I had an awesome experience purchasing a playground set for our kids at Best in Backyards in Elmsford. Our sales manager, Durim Krasniqi was super knowledgeable and patient, and answered all of our (many) questions both in person and via email. Most importantly, Durim was kind to our kids as they played on the equipment and explored what it had to offer. He made us all feel very at ease and comfortable which is exactly how you want to feel when making a purchase of this magnitude. He was interested in helping us find the best possible playground set for our kids without trying to oversell us or pressure us in to buying something that would not be appropriate for our circumstances. I really appreciate Durim’s expertise and we will absolutely be back for other purchases, as we loved their selection of outdoor kitchen set-ups, pavilions and trampolines.

Best In Backyards is amazing! When my wife told me that she wanted a swing set for our kids, I felt as if a huge headache was coming my way. What do I choose? How do I get it to my house? How do I install it? Best In Backyards made the entire purchasing experience so seamless and easy! To top it all off, I needed to postpone the delivery due to some work being done in our backyard. I emailed our rep, Diane Meade in the Mahopac store, on a Sunday night and she promptly responded and took care of rescheduling for us. If you are thinking of buying a swingset, jungle gym or anything else in Best In Backyards wheelhouse, youd be crazy to go anywhere else!!!

By far the easiest and one of the better sales experiences I have had. Ask for Durim, he is a straight shooter, super helpful, knowledgeable and an overall good guy. Swingset was delivered on time and installed exceptionally well.

I’ll never forget when I worked there as a salesman 👨‍💼 I got fired because a lady called in and wanted an add on to her kids jungle gym and I did not offer the variety of steering wheel COLORS. The manager at the time I truly can’t remember her name but she drove an old Nissan Pathfinder and was obsessed with the Artis Prince. I was 10 times better of a sales person and had a college degree yet got let go for something as silly as what I mentioned earlier. It’s been 17 years, glad I can return the favour now that I have over 450,000,000 views on my guide account. So 1 star ⭐️ is what I would offer up to this company based on personal experience in the elmsford location. The Carmel location gets 5 stars all the folks who I worked with there are awesome. Hope Megan ( I think that was her name) is no longer working there.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. He answered our questions and buying process was easy. We were sad about the delivery being 8-10 weeks but a half hour after we bought the play set we got a call for delivery in two weeks!! Will definitely recommend this company to others

Best company ever! We are located in South Carolina, everything about ordering from this company was smooth and easy. The agent we talked to was so nice and knowledgeable on all of our questions. The quality of the products are amazing you can tell that they will last for a life time. Not to mention the pricing for the quality you are getting is very very reasonable. When we got the shipment it smelled like it was just freshly cut, it smelled so good. The shipping was so fast we literally got it in 2 days. The directions to put it together were easy to follow we had it done it in one day. Even my 9 year old son helped us out. You can even customize it with different things depending on your needs. I just can’t say enough good things about working with this company. I have 3 kids 9, 3 and 1 and it caters to all ages! Plus they helped saved the little sanity I have left with this quarantine.

Just left the Elmsford location. Salesman was very short - threw out a price and asked where I live as if I wasn’t a serious buyer or expected sticker shock.... also kept telling my children to get off and stop touching displays even though I was already there doing the same. Seemed annoyed answering my questions. Not the right person to be selling something for children. Will try a different location or different company. If this is their sales advice- I can’t imagine what their customer service is like.

Recently purchased a swing set and the overall experience was great. Durim’s knowledge was impressive and he ensured we took our time in order to make the best decision for our family. It’s a long term commitment and look forward to working with him again when it’s time to expand.

Durim was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful with all my questions and gave me great recommendations. I purchased a playground a couple years ago from this location and returned this year for an outdoor Shed. Durim helped me every step of the way with choosing the Shed, it is rare to find people like him who make a shopping experience so easy and painless. All around great experience. Highly recommend Best in Backyards and highly recommend Durim.
